Background. We often encounter a situation when the lying person accumulates a crowd of people and nervously waiting for the arrival of the emergency medical team. Case report. Casual witness on the road noticing the situation to intervene must follow a few steps. Firstly, a situation must be interpreted as a sudden event requiring action. It must then assume responsibility beating the phenomenon of dispersion of responsibility. Furthermore, it must know how to properly should act.
