Abstract

A direct approach in integrated passive components was reported for faster capacitance calculations containing floating conductors. The multiterminal device is arbitrarily shaped and may be composed of heterogeneous field-dependent dielectric. The method was based on the floating conductor model which avoids the need of [C]-matrix computation to determine the one-port capacitance of multi-terminal devices of several floating conductors.
