This study aimed to determine Indonesian students' perspectives on digital citizenship skills. Digital literacy is one of the most important needs in the community and the school environment. As educational institutions, universities are expected to integrate and develop an IT-based learning environment to help students develop digital skills. This study used social media and knowledge of rights and responsibilities in cyberspace to examine university students' digital-based skills. A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was also used to describe the perspectives of students about their rights and responsibilities. Participants included 12 students from state universities in Jakarta and Lampung. Data was collected through interviews and 90-minute focus group discussions (FGD). The results showed that the top three considerations that emphasized ethics in cyberspace were maintaining privacy, not spreading fake news, and respecting the Internet community. The purpose of this study was to identify educational, technological, and professional consequences of ePortfolio use that were intended, unintended, positive and negative. Ethical approval was obtained from seven universities in accordance with institutional guidelines established in accordance with Australia's National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research. A mixed methods design was employed to survey staff and invite them to participate in a focus group or interview. Online questionnaires were distributed across seven universities to 22 volunteer respondents drawn from academic teachers in both disciplines. Following completion and quantification of questionnaire data, respondents were invited to participate in a either a focus group or interview with one of the researchers. Merton's sociological model was adopted in the study as it informed a conceptual framework used to examine the impact of unintended consequences that emerged when building a professional online presence. This theory was used to identify the full range of ePortfolio learning and teaching practices emerging as a multi-function, complex system, within domains and purpose of ePortfolios such as information systems, health or education disciplines. Results indicated a significant challenge, namely there is no single set of guidelines that would support teachers and students when engaging in learning and teaching activities to improve protection of private data relating to vulnerable people. Digital literacy of academics and students is variable and may impact on data privacy. Soreang District is one of the sub-districts in Bandung Regency, West Java Province, which is the location of Student's Community Service Course (KKNM) activities, which is an integrated program with Universitas Padjadjaran Lecturer Community Service (PPMD) program. The lack of knowledge among rural teenagers in the digital sector is reinforced by the fact that there have been several cases of online fraud, and still, some students do not understand the ethics and culture of digital platform usage. This activity aims to provide teenagers with an understanding of digital literacy, especially digital safety and ethics material. The method combines counseling methods interspersed with case studies, workshops, and interactive quizzes. PPM activities Digital literacy training is an alternative to encourage accelerated development in rural areas and improve human resource quality through digital technology. Digital literacy will contribute to strengthening the community and rural government in increasing knowledge and understanding and opening up new economic opportunities in rural areas as a form of positive impact from digital technology. The training participants were 50 adolescents aged 13 – 19 years at Armidale English College (AEC), an informal training/education facility for practicing English language skills. AEC is located in Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The reason for choosing this location was that AEC had adequate facilities to hold training activities, and there was a large number of teenage students who were active there, so it was considered to represent the majority of the teenage population in the Soreang District area. This digital literacy training activity went well, as shown by the response and enthusiasm of the participants and related stakeholders, who were very responsive and very helpful in this activity. Considering how important and valuable digital literacy is today, it is hoped that community empowerment activities, especially for adolescents, focusing on the digital space will continue to improve in the future. Abstract Digital technologies are rapidly being integrated into a wide range of health fields. This new domain, often termed ‘digital health’, has the potential to significantly improve healthcare outcomes and global health equity more broadly. However, its effective implementation and responsible use are contingent on building a health workforce with a sufficient level of knowledge and skills to effectively navigate the digital transformations in health. More specifically, the next generation of health professionals—namely youth—must be adequately prepared to maximise the potential of these digital transformations. In this commentary, we highlight three priority areas which should be prioritised in digital education to realise the benefits of digital health: capacity building, opportunities for youth, and an ethics-driven approach. Firstly, capacity building requires educational frameworks and curricula to not only be updated, but to also place an emphasis on interdisciplinary learning. Secondly, opportunities are important for youth to meaningfully participate in decision-making processes and gain invaluable practical experiences. Thirdly, training in digital ethics and the responsible use of data as a standard component of education will help to safeguard against potential future inequities resulting from the implementation and use of digital health technologies.

This article reports on the issue of confidentiality faced by a community youth agency that provides access to digital technology for homeless or street-involved youth. Social media is the prevalent form of communication in displaced communities and presents certain ethical challenges as a result of creating and sharing media with potential unintended audiences. Ensuring ethical practices is a key aspect of the ongoing process of developing digital literacy that changes as technology evolves. It requires the facilitator's focused attention to guide the youth in their ability to consider their digital footprint and potential unintended consequences of their practices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
