It was moved to Manatee Village Historical Park. Warner, along with his wife Elizabeth (Libby) conducted hundreds of oral interviews with local residents on various topics of local history over some thirty years. They wrote "The Singing River", a comprehensive history of Manatee County and "Biscuits and 'Taters", a history of cattle ranching in Manatee County.
