The article presents various discussions on intelligence services, use of mass surveillance, drone warfare and peace strategies. It discusses drone program by the U.S. government under former president Barack Obama and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in counterterrorism efforts against terrorists such as Taliban and Islamic State. It discusses use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) by United Nations peacekeeping missions in Democratic Republic of the Congo and German policy on drone warfare.
