Inflammation plays a crucial role in the initiation, progression and prognosis of Philadelphia chromosome-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), which could be clinically subdivided into polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET), and primary myelofibrosis (PMF). Nucleotide binding domain (NOD)-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasomes affect inflammatory diseases and carcinomas by excessive production of cytokines. To investigate a possible association of NLRP3 inflammasome signaling with MPN, we investigated the expression of selected inflammasome-related genes from bone marrow cells of 67 MPN patients as well as gene polymorphisms in NLRP3 (rs35829419), NF-κB1 (rs28362491), CARD8 (rs2043211), IL-1β (rs16944), and IL-18 (rs1946518). It showed that inflammasome-related genes (NLRP3, NF-κB1, CARD8, IL-1β, and IL-18) were highly expressed in BM cells from MPN patients and the increased expression was associated with JAK2 V617F mutation, white blood cell counts and splenomegaly. Analysis of genetic polymorphisms in 269 MPN patients and 291 healthy controls demonstrated that NF-κB1 (rs28362491) was associated with MPN and increased expression of NF-κB1, NLRP3 and IL-1β. Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), the most aggressive form of primary brain tumor, poses a considerable challenge in neuro-oncology. Despite advancements in therapeutic approaches, the prognosis for GBM patients remains bleak, primarily attributed to its inherent resistance to conventional treatments and a high recurrence rate. The primary goal of this study was to acquire molecular insights into GBM by constructing a gene co-expression network, aiming to identify and predict key genes and signaling pathways associated with this challenging condition. To investigate differentially expressed genes between various grades of Glioblastoma (GBM), we employed Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis (WGCNA) methodology. Through this approach, we were able to identify modules with specific expression patterns in GBM. Next, genes from these modules were performed Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis using ClusterProfiler package. Our findings revealed a negative correlation between biological processes associated with neuronal development and functioning and GBM. Conversely, the processes related to the cell cycle, glomerular development, and ECM-receptor interaction exhibited a positive correlation with GBM. Subsequently, hub genes, including SYP, TYROBP, and ANXA5, were identified. This study offers a comprehensive overview of the existing research landscape on GBM, underscoring the challenges encountered by clinicians and researchers in devising effective therapeutic strategies. Posterior capsule opacification (PCO) is the most common postoperative complication after cataract surgery and cannot yet be eliminated. Here, we investigated the inhibitory effects of telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) gene silencing on PCO in a rabbit model. After rabbit lens epithelial cells (LECs) were treated with adenovirus containing short hairpin RNAs (shRNA) targeting TERT (shTERT group), adenovirus containing scramble nonsense control shRNA (shNC group) or PBS (control group), quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting were used to measure the expression levels of TERT, and a scratch assay was performed to assess the LEC migration. New Zealand white rabbits underwent sham cataract surgery followed by an injection of adenovirus carrying shTERT into their capsule bag. The intraocular pressure and anterior segment inflammation were evaluated on certain days, and EMT markers (α-SMA and E-cadherin) were evaluated by Western blotting and immunofluorescence. The telomerase activity of the capsule bag was detected by ELISA. At 28 d postoperatively, hematoxylin and eosin staining of the cornea and iris and electron microscopy of the posterior capsule were performed. Application of shTERT to LECs downregulated the expression levels of TERT mRNA and protein. The scratch assay results showed a decrease in the migration of LECs in the shTERT group. In vivo, shTERT decreased PCO formation after cataract surgery in rabbits and downregulated the expression of EMT markers, as determined by Western blotting and immunofluorescence. In addition, telomerase activity was suppressed in the capsule bag. Despite slight inflammation in the iris, histologic results revealed no toxic effects in the cornea and iris. TERT silencing effectively reduces the migration and proliferation of LECs and the formation of PCO. Our findings suggest that TERT silencing may be a potential preventive strategy for PCO. Background: KRT80 is a human epithelial intermediate filament type II gene; its expression product is a component of intracellular intermediate filaments (IFs) and is involved in the assembly of the cytoskeleton. There is evidence that IFs form a dense network mainly in the perinuclear area, but they can also reach the cortex. They are essential for mechanical cushioning of cells, organelle positioning, cell apoptosis, migration, adhesion, and interactions with other cytoskeletal components. Humans possess 54 functional keratin genes, and KRT80 is one of the more unique genes. It is widely expressed in almost all epithelial cells, although it is structurally more similar to type II hair keratins than to type II epithelial keratins. Aim: In this review, we summarize the basic facts about the keratin family and KRT80, the essential role of KRT80 in neoplasms, and its potential as a therapeutic target. We hope that this review will inspire researchers to at least partially focus on this area. Result: In many neoplastic diseases, the high expression status of KRT80 and its role in regulating the biological functions of cancer cells have been well established. KRT80 can effectively enhance the proliferation, invasiveness and migration of cancer cells. However, the effects of KRT80 on prognosis and clinically relevant indices in patients with various cancers have not been extensively studied, and even opposite conclusions have been reached in different studies of the same cancer. Based on this, we should add more clinically relevant studies to clarify the prospect of clinical application of KRT80. Many researchers have made great progress in studying the mechanism of action of KRT80. However, their studies should be extended to more cancers to find common regulators and signaling pathways of KRT80 in different cancers. KRT80 may have far‐reaching effects on the human body, and this marker may play a crucial role in the function of cancer cells and the prognosis of cancer patients, so it has a promising future in the field of neoplasms. Conclusion: In neoplastic diseases, KRT80 is overexpressed in many cancers and plays an essential role in promoting proliferation, migration, invasiveness and poor prognosis. The mechanisms of KRT80 functions in cancer have been partially elucidated, suggesting that KRT80 is a potentially useful cancer therapeutic target. Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a common and aggressive form of B cell lymphoma. Approximately 40% of DLBCL patients are incurable despite modern therapeutic approaches. To explore the molecular mechanisms driving the growth and progression of DLBCL, we analyzed genes with differential expression in DLBCL using the Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis database. Enkurin domain‐containing protein 1 (ENKD1), a centrosomal protein‐encoding gene, was found to be highly expressed in DLBCL samples compared with normal samples. The phylogenetic analysis revealed that ENKD1 is evolutionarily conserved. Depletion of ENKD1 in cultured DLBCL cells induced apoptosis, suppressed cell proliferation, and blocked cell cycle progression in the G2/M phase. Moreover, ENKD1 expression positively correlates with the expression levels of a number of cellular homeostatic regulators, including Sperm‐associated antigen 5, a gene encoding an important mitotic regulator. These findings thus demonstrate a critical function for ENKD1 in regulating the cellular homeostasis and suggest a potential value of targeting ENKD1 for the treatment of DLBCL. Tibetan sheep is a unique breed living in Qinghai‐Tibet Plateau. Since MSTN/Smad signaling pathway plays a critical role in the regulation of muscle development, we aimed to study the mutton quality, mRNA expression of main transduction genes in the MSTN/Smad signaling pathway, and the effects of those genes on the mutton quality of Tibetan sheep in this study. Six‐month‐old Qinghai‐Tibetan sheep were selected, slaughtered, and their Longissimus lumborum, semitendinosus muscle, arm triceps, and quadriceps femoris muscle were collected. The mutton quality was evaluated, and gene expression and their association with the mutton quality were analyzed using RT‐qPCR. The results showed that the indexes of mutton quality were not significantly different between ewes and rams (p >.05) except for Warner–Bratzler shear force (WBSF) (p <.05). A total of 21 different fatty acids were detected in the muscles of Tibetan sheep, including nine types of SFA, four types of MUFA, and eight types of PUFA. The main transduction genes of the MSTN/Smad signaling pathway were found to be widely expressed in muscle tissues, but no significant differences were observed (p >.05). The correlation analysis of the main genes and mutton quality showed that MSTN was significantly correlated with redness and cooking time; Smad2, Smad3, Smad4, and TGFβRI had significant positive correlations with marbling in arm triceps; Smad3 and TGFβRII had strong negative correlations with pH24 h in Longissimus lumborum; Smad2 was negatively correlated with drip loss in Longissimus lumborum. In short, the expression level of MSTN in muscles was positively correlated with Smad2, Smad3, and Smad4 genes and negatively correlated with TGFβRII genes. SMAD1, SMAD2, and SMAD3 are important transcription factors downstream of the TGF-β/SMAD signaling pathway that mediates several physiological processes. In the current study, we used cloning sequencing, RT-qPCR, bioinformatics methods and iMLDR technology to clone the coding region of Tibetan sheep genes, analyze the protein structure and detect the tissue expression characteristics of Tibetan sheep genes, and detect the polymorphisms of 433 Tibetan sheep and analyze their correlation with litter size. The results showed that the ORFs of the SMAD1, SMAD2 and SMAD3 genes were 1398 bp, 1404 bp and 1278 bp, respectively, and encoded 465, 467 and 425 amino acids, respectively. The SMAD1, SMAD2, and SMAD3 proteins were all unstable hydrophilic mixed proteins. SMAD1, SMAD2 and SMAD3 were widely expressed in Tibetan sheep tissues, and all were highly expressed in the uterus, spleen, ovary and lung tissues. Litter sizes of the genotype CC in the SMAD1 gene g.10729C>T locus were significantly higher than that of CT (p < 0.05). In the SMAD3 gene g.21447C>T locus, the genotype TT individuals showed a higher litter size than the CC and CT genotype individuals (p < 0.05). These results preliminarily demonstrated that SMAD1, SMAD2 and SMAD3 were the major candidate genes that affected litter size traits in Tibetan sheep and could be used as a molecular genetic marker for early auxiliary selection for improving reproductive traits during sheep breeding. Background: Grain length (GL) that is directly associated with appearance quality is a key target of selection in rice breeding. Although abundant quantitative trait locus (QTL) associated with GL have been identified, it was still relatively weak to identify QTL for GL from japonica genetic background, as the shortage of japonica germplasms with long grains. We performed QTLs analysis for GL using a recombinant inbred lines (RILs) population derived from the cross between japonica variety GY8 (short grains) and LX1 (long grains) in four environments. Results: A total of 197 RILs were genotyped with 285 polymorphic SNP markers. Three QTLs qGL5.3, qGL6.1 and qGL11 were detected to control GL by individual environmental analyses and multi-environment joint analysis. Of these, a major-effect and stable QTL qGL6.1 was identified to be a novel QTL, and its LX1 allele had a positive effect on GL. For fine-mapping qGL6.1, a BC1F2 population consisting of 2,487 individuals was developed from a backcross between GY8 and R176, one line with long grain. Eight key informative recombinants were identified by nine kompetitive allele specific PCR (KASP) markers. By analyzing key recombinants, the qGL6.1 locus was narrowed down to a 40.41 kb genomic interval on chromosome 6. One candidate gene LOC_Os06g43304.1 encoding cytochrome P450 (CYP71D55) was finally selected based on the difference in the transcriptional expression and variations in its upstream and downstream region. Conclusions: Three QTLs qGL5.3, qGL6.1 and qGL11 were identified to control grain length in rice. One novel QTL qGL6.1 was fine mapped within 40.41 kb region, and LOC_Os06g43304.1 encoding cytochrome P450 (CYP71D55) may be its candidate gene. Simple Summary: Selection of molecular markers used in the marker-assisted selection of the litter size of sheep is critically essential. In this study, we identified single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), g.51537A>G in SMAD5 and g.319C>T in SMAD7, from Tibetan sheep, and they were genotyped. The expression patterns of SMAD4, SMAD5 and SMAD7 in the tissues of Tibetan sheep were determined. Furthermore, we also performed an association analysis of the SNPs with litter size. The results indicated that SMAD4, SMAD5 and SMAD7 were extensively expressed in the various tissues of Tibetan sheep. Sequence analysis showed that SMAD4 contained 1662 bp encoding 533 amino acids, SMAD5 contained 1667 bp encoding 465 amino acids and SMAD7 contained 1408 bp encoding 427 amino acids. Alignment analysis showed that the amino acid sequence of the three proteins shared high similarity with sheep, yak, cattle, dog, human, pig, chimpanzee, rhesus monkey and house mouse. Furthermore, association analysis showed that both g.51537A>G in SMAD5 and g.319C>T in SMAD7 were not significantly associated with litter size of Tibetan sheep. SMAD4, SMAD5 and SMAD7 belonging to the transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) superfamily are indispensable for oocyte formation and development, ovarian organogenesis and folliculogenesis. However, only a few studies have investigated the characteristics of SMAD4, SMAD5 and SMAD7 in Tibetan sheep and the effect of their polymorphism on litter size. In this study, we examined the expression of SMAD4, SMAD5 and SMAD7 in 13 tissues of Tibetan sheep by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Further, cDNA of these genes was cloned, sequenced and subjected to bioinformatics analysis. DNA sequencing was also used to detect single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). However, iM-LDRTM technology was used for SNP genotyping. Associations between polymorphisms and litter size were analyzed using data from genotyping of 433 Tibetan sheep. The results showed that the expression of SMAD4, SMAD5 and SMAD7 genes was ubiquitous in the tissues of Tibetan sheep, such as the ovary, uterus and oviduct, hypothalamus, hypophysis, heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, rumen, duodenum and longissimus dorsi. However, the expression was unbalanced and upregulated in the spleen, lung, ovary and uterus and downregulated in the longissimus dorsi. The bioinformatics analysis showed that SMAD4, SMAD5 and SMAD7 in Tibetan sheep encoded proteins of 533, 465 and 427 amino acids, respectively. Sequence homology analysis of the three proteins among other animals showed that the sequences of SMAD4, SMAD5 and SMAD7 of Tibetan sheep were similar to those in sheep, yak, cattle, dog, human, pig, chimpanzee, rhesus monkey and house mouse. Two synonymous mutations, g.51537A>G and g.319C>T, were detected in SMAD5 and SMAD7, respectively. The associations of these SNPs and litter size were determined, and it was found that both g.51537A>G and g.319C>T have no significant effect on the litter size of Tibetan sheep. The results provided novel insights into the molecular characterization, expression profiles and polymorphisms of SMAD4, SMAD5 and SMAD7 in Tibetan sheep, but our results do not support associations between these genes and the litter size of Tibetan sheep. Negative regulatory elements (NREs) down-regulate gene expression by inhibiting the activities of promoters or enhancers. The repressing activity of NREs can be measured globally by massively parallel reporter assays (MPRAs). However, most existing algorithms are designed for the statistical detection of positively enriched signals in MPRA datasets. To identify reduced signals in MPRA experiments, we designed a NRE identification program, fast-NR, by integrating the count and graphic features of sequenced reads to detect NREs using datasets generated by experiments of self-transcribing active regulatory region sequencing (STARR-seq). Introduction: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) ranks fourth in global cancer mortality, accounting for 8.2% of all cancer deaths. Early detection of HCC has a significant impact on clinical outcomes. The aim of this study was to identify blood-based biomarkers which are HCC-specific. Methods: Comprehensive gene expression raw data of purified RNA of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) was downloaded from GEO and was then analyzed. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in HCC were screened and the method of weighted gene co-expression network analysis was applied to identify candidate blood-based biomarkers associated with HCC. Results: Three modules closely related to HCC were screened using WGCNA. Nuclear localization signal (NLS)-bearing protein import into nucleus biological process was the most significant enriched physiological process identified by MCODE, and 3 genes (DICER1, GMPS and NCOR1) were selected as biomarkers. Conclusion: In our study, three novel blood-based HCC-specific diagnostic biomarkers for human hepatocellular carcinoma were identified. Summary: Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) is the causal agent of rice bacterial blight disease, which causes a reduction in rice production. The interaction between Xoo and rice is a model for the study of the gene‐for‐gene hypothesis, in which a resistance (R) gene encoding a product interacts with an effector molecule encoded by a corresponding bacterial avirulence (avr) gene. Rice XA21 functions as a plant innate immune receptor (R protein) and recognizes the avirulence protein (RaxX) of Xoo to induce the immune response and cope with pathogen attack. The sulphuration of RaxX by the tyrosine sulphotransferase RaxST is essential to its activity. The expression of raxST is regulated by the RaxH/RaxR and phoP/phoQ two‐component systems. However, the regulation of raxX expression remains unclear. Here, we showed that a gene (raxM) encodes a small protein, which functions as a regulator of raxX expression. raxX and raxM are located upstream of raxST. Transcriptional analysis indicates that raxX and raxM are separately transcribed and the promoter of raxX is located at the raxM coding region. The RaxM protein regulates its own and raxX expression, and is required for the XA21‐mediated immunity response. Therefore, we identified a regulator of raxX expression and of the Xoo–rice interaction. Objective: To investigate the effects of evodiamine (Evo), a component of Evodiaminedia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth, on cardiomyocyte hypertrophy induced by angiotensin II (Ang II) and further explore the potential mechanisms.Methods: Cardiomyocytes from neonatal Sprague Dawley rats were isolated and characterized, and then the cadiomyocyte cultures were randomly divided into control, model (Ang II 0.1 μmol/L), and Evo (0.03, 0.3, 3 μmol/L) groups. The cardiomyocyte surface area, protein level, intracellular free calcium ([Ca2+]i) concentration, activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and content of nitric oxide (NO) were measured, respectively. The mRNA expressions of atrial natriuretic factor (ANF), calcineurin (CaN), extracellular signal-regulated kinase-2 (ERK-2), and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) of cardiomyocytes were analyzed by real-time reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction. The protein expressions of calcineurin catalytic subunit (CnA) and mitogen-activated protein kinase phosphatase-1 (MKP-1) were detected by Western blot analysis.Results: Compared with the control group, Ang II induced cardiomyocytes hypertrophy, as evidenced by increased cardiomyocyte surface area, protein content, and ANF mRNA expression; increased intracellular free calcium ([Ca2+]i) concentration and expressions of CaN mRNA, CnA protein, and ERK-2 mRNA, but decreased MKP-1 protein expression (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with Ang II, Evo (0.3, 3 μmol/L) significantly attenuated Ang II-induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, decreased the [Ca2+]i concentration and expressions of CaN mRNA, CnA protein, and ERK-2 mRNA, but increased MKP-1 protein expression (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Most interestingly, Evo increased the NOS activity and NO production, and upregulated the eNOS mRNA expression (P<0.05).Conclusion: Evo signifificantly attenuated Ang II-induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, and this effect was partly due to promotion of NO production, reduction of [Ca2+]i concentration, and inhibition of CaN and ERK-2 signal transduction pathways. ObjectiveColorectal cancer (CRC) is the third leading cause of cancer-related mortality in the United States. Recent cancer genome-sequencing efforts and complementary functional studies have led to the identification of a collection of candidate ‘driver’ genes involved in CRC tumorigenesis. Tripartite motif (TRIM3) is recently identified as a tumour suppressor in glioblastoma but this tumour-suppressive function has not been investigated in CRC.Material and methodsIn this study, we investigated the potential role of TRIM3 as a tumour suppressor in CRC development by manipulating the expression of TRIM3 in two authentic CRC cell lines, HCT116 and DLD1, followed by various functional assays, including cell proliferation, colony formation, scratch wound healing, soft agar, and invasion assays. Xenograft experiment was performed to examinein vivotumour-suppressive properties of TRIM3.ResultsSmall-interfering RNA (siRNA) mediated knockdown of TRIM3 conferred growth advantage in CRC cells. In contrast, overexpression of TRIM3 affected cell survival, cell migration, anchorage independent growth and invasive potential in CRC cells. In addition, TRIM3 was found to be down-regulated in human colon cancer tissues compared with matched normal colon tissues. Overexpression of TRIM3 significantly inhibited tumour growthin vivousing xenograft mouse models. Mechanistic investigation revealed that TRIM3 can regulate p53 protein level through its stabilisation.ConclusionsTRIM3 functions as a tumour suppressor in CRC progression. This tumour-suppressive function is exerted partially through regulation of p53 protein. Therefore, this protein may represent a novel therapeutic target for prevention or intervention of CRC. Aberrant expression or dysfunction of a number of genes in the brain contributes to epilepsy, a common neurological disorder characterized by recurrent seizures. Local overexpression of arachidonate lipoxygenase 3 (ALOXE3), a key enzyme for arachidonic acid (AA) metabolic pathway, alleviates seizure severities. However, the relationship between the ALOXE3 gene mutation and epilepsy has not been reported until now. Here we firstly characterized the promoter of human ALOXE3 gene and found that the ALOXE3 promoter could drive luciferase gene expression in the human HEK-293 and SH-SY5Y cells. We then screened the ALOXE3 promoter region and all coding exons from those patients with Dravet syndrome and identified 5 variants c.−163T > C, c.−50C > G, c.−37G > A, c. + 228G > A and c. + 290G > T in the promoter region and one missense variant c.1939A > G (p.I647 V) in the exon. Of these variants in the promoter region, only -50C > G was a novel variant located on the transcriptional factor NFII-I binding element. Luciferase reporter gene analyses indicated that the c.-50C > G could decrease gene expression by preventing the TFII-I's binding. In addition, the variant p.I647 V was conserved among all analyzed species and located within the ALOXE3 functional domain for catalyzing its substrate. In cultured cell lines, overexpression of ALOXE3 significantly decreased the cellular AA levels and overexpression of ALOXE3-I647 V could restore the AA levels, suggesting that the p.I647 V mutant led to a decrease in enzyme activity. Taken together, the present study proposes that the identified ALOXE3 variants potentially contribute to the AA-pathway-mediated epileptogenesis, which should provide a novel avenue for clinical diagnosis of epilepsy. NLRP3 inflammasome has been recently reported as an important risk factor in the development of cancer. But the relationship between polymorphisms of NLRP3 inflammasome related genes and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is rarely reported. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to investigate the association of five genetic polymorphisms (NLRP3, IL-1β, IL-18, CARD8 and NF-κB) in 267 CML patients and 344 healthy controls. We found that the AT genotype of CARD8 (rs2043211) was significantly higher compared to TT genotype in high and intermediate risk CML patients. IL-1β (rs16944) polymorphism in early molecular response at 6 months was marginally different, with more GG and less AA genotype in BCR-ABL IS >1% group. IL-18 (rs1946518) polymorphism was significantly different with more GG genotype in BCR-ABL IS >1% group at 6 months. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the most frequent liver disease and associated with a wide spectrum of hepatic disorders ranging from nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFL) to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). NASH is projected to become the most common indication for liver transplantation, and the annual incidence rate of NASH-related HCC is 5.29 cases per 1000 person-years. Owing to the epidemics of NAFLD and the unclear mechanism of NAFLD progression, it is important to elucidate the underlying NAFLD mechanisms in detail. NASH is mainly caused by the development of NAFL Therefore, it is also of great significance to understand the mechanism of progression from NAFL to NASH. Gene expression chip data for NAFLD and NASH were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus database to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between NAFLD and normal controls (called DEGs for NAFLD), as well as between NASH and normal tissue (called DEGs for NASH-Normal), and between NASH and NAFL tissue (called DEGs for NASH-NAFL). For DEGs for the NAFLD group, key genes were identified by studying the form of intersection. Potential functions of DEGs for NASH were then analyzed by gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses. A protein–protein interaction network (PPI) was constructed using the STRING database. A total of 249 DEGs and one key gene for NAFLD were identified. For NASH-Normal, 514 DEGs and 11 hub genes were identified, three of which were closely related to the survival analysis of HCC, and potentially closely related to progression from NASH to HCC. One key gene for NASH-NAFL (AKR1B10) was identified. These genes appear to mediate the molecular mechanism underlying NAFLD and may be promising biomarkers for the presence of NASH.
