The article presents a case study of a 6-month-old baby with central cyanosis, dyspnoea along with difficulty in feeding, fatigue and irritability since the neonatal period. Echocardiogram showed a common atrium with single ventricle of left ventricular morphology with inverted outlet chamber. It states that common atrium is rare congenital heart disease in live births which is characterized by deficient atrial septum, the vestigial remnants which remain as diaphanous strands of tissue.

Eisenmenger's syndrome is a complex multisystem disease which occurs as a consequence of large left to right shunt affecting the pulmonary vasculature causing suprasystemic pulmonary artery pressures and subsequent right to left shunt. Usually Eisenmenger's syndrome is characterised by coronary artery dilation but coronary artery disease and occurrence of acute coronary syndrome is a rare association seldom described in literature. We present the case of a 33-year-old man who presented with an anterior wall ST elevation mycocardial infarction and was thrombolysed. The occurrence of acute coronary event in a case of Eisenmenger's syndrome is a rare event and needs to be discussed and kept in mind by physicians and cardiologists who deal with such cases so that a high index of suspicion may be developed and emergent management may be possible. Persistent left superior vena cava ( LSVC) is a rare congenital anomaly which usually produces no physiologic derangements if it drains into the right atrium via the coronary sinus, but it may cause significant desaturation when it drains into the left atrium ( LA). Failure to diagnose LSVC communicating with the LA preoperatively may lead to serious consequences. We are describing an interesting case of a boy who presented with systemic desaturation due to an undetected LSVC after having undergone corrective surgery for atrioventricular canal defect. Pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect accounts for about 2% of all congenital heart diseases. Aortopulmonary collaterals are the usual source of pulmonary blood flow. Coronary–pulmonary artery fistula is a rare and sole source of pulmonary blood flow. We are reporting a case of a 6‐year‐old girl who presented with severe cyanosis, clubbing, and effort intolerance. Echocardiography demonstrated a large subaortic ventricular septal defect and pulmonary atresia with confluent pulmonary arteries. It also revealed the presence of a coronary–pulmonary artery fistula along with a giant coronary artery aneurysm. These findings were confirmed by an aortic root angiogram. The article presents a case report of a 60-year-old woman with rheumatic heart disease and had underwent open mitral commissurotomy for mitral stenosis. Her physical examination showed symptoms of Lancisi sign, an elevated jugular venous pulse with prominent systolic waves. Her two-dimensional echocardiography revealed the presence of severe mitral stenosis and underwent a successful maze and mitral valve replacement with tricuspid annuloplasty procedure.
