Burns are injuries caused by direct exposure of the skin tissue to thermal, chemical or electrical agents. The Family Health Strategy is characterized as a gateway to health services. The objective of this study was to know the health care for people with burns assisted in Family Health Strategies. This is an exploratory, descriptive-analytical study, transversal to the work process of 64 professionals of Family Health Strategies in a city on the western border of Rio Grande do Sul. The interviews were recorded, digitized and organized in a database of data in text format. Subsequently, they were processed in the IRAMUTEC software and analyzed by descending hierarchical classification, by similarity analysis and by the word cloud. The results found significantly indicated a negative response when related to knowledge of the care provided to people with burns, requiring training and training for health teams. Introduction: The object of this study is to understand the scientific production on Down Syndrome (DS) in Nursing journals. Down Syndrome is a genetic condition that causes chromosome alterations and was discovered by the English physician John Langdon Down, who named it trisomy 21. Objective: to analyze the scientific production on Down Syndrome in the period 2011-2022 in Brazil. Method: This is an integrative literature review based on scientific articles about this condition, published in Brazilian nursing journals with QUALIS A1 to B3, covering primary and secondary data research. Seven scientific articles were selected and analyzed. Resultados/Discussão: 2013 was the year with the highest number of publications about this syndrome, as for the title of the authors in the articles, most had the participation of masters, doctors and teachers. Regarding the federative state, most were concentrated in the Northeast region, with qualitative approach most. The main difficulty reported in the articles by professionals was the management with this diagnosis in relation to the family and client. Conclusion: There are few articles published in the nursing field about Down Syndrome, a fact evidenced by the low production over 10 years of publication in journals. The production of new scientific works is proposed, since they are fundamental for professionals to update themselves with new knowledge, as well as to be led to an assistance that aims at the perspective of the family together with the patient regarding his future and the importance of the multidisciplinary team's performance in the development of children with Down Syndrome. Objective: To learn about the perceptions of the professionals who work in Primary Health Care about mental health care. Methods: Descriptive and qualitative study, carried out with 29 health workers through open and individual interviews. The IRaMuTeQ® software was used to organize the data which, then, was submitted to a content analysis process in the thematic modality. Results: Three classes emerged from the content analysis: “Perceptions about the mental health care provided in the city”, “The biomedical paradigm in mental healthcare”, and “Elements for the construction of a new way for professionals to act in mental health”. Final considerations: It was found that, despite the good infrastructure of the services and the elements pointed at by the professionals to create a new way to act, they do not do so, and the responsibility falls, mostly, on the psychologist to carry out these activities. Objective: Assess medication adherence of elderly people with hypertension and its related factors. Methodology: This is a cross-sectional quantitative study with an exploratory-descriptive approach. This research is part of the macro-project "Relationship between Functional Health Literacy, medication adherence and functionality in elderly people in the family health strategy", which was carried out in 10 units, totaling 17 teams of the Family Health Strategy, which form the zone west of the city of Rio Grande-RS. Results: 264 elderly people with arterial hypertension participated in the study, 36.7% adherent and 63.3% non-adherent. The variables that had a statistically significant relationship with the mean medication adherence were having diabetes, taking medication for the digestive system/metabolism, and purchasing medication through the Unified Health System or through donation. Conclusion: Knowledge of the variables related to medication adherence in elderly patients with arterial hypertension contributes to directing interventions and actions carried out in coordination between health professionals, researchers, managers and policy makers, in order to improve access and adherence to treatments, thus minimizing harm resulting from this chronic disease.
