The multi--stage flash and micro--positive pressure fractionation technology is applied in Yaha condensate gas field to stabilize the condensate oil. At the same time, air--cooler is used to control the temperature of the condensate oil before transporting. The salt deposition appears in the reboiler of condensate stabilizer, and the frozen block appears in the coil of air--cooler frequently, which reduces the yield and quality of condensate oil seriously. This paper analyses the reasons of the above problems, and puts forward the relevant measures to ensure the equipment running safely and smoothly. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
