The article presents a case study of a 60-year-old man who was presented with a sex-week history of rapidly growing nodules on upper back portion. It states that the physical examination painless erythematous nodule on the right scapular area with no pigmentation. It mentions that the patient was diagnosed with primary cutaneous cluster of differentiation (CD4+) small/medium-sized pleomorphic T-cell lymphoma or primary cutaneous small/medium CD4+ T-cell lymphoma (PCSM-TCL).
