A list of 38 species of the genera Agromyza Fallén, 1823 (9 species), Euhexomyza Lonsdale, 2014 (1 species), Japanagromyza Sasakawa, 1958 (1 species), Melanagromyza Hendel, 1920 (11 species) and Ophiomyia Braschnikov, 1897 (16 species) (Agromyzidae: Agromyzinae) occurring on the territory of Russia and some other countries together with localities and collection data is given. All the species are deposited in the collections of the Zoological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences in St Petersburg, Russia. New records for Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan are given. Japanagromyza salicifolii (Collin, 1911) described from Egypt is recorded for the first time in Asia (on border of Russia and Kazakhstan).
