Abstract

The article discusses a study of systemic sclerosis (SSc) to treat digital ulcers (DUs) in patients failed with bosentan to receive therapy with prostanoids. It mentions that four patients with ulcers have been healed completely due to the DU treatment, while bosentan showed a significant decrease in the number of DUs in other patients.
