Abstract

The article discusses the case of a male patient with intramural hematoma of the duodenum. The patient complained of nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. The endoscopy showed a large hematoma obstructing the duodenal bulb. The diagnosis was confirmed by computed tomography. The patient was treated conservatively.
