Abstract

Total unsaturated fatty acids (USFA) fell in the range from 31.39% ( I O. myriophylla i roots) to 55.94% ( I O. caespitosa i herb). Thus, data on the composition of lipophilic fractions from I O. caespitosa i , I O. lanata i , I O. myriophylla i , and I O. squammulosa i growing in Baikal District were obtained for the first time.
