The article presents case study of a 57-year-old man who was suspected with pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) of the right leg, diagnosed with central necrosis and ulceration. It mentions the laboratory tests which revealed anaemia and thrombocytopenia with myelocytosis along with diagnosis necrotizing fasciitis followed by surgical debridement. It also discusses the efficacy of Cyclosporine and anti-TNF alpha infliximab using systemic corticosteroid technique.
