Hemophilia is a hereditary coagulopathy related to chromosome X (recessive) that is manifested almost exclusively in men of all ages, with varying degrees: mild, moderate or severe. The most usual clinical manifestations are hematomas, hemarthrosis and synovitis, which may be aggravated by the misguided practice of physical exercises; in other hand, well properly prescribed exercise can improve medcial treatment. Thus, the study characterizes hemophilia, describes the most frequents treatments and, from this, show the importance of exercise added to improve the life's quality of hemophiliacs: children, youth and adults.
