Abstract

In the article, the authors present their mixed methods study to assess the benefits and ways to improve the Medical Library Association's (MLA) advocacy programs, particularly the Rising Stars (RS) scheme. Other topics include the participants in the research library and information science (LIS) organizations and health information professionals (HIP), and some advocacy projects like the InSight Initiative.
