Abstract

The article presents case study of a 55-year-old man with a 10-day history of epigastric pain and vomiting due to gallstone pancreatitis. It is stated that a diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) was confirmed through Computed Tomography (CT)-guided biopsy and treatment with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisolone (RCHOP) showed significant improvement in the patient.
