Bu deneysel çalışmanın amacı, ortaokul 5.sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanan origami oyunlarıyla yapılan öğretimin öğrencilerin geometriye yönelik tutumlarına etkisi olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ön test-son test, eşleştirilmiş kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında “Geometri Tutum Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu Mardin ili Nusaybin ilçesinde devlete bağlı bir ortaokulun 21 kişilik iki sınıfında öğrenim gören toplamda 42 kişilik 5. sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma için bir sınıf deney ve bir sınıf kontrol grubu olarak seçilmiştir. Deney grubuna geometri alan ve uzunluk ölçme konusu origamiye dayalı 6 etkinlikle 5 hafta işlenirken, kontrol grubuna geleneksel yöntemlerle ders işlenmiştir. Uygulamanın öğrencilerin geometri tutumlarına etkisinin anlamlı olup olmadığını tespit için bağımlı ve bağımsız t-testleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan t-testleri sonucunda origami oyunlarıyla ve geleneksel yöntemle öğretim uygulandığı sınıflarda öğrencilerin matematik dersinde geometri konularına yönelik tutumlarında çok az değişmeler sağlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak iki grup arasında anlamlı fark elde edilememesi origami oyunlarıyla yapılan öğretimin geleneksel yöntemle yapılan öğretime göre öğrencilerin geometriye yönelik tutumlarını değiştirmede çok etkili olmadığını göstermiştir. Ancak origami uygulanan grubun deney öncesine göre kontrol grubuna göre tutumunda daha fazla değişiklik olmuştur.

Exosomal vesicles enclose and carry a broad range of biological molecules, such as nucleic acids, lipids, and proteins, and transfer them between cells. In cancer, cells being mentioned could be neighbors in the same tumor microenvironment communicating with each other, or they could be localized at distant sites of the body, enabling suitable conditions for metastasis. Either way, it is a concrete fact that cells under physiological or pathological conditions make crosstalk via exosomal secretion. This review looks at the relation between exosomal cargo and mechanisms of cancer through recent research.

Aim: In this study, we investigated the immune activity of the Sox-9 and Cited-1 in women with placenta accreta. Material and Methods: 20 healthy and 20 placenta accreta were processed for routine histological tissue processing. Placentals samples were dissected and fixed in 10% formaldehyde solution. Samples were embedded in paraffin blocks. Clinical and biochemical parameters were recorded. Placental sections were cut from paraffin blocks and stained with Sox-9 and Cited-1 immunostaining. Results: In our study, control group showed negative Cited-1 expression in decidual cells, root villi and connective tissue areas in general. Placenta accreta group showed increased Cited-1 expression in degenerated decidual cells, fibroblastic cells and endothelium. In control group, Sox-9 expression was negative in the syncytial knots, in the vascular endothelial cells. In placenta accreta group, Sox-9 reaction was positive in the root villi, in the blood vessels, in the connective tissue. Conclusion: It was observed that the Sox-9 reaction was increased and inflammation was induced, depending on the differences in decidual cells, in the syncytial area and in the vascular endothelium in in placentas of women with placenta accreta. It is thought that Sox-9 signaling processes are being determined and Cited-1 may be stimulants that affect cell proliferation and angiogenesis regulation and affect placental development.

Aim: In this study, we applied the classical technique and modified open pull-through procedure (OPtP) for hydrocele sac dissection in excisional Winkelmann hydrocelectomy procedure (WHP) to retrospectively compare the surgical and cosmetic satisfaction results of the two techniques. Material and Methods: Sixty-two patients underwent excisional WHP from 2017 to 2020. The modified OPtP and classical technique groups included 30 and 32 patients, respectively. The intraoperative and postoperative parameters of the patients in both groups were evaluated statistically until the postoperative second month. Cosmetic satisfaction was evaluated statistically at the postoperative sixth month. Results: Postoperative infection and recurrence were not observed in either group. The patients in both groups had large hydrocele sacs. There was no statistically significant difference between the groups in terms of the hydrocele sac volume, operation time, length of hospitalization, postoperative scrotal edema, and postoperative scrotal pain scores (p>0.05). The postoperative hematoma rate was 15.6% in the classical technique group. Aim: Our aim was to investigate expression level of VEGF in tuba uterine in ovarian ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) by immunohistochemical techniques. Material and Methods: 30 Sprague Dawley female rats were categorized into three groups. Sham group: The abdomen was opened and closed without any treatment. Ischemia (I) group: 1-hour ischemia was allowed to create ischemic injury. Ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) group: 1-hour ischemia and then 3-hour reperfusion was allowed to create I/R injury. Results: MDA and MPO levels were increased after ischemia and IR while GSH content was decreased. Histological scores of follicular degeneration, inflammation, hemorrhage were high in I and IR groups. Normal histology of tuba uterine was observed in sham group. In I and IR group, degenerated cilia, desquamative epithelial cells impaired basement membrane leukocytes infiltration, apoptotic nuclei, vascular dilatation, thrombosis and inflammation and adenoma were observed. VEGF expression was mainly in sham group. In I and IR group, endothelial cells, adenoma structures, vessels, macrophage and inflammatory leukocyte cells and fibroblast cells showed positive VEGF expression. Conclusion: IR damage affected inflammation and angiogenesis, changes in implantation.

The study presents the investigation of the elastic behavior of the soil in the optimal design of continuous foundations according to the rigid solid case. For the investigation, the optimization algorithm that can find optimal section and reinforcement details of continuous foundations has been developed. The developed algorithm uses one of the well-known meta-heuristic methods named the artificial Bee Colony method to find the optimal design. The Winkler spring hypothesis (analytic solution) is used to calculate internal forces and stresses in elastic continuous foundations. We used the real-size design example previously used in the literature to test the elastic soil effect and algorithm performance. The obtained results show that the current algorithm performs well, and lower cost values are obtained in the elastic design.

Bu araştırma makalesinin amacı, İran ve Suudi Arabistan ilişkileri örneğiyle dış politika tutum ve eylemlerini kimlik açısından değerlendirmektir. Bu çerçevede çalışmamız, Suudi Arabistan ile İran arasındaki ilişkileri ve dolayısıyla birbirlerine yönelik politik tutumları kimliksel farklılıkların şekillendirdiği, bunun da aralarında kaçınılmaz bir bölgesel mücadeleye yol açtığı varsayımına dayanmaktadır. Bu açıdan varsayımımızı desteklemek için öncelikle kuramsal çerçeve ele alınmıştır. Ardından bu aktörler arasındaki çatışma dinamikleri ve bunların bölgesel etkileri, bir vaka çalışması olarak ortaya konulmuştur. Dolayısıyla bu olay çalışması, İran ve Suudi Arabistan'ın bölgesel mücadelelerinde inançsal farklılıklarını kullanarak birbirlerine karşı üstünlük elde etmeye çalıştığını ileri sürmektedir. Çünkü İran ve Suudi Arabistan toplumlarının etnik ve mezhepsel açıdan karmaşık yapıları, devletlerini siyasi coğrafya kaygıları açısından etkilemektedir. Bu çerçevede bölgesel güç mücadelesi yürüten İran ve Suudi Arabistan’ın ilişkilerindeki çatışma dinamikleri, kimliksel nedenlerle açıklanmıştır. Buna göre onların birbiriyle çatışan inançsal kimliklerini dış politika tercihlerine yansıtmaları, birbirlerini tehdit olarak algılamalarına yol açmaktadır. Bu algı hem aralarındaki bölgesel güç mücadelesinin içeriğini ve çatışma dinamiklerini hem de kimin vekil ve bölge dışı müttefik olup olmayacağını da somutlaştırmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemleriyle yazılan bu çalışmada, uluslararası ilişkiler disiplinine katkıda bulunabilmek amacıyla özgün bir dış politika tanımı yapılmıştır. Bu tanım çerçevesinde çalışmanın içeriği tarihsel ve betimleyici bakış açısıyla ele alınmıştır. Ardından güncel sorunlar da dikkate alınarak kimlik perspektifinden Suudi Arabistan ve İran’ın dış politika tutumlarının geleceğine ilişkin sonuçlar ortaya konulmuştur.

Uluslararası göç başta Türkiye olmak üzere tüm dünyayı ekonomik, sosyal, siyasal, kültürel ve toplumsal anlamda etkilemektedir. Son yıllarda artan savaşlar ve iç karışıklıklar nedeniyle özellikle artan zorunlu göç dalgaları toplumların ilişkilerini etkilemesi bakımından var olan bu küresel sorunun derinleşmesine neden olmuştur. Bireyden topluma ulus devletten uluslararası örgütlere kadar geniş bir alanı kapsayan göç konusu göç alan ülkelerde göçe ilişkin yeni politikaların belirlenmesi konusunda gelişmeleri hızlandırmış ve zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Bu bakımdan özellikle göç alan ülkelerin bu göç olgusunu kendi lehlerine çevirerek ekonomiye katkı sağlayacak şekilde durumu yönetmeleri büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, 1996-2019 yılları arasında seçili göç alan 13 ülke için uluslararası göçün ekonomik büyüme üzerine etkisi dinamik panel veri yöntemiyle tahmin edilmiştir. Analizler sonucu elde edilen bulgular; panel genelinde uluslararası göçün ekonomik büyümeyi artırdığı yönündedir.

Aim: In this study, we aimed to examine the expression levels of Adrenomedullin (ADM) and soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 (sFlt-1), two novel proteins found to be involved in vascular regulation in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), to compare the expression levels of these proteins in the histopathology of the disease and to observe the correlation of the expression intensity of these proteins with the disease. Methods: In our study, 20 healthy and 20 GDM placenta samples were obtained. Histologic follow-up was performed. 5µm thick sections were taken from these tissues and stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin and Periodic Acid Schiff (PAS). Immunohistochemically, ADM and sFlt-1 antibodies were studied. Results: In the GDM group, vascular dilatation and congestion in stem villus, hyperplasic endothelial cells, and increased syncytial bridges in the external part of the villi, mononuclear cell infiltration, pyknotic nuclei and cytoplasm loss in some of the decidual cells in the maternal region were observed. In the immunohistochemical examination, cytotrophoblast and syncytiotrophoblast cells of villous and syncytial nodes showed negative ADM expression. ADM was positively expressed in some cytotrophoblast cells of small villi, vascular endothelial cells and decidual cells. In the GDM group, sFlt-1 expression was positive in endothelial cells, some Hofbauer cells of mesenchymal connective tissue, decidual cell nuclei and membranes. Conclusion: ADM may be an important receptor in insulin metabolism to determine the glucose level because we found positive ADM expression in cytotrophoblasts and membranes of decidual cells. In addition, changes in endothelial cells of maternal and fetal regions and sFlt-1 expression in Hofbauer cells suggest that this molecule possibly plays a key role in the angiogenic effect.

Introduction: Evidence suggests a relationship between electrocardiography (ECG) aVR (augmented voltage right) T wave and cardiovascular mortality in hemodialysis patients. The aim of our study was to investigate the relationship between ECG T aVR positivity and overall mortality together with other known risk factors in hemodialysis patients. Materials and methods: One hundred and one hemodialysis patients were retrospectively screened for ECG T aVR wave positivity. In parallel, the relationship between T aVR positivity and age, gender, calcium phosphorus index, heart rate, ECG and echocardiographic parameters, mortality, smoking, presence of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, myocardial infarction were investigated. RESULTS: Univariate analyzes revealed that patients with positive T aVR (16%) had a statistically lower dialysis time and ejection fraction compared to patient with negative T aVR (p=0.041 and p=0.046, respectively). Survival analysis revealed statistically significantly better prognosis for T aVR-negative patients compared to T aVR-positive patients (5-year survival 70.9%, and 45.5%, respectively; p=0.027). Among tested parameters, independent risk factors affecting survival in hemodialysis patients were found to be age (hazard ratio, HR: 1.03), high heart rate (HR: 1.03), smoking (HR: 3.37) and presence of diabetes mellitus (HR: 2.91). CONCLUSIONS: Our results indicate that routine monitorization of T wave in aVR derivation together with evaluation of other risk factors may provide information about the cardiovascular risk profile, mortality and life habits of hemodialysis patients.

Background: COVID-19 pandemic has affected all the world. The consequence of the COVID-19 infection causes many disorders in many organs, one of them is the placenta. COVID-19 disease has long-term effects on various tissues after recovery. The aim of this study was to investigate the placentas of pregnant women with healthy, COVID-19 positive during the second trimester and labor. Material and methods: A total of twenty-four pregnant women (8 patients per each group) were included in the study. Their placentas were processed for routine paraffin wax embedding protocol. The blood parameters of patients were recorded. Placental tissues were stained with hematoxylin-eosin dye and immune stained with TNF-α and ADAMTS-8. Statistical analysis was performed on blood and histological parameters. Results: AST and CRP values of biochemical parameters were higher in women with second trimester and labor groups than in the healthy group. Also, a significant increase in ALT values was observed in the labor group. Normal histology was observed in the placentas of healthy patients. More histopathology was recorded in the placentas of COVID-19 infected women compared to healthy placentas. The expression of TNF-α and ADAMTS-8 were found significantly higher in the COVID-19 placentas compared to the non-COVID-19 group. Conclusions: COVID-19 infection can cause pathological changes during pregnancy and labor. This study shows that COVID-19 not only acutely has adverse effects on placental pathologies but also has long-term effects. TNF-α and ADAMTS-8 primary antibodies can be a guide in demonstrating these effects.

Tüm sektörlerde olduğu gibi konaklama işletmeleri de kârlılık hedefli işletmeler olup, kârlılıklarını koruyabilmeleri ve sürdürülebilir kılmaları maliyetlerini doğru biçimde hesaplayabilmelerinden geçmektedir. Üretim (mamul/hizmet) işletmelerinde departman bazında muhasebe kayıtlarının yapılmasındaki amaç kayıt düzeni üzerinden kontrole yöneliktir. Bu kapsamda elde edilecek veriler oluşturulacak ek hesaplara bağlıdır. Bu şekilde bir kayıt düzeni sayesinde işletmelerde gelir, gider ve maliyetlerin departmanlar bazında takip edilip gerekli durumlarda müdahale edilmesi ve istenen sıklıkta kontrol edilebilmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı, hizmet üretim maliyetlerinin departman bazında muhasebeleştirilmesine yönelik bir yöntem önerisinde bulunarak konaklama işletmelerinin bu konudaki muhasebesel uygulamalarına ve iç kontrole katkı sağlamaktır. Bu amaçla hipotetik veriler kullanılarak bir yöntem önerisinde bulunulmuştur. Önerilen maliyet kontrol yöntemi 9 adımda gerçekleştirilerek çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Çalışmada önerilen yöntem ile oluşturulan yiyecek-içecek maliyet tabloları sayesinde elde edilen veriler mizan ile balans sağlamıştır. Önerilen bu yöntem ile herhangi bir manuel bilgi, belge ve veriye gereksinim duyulmadan mizan verileri üzerinden yiyecek-içecek maliyet tabloları hazırlanabileceği görülmüştür. Uygulanan yöntemde iç kontrole katkı sağlanması da hedeflendiğinden, gelir ve gider hesapları da analize elverişli detayda kullanılmış olup departman bazında yiyecek-içecek maliyet tabloları muhasebe kayıtlarından alınarak sonuçların herhangi bir olumsuzluk durumu ortadan kaldırılmıştır

There has been an increasing interest in biocatalysts over the past few decades in order to obtain high efficiency, high yield, and environmentally benign procedures aiming at the manufacture of pharmacologically relevant chemicals. Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB), a microbial group, can be employed as biocatalysts while performing asymmetric reduction of prochiral ketones. In this study, Leuconostoc mesenteroides N6 was used for the asymmetric bioreduction 1-indanone. And then, a novel and innovative face-centered design-based multi-objective optimization model was used to optimize experimental conditions. Also, the experimental design factors were defined as agitation speed, incubation period, pH, and temperature for optimization to acquire the maximum enantiomeric excess (ee) and conversion rate (cr) values. When using the face-centered design-based multi-objective optimization model, the optimum culture conditions corresponded to 96.34 and 99.42%, ee and cr responses, respectively, were pH = 5.87, incubation temperature = 35 °C, incubation period = 50.88 h, and agitation speed = 152.60 rpm. Notably, the validation experiment under the optimum model conditions confirmed the model results. This study demonstrated the importance of the optimization and the efficiency of the face-centered design-based multi-objective model.

Yaşayan, gelişen ve değişen varlıklar olarak insanlar ve örgütler zaman içerisinde çeşitli düşünce yapılarından etkilenmekte ve dönüşmektedir. 1950’li yıllardan sonra dünya üzerinde etkili olmaya başladığı ileri sürülen postmodern düşüncenin ne olduğu, niçin ortaya çıktığı, neyi savunduğu ve eleştirdiği ve nasıl bir dünya tasavvuru öngördüğünün anlaşılabilmesi için 1650-1950 arası etkili olduğu iddia edilen modern düşüncenin bilinmesi gerekmektedir. Modernizm ve pozitivizm eleştirisinden yola çıkan postmodern düşünce, her alanda olduğu gibi eğitim ve eğitim yönetimi alanında da önemli dönüşümlere yol açacak tartışmaları başlatmıştır. Yüzyıldan fazla bir zaman sürecinde bütün eğitim sistemini belirleyen ve şekillendiren pozitivist bilim, insan ve eğitim anlayışı 20. yüzyılın ikinci yarısından itibaren yorumsamacı ve yapılandırmacı yaklaşımlarla birlikte yerel dinamiklere dayanan bir yönetim anlayışını ön plana çıkaran, merkeziyetçi politikaları eleştiren, çokkültürlü politikaları savunan, duygu ve değerleri önemseyen esnek ve durumsal bir eğitim ve yönetim düşüncesine evrilmek durumunda kalmıştır. Türk eğitim yönetimi sisteminin modern ve postmodern paradigmalar açısından nerede durduğu ve bunlardan hangi ölçüde etkilendiği bu çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır.

Bu araştırmanın amacı; insanlığın tarih boyunca kendilerini savunmak veya korumak amacıyla ürettikleri yapıların ve tasarımların tarihsel gelişim sürecini çok yönlü olarak derlemek ve analiz etmektir. Türlü tehlikeler, can ve mal güvenliğinin sağlanması hususunda çağlar boyunca insanları mekânsal arayışlara zorunlu kılmıştır. Mimari bilim ve sanat dalı olarak bu arayışlara yanıt verecek çözümler geliştirmiştir. Antik Çağ’dan beri yaşamın devamlılığı için tehdit olarak görülen tehlikeler ve onlara karşı koymak için geliştirilen sığınma ve savunma yapıları, azalmamış artarak çeşitlenmiştir. Malzeme ve yapı teknolojisindeki gelişmeler bu yapıların tasarımına da etki etmiştir. Sosyal, politik ve ekonomik koşullar da onları biçimlenmişlerdir. Konunun evrensel çerçevesi nedeniyle hangi savunma ve sığınma tekniğinin tam olarak ne zaman kullanıldığını saptamak mümkün değildir. Ancak araştırmalar üzerinden genel kanılara ulaşmak mümkündür. Bu araştırma kapsamında tarih çağlarında savunma ve sığınma yapıları analiz edilmeye çalışılmış, Yakın Çağ’da savaşların mimari üzerindeki etkileri irdelenmiş, Dünya’da ve Türkiye’deki güncel yaklaşımlara değinilmiştir. İnsanlık var olduğu müddetçe, tehlikeler de var olmaya devam edecektir. Bu nedenle geçmiş anlayışların ve mevcut durumun tespiti önem taşımaktadır.

Minyatürleşen enerji sistemleri ve yüksek güçlü elektronik aletler soğutma kapasitesi yüksek olan sistemlerin kullanımını gerektirmektedir. Çarpan jet-çapraz akıştan oluşan birleşik jet etkisi mikroçip elektronik elemanlarının soğutma performansını artırıcı bir etkiye sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, kanallarda bulunan sabit 1000 W/m2 ısı akılı küp ve oyuklu desenlerin su ve %0,02 hacimsel nanoparçacık konsantrasyonlu GO (Grafen Oksit)-Su nanoakışkanı kullanılarak birleşik jet akışı ile soğutulması sayısal olarak analiz edilmiştir. Sayısal çalışma, sürekli ve üç boyutlu olarak k-ε türbülans modelli Ansys-Fluent programının kullanılmasıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Nanoakışkanın termofiziksel özellikleri deneysel olarak elde edilmiştir. Literatürdeki çalışmalar da göz önüne alınarak kanal boyutlarına uygun olacak şekilde kanallara üçer adet desenli yüzey yerleştirilmiştir. Kanallara ayrıca jet girişinden itibaren D jet giriş çapı ölçüsünde sabit bir uzaklıkta (N) 90o açılı kanatçık eklenmiştir. Kanal yükseklikleri 3D ve 6D iken akışkanların Re sayısı aralığı 5000-9000’ dir. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçların doğruluğu ve kabul edilebilirliği deneysel araştırmalar sonucu elde edilen eşitlik kullanılarak kanıtlanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçları, kanallardaki her bir desen için ortalama Nu sayısı ve yüzey sıcaklığının değişimleri olarak su ve nanoakışkan için kanatçıksız ve kanatçıklı durumlarda karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, birleşik jet nanoakışkan akışının hız ve sıcaklık konturu dağılımları jet-desen arası etkileşimler de göz önüne alınarak farklı kanal yükseklikleri için sunulmuştur. Bununla birlikte, kanallardaki her üç desenli yüzeyin tümü için farklı Reynolds sayılarında performans değerlendirme sayıları (PEC) ve ortalama Nu sayısı (Num) ve yüzey sıcaklık değerleri (Tm) Re = 9000 için değerlendirilmiştir. Re = 9000 ve H = 3D için GO-Su nanoakışkanlı kanatçıklı birleşik jet akışlı kanalda su akışkanlı ve kanatçıksız kanala göre küp ve oyuklu desen yüzeyleri için Num değerinde sırasıyla %45,04 ve %37,11’ lik artışlar elde edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte, Re = 5000 değerinde ve H = 3D yükseklikli kanallarda su akışkanı için PEC sayısı değerlerinin sırasıyla küp ve oyuklu desenli yüzeylerde nanoakışkana göre %1,69 ve %1,74 daha fazla oldukları tespit edilmiştir.

Prochiral ketones can be effectively bio-reduced to chiral secondary alcohols by whole-cell biocatalysts, which are possible useful precursors to synthesize physiologically active chemicals and natural products. When whole-cell biocatalysts strains are used, bioreduction process can be influenced by various cultural factors, and it is vital to optimize these factors that affect selectivity, conversion rate, and yield. In this study, Weissella cibaria N9 was used as whole-cell biocatalyst for bioreduction of 1-(thiophen-2-yl)ethanone, and cultural design factors were optimized using a desirability function-embedded face-centered optimization model. For this, effects of pH (4.5–5.5–6.5, x1), (2) temperature (25–30–35 °C, x2), (3) incubation period (24–48–72 h, x3), and (4) agitation speed (100–150–200 rpm, x4) on two response variables; (1) ee (%) and (2) cr (%) were tested. Next, desirability function-embedded face-centered optimization model revealed that a pH of 6.43, a temperature of 26.04 °C, an incubation period of 52.41 h, and an agitation speed of 150 rpm were the optimum levels and the estimated ee and cr responses were 99.31% and 98.16%, respectively. Importantly, the actual experimental ee and cr responses were similar to the estimated values indicating the capability of the offered desirability function-embedded face-centered optimization model when using the optimum cultural conditions.

Background: Aspirin treatment after desensitization (ATAD) is effective in preventing nasal polyps recurrence as well as respiratory symptoms in patients with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)‐exacerbated respiratory diseases (N-ERD). However, there is no consensus on effective daily maintenance doses in ATAD. Therefore, we aimed to compare the effects of two different maintenance doses of aspirin on clinical outcomes for 1‐3 years of ATAD. Methods: This was a retrospective, multicenter study that involved four tertiary centers. The maintenance doses of daily aspirin were 300 mg in one center and 600 mg in the remaining three. The data of patients who were on ATAD for 1‐3 years were included. Study outcomes (nasal surgeries, sinusitis, asthma attacks, hospitalization, oral corticosteroid use, and medication uses) were assessed in a standardized way and recorded from case files. Results: The study initially included 125 subjects, 38 and 87 were receiving 300 and 600 mg daily aspirin for ATAD, respectively. Number of nasal polyp surgeries decreased after 1 -3 years compared with before ATAD in both groups (group 1, baseline: 0.44 ± 0.07 versus first year: 0.08 ± 0.05; p < 0.001 and baseline: 0.44 ± 0.07 versus 3rd year: 0.01 ± 0.01; p < 0.001; and group 2, baseline 0.42 ± 0.03 versus first year: 0.02 ± 0.02; p < 0.001 and baseline: 0.42 ± 0.03 versus 3rd year: 0.07 ± 0.03; p < 0.001). Conclusion: Given the comparable effects of 300 mg and 600 mg aspirin daily as maintenance treatment of ATAD on both asthma and sinonasal outcomes in N-ERD, our results suggest using 300 mg of aspirin daily in ATAD owing to its better safety profile.

2019 ve 2020 yıllarında, Gaziantep iline bağlı İslahiye ve Nurdağı ilçeleri sınırları içinde ve Yesemek Heykel Atölyesi ile yakın çevresinde yapılan arkeolojik yüzey araştırmalarında Orta Paleolitik Çağ’dan Geç Osmanlı Dönemi’ne kadar farklı dönemlere tarihlenen 77 arkeolojik merkez tespit edilmiş ve incelenmiştir. Kuzey Levant Koridoru içinde yer alan bu bölgenin arkeolojisi yeterince araştırılmamıştır. Bu merkezler içinde Yesemek Heykel Atölyesi içinde ve hemen yakınlarındaki büyük bir tepe yerleşmesinde tespit edilen Geç Tunç Çağı kalıntıları Yesemek Heykel atölyesi ile ilgili başta tarihlendirme problemi olmak üzere önemli sorulara cevap vermiştir. Yesemek Heykel Atölyesi’nin hemen doğusunda yer alan, doğu-batı istikametinde uzanan 3,5 km uzunluğundaki doğal tepe üzerinde tespit edilen Geç Tunç Çağı’na tarihlenen mimari kalıntılar, heykeltıraşlık eserleri ve seramik parçaları Yesemek Heykel Atölyesi’nin tarihlendirilmesini sağlarken, atölyenin üretim amacını da ortaya koymuştur.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to analyze the available literature by conducting a systematic review to assess the possible effects of nerve-sparing segmental resection and conventional bowel resection on postoperative complications for the treatment of colorectal endometriosis. Material and methods: Pubmed, Clinical Trials.gov, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science were comprehensively searched from 1997 to 2021 in order to perform a systematic review. Studies including patients undergoing segmental resection for colorectal endometriosis including adequate follow-up, data on postoperative complications and postoperative sequelae were enrolled in this review. Selected articles were evaluated and divided in two groups: Nerve-sparing resection (NSR), and conventional segmental resection not otherwise specified (SRNOS). Within the NSRs, studies mentioning preservation of the rectal artery supply (artery and nerve-sparing SR - ANSR) and not reporting preservation of the artery supply (NSR not otherwise specified - NSRNOS) were further analyzed. Prospero id: CRD42021250974. Results: A total of 7549 patients from 63 studies were included in the data analysis. Forty-three of these publications did not mention the preservation or the removal of the hypogastric nerve plexus, or main rectal artery supply and were summarized as SRNOS. The remaining 22 studies were listed under the NSR group. The mean size of the resected deep endometriosis lesions and patients' body mass index were comparable between SRNOS and NSR. A mean of 3.6% (0-16.6) and 2.3% (0-10.5%) of rectovaginal fistula development was reported in patients who underwent SRNOS and NSR, respectively. Anastomotic leakage rates varied from 0% to 8.6% (mean 1.7 ± 2%) in SRNOS compared with 0% to 8% (mean 1.7 ± 2%) in patients undergoing NSR. Urinary retention (4.5% and 4.9%) and long-term bladder catheterization (4.9% and 5.6%) were frequently reported in SRNOS and NSR. There was insufficient information about pain or the recurrence rates for women undergoing SRNOS and NSR. Conclusions: Current data describe the outcomes of different segmental resection techniques. However, the data are inhomogeneous and not sufficient to reach a conclusion regarding a possible advantage of one technique over the other.

Objective: The aim of the study was to examine whether the proportion of young elite football players with high functional movement screening (FMS) scores and reaching professionalism differs from the proportion of young elite football players with low FMS scores and non-professionals. Materials and Methods: Fifty-seven players were included in the study. The health files of the participants were retrospectively scanned. Physical information and FMS scores were recorded in the data form. The level of football career of the participants as of March 2022 was assessed on the website of the Turkish Football Federation. FMS scores were compared by dividing the participants into two groups as those with- and without professional football license. Results: The proportion of participants with a score above the FMS cut-off score and reaching the professional level was higher than the rate of non-professional participants with a score above the FMS cut-off score (p˂0.05). Conclusion: The quality of movement in young elite football players may be a determinant for being a professional football player. For this reason, starting from an early age, measuring the quality of movement regularly and trying to improve it may be important in realizing the career goals of elite young football players.

Bu çalışmanın amacı ters-yüz öğrenmenin üniversite öğrencilerinin yaratıcı düşünme eğilimleri, iletişim becerileri, güdülenme düzeyleri ile akademik başarılarına etkisini belirlemektir. Karma yöntem desenlerinden ardışık açıklayıcı desenin tercih edildiği bu çalışmada ön test-son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen ve durum çalışması deseni ile araştırma süreci yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada deney ve kontrol grubu olmak üzere 69 ön lisans öğrencisinden oluşan iki çalışma grubu yer almıştır. Veri toplama araçları olarak “Yaratıcı Düşünme Eğilimi Ölçeği”, “İletişim Becerileri Ölçeği”, “Eğitimde Güdülenme Ölçeği”, “Gelişim ve Öğrenme Dersi Başarı Testi” ve “Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu” kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın deneysel süreci 13 hafta sürmüştür. Deneysel süreç hazırlık, uygulama ve raporlaştırma olmak üzere üç evrede yürütülmüştür. Bu süreçte Gelişim ve Öğrenme dersine yönelik taslak programlar oluşturulmuştur. Bu programlarda deney grubunda ters-yüz öğrenme uygulaması esas alınırken; kontrol grubunda ise uzaktan eğitim esas alınmıştır. Nicel veri analizinde parametrik testlerden bağımsız örneklem t-testi, bağımlı gruplar t-testi, tek yönlü kovaryans analizi (ANCOVA) kullanılırken, nitel veri analizinde ise içerik analizi uygulanmıştır. Nicel veriler değerlendirildiğinde, deney ve kontrol gruplarını oluşturan öğrencilerin yaratıcı düşünme eğilimleri, iletişim becerileri, güdülenme düzeyleri ve akademik başarıları açısından deney grubu lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde fark olduğu belirlenmiştir. Nitel bulgular ise nicel bulguları destekler niteliktedir ve üniversite öğrencilerinin ters-yüz öğrenme uygulamasına bakışlarının olumlu olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.

Idiopathic generalized epilepsy is the most common group of epilepsy disorders in children and adolescents. Various types of genetic abnormality were identified among the hereditary factors that explain epilepsy.To determine the variations in the etiopathogenesis, treatment protocol planning, and prognosis of idiopathic generalized epilepsy using the next-generation sequencing method.A cross-sectional study.This study included 32 patients with idiopathic generalized epilepsy. Genomic DNA was obtained from peripheral venous blood samples taken from the patients. A total of 18 genes encoding ion channel subunits that are involved in monogenic disorders and are associated with idiopathic generalized epilepsy were included. The targeted custom next-generation sequencing panel was designed to cover all coding exons and all exon/intron splice site regions of 18 genes.We detected 9 (28%) variations, including 1 likely pathogenic (a variant in the SCN1A gene) and 8 of unknown clinical significance (2 in the CLCN2 genes, GABBR2, SCN1B, SLC2A1, SLC4A10 genes, and 2 in the TBC1D24 gene).Study results should be supported by functional advanced studies, with increased existing knowledge in the relevant variations.

Introduction: The use of predictors of response to a specific treatment in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) can improve disease management, help prevent unnecessary healthcare costs, and save time. In this study, we aimed to identify predictors of complete response to standard-dosed and higher than standard-dosed antihistamine treatments in patients with CSU. BACKGROUND: Emergency departments (EDs) are typically the first medical contact for seizure patients, and early diagnosis and treatment is primarily the responsibility of emergency physicians. OBJECTIVES: Demonstrate the efficacy of bedside ocular ultrasonography for optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD) measurement in differentiating provoked seizure from unprovoked seizure in the ED. DESIGN: Prospective observational study SETTINGS: Tertiary care hospital PATIENTS AND METHODS: Patients presenting to the ED with seizure were divided into two groups according to medical history, physical examination, laboratory results, cranial computed tomography findings and electroencephalography results. Patients with seizures that did not have a specific cause (unprovoked) were compared with patients who had seizures caused by underlying pathology (provoked). The measurement of the ONSD was taken at the bedside within 30 minutes of arrival. The study compared the ONSD values, age, sex, type of seizure, and Glasgow Coma Score between the two groups. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE: Efficacy of ONSD to distinguish between provoked and unprovoked seizures. SAMPLE SIZE: 210 patients RESULTS: One hundred and fourteen (54.3%) patients were in the provoked seizure group and 96 (45.7%) were in the unprovoked seizure group. In this study, a lumped parameter model which includes systemic circulation, cerebral blood vessels, systemic arteriolar resistance control, heart rate control, cerebral autoregulation mechanisms and cerebral CO2 reactivity was developed to simulate healthy and heart failure conditions. In the healthy cardiovascular system model, the results were obtained with all control mechanisms connected to the model. Whilst heart failure cases were simulated, all control mechanisms were removed from the model. Then, cerebral autoregulation and cerebral CO2 reactivity mechanisms were connected to the model. Lastly, systemic arteriolar resistance and heart rate control mechanisms were connected to the model. Also, Monte Carlo Analysis was performed to determine the range of parameters controlled for simulations of healthy and heart failure conditions. The results showed that blood flow rate in cerebral circulation can be simulated more accurately by modeling interaction among autoregulatory mechanisms rather than studying separately.

Çalışmanın amacı, güreşçilerde Geleneksel Setleme (GS) yöntemi ve Cluster Setleme (CS) yöntemi ile oluşturulmuş Post Aktivasyon Potansiyeli (PAP) protokolünün dikey sıçrama ve anaerobik performans üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmaya branşında 5,00±0,86 yıllık spor geçmişine sahip toplam 17 gönüllü erkek güreşçi katılmıştır. Sporcular tesadüfi yöntemle GS ve CS grup olarak ikiye ayrılmıştır. Araştırma 24 saat aralıkla 3 oturumdan oluşmuştur. İlk oturumda sporcuların 1 TM yükleri belirlenmiş, ikinci oturumda sporculara ön test Counter Movement Jump (CMJ) testi uygulanmıştır. Son oturumda GS grubundaki sporcular %85 (1-TM) 2x8 tekrar squat hareketini (set arası 210 sn dinlenmeler), CS grubundaki sporcular ise %85 (1-TM) 8x2 tekrar squat hareketini (set arası 30 sn dinlenmeler) uyguladıktan sonra her iki grup 2 dk dinlenme sonrası son test CMJ testi uygulamıştır. Gruplar normal dağılım gösterdiği için grup içi ön test-son test farklılığını belirlemek amacıyla Eşleştirilmiş Örneklem t test, gruplar arası CS-GS farklılığını belirlemek için de Bağımsız Örneklemler t testi kullanılmıştır. A total of 17 male volunteer wrestlers with 5.00±0.86 years of sports history participated in the study. Athletes were randomly divided into TS and CS groups. The research consisted of 3 sessions with 24 hour intervals. In the first session, the 1 TM loads of the athletes were determined, and in the second session, the pre-test Counter Movement Jump (CMJ) test was applied to the athletes. In the last session, the athletes in theTS group performed 85% (1-TM) 2x8 repetitive squats (210 seconds rest between sets), while the athletes in the CS group performed 85% (1-TM) 8x2 repetitions squats (30 seconds rest between sets), and the both the group applied the post-test CMJ test after resting for 2 minutes. After COVID-19 infection, persistent exercise intolerance, changes in lung function have been shown. Our aim is to investigate the correlation between impulse oscillometry (IOS) parameters and exercise capacity by using incremental and endurance shuttle walk tests (ISWT, ESWT) and investigate the factors and parameters which might have an effect on both IOS parameters and exercise capacity tests.The patients who had a history of COVID-19 were enrolled into cross-sectional study according to inclusion criteria. The IOS parameters, ISWT, ESWT, smoking status, time since COVID-19 diagnosis, length of hospital stay, forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), body mass index (BMI), fat-free mass index (FFMI), dyspnea, hospital anxiety-depression and fatigue severity scores were recorded.The study comprised 72 patients, 71% of whom were male, with a mean age of 54 ± 10 years. After COVID-19 diagnosis, the median duration was 3 (min: 1, max: 5) months and 51 (71%) of the patients were hospitalized. The FEV1 and FVC values were in normal range. The area of reactance (AX), resonance frequency (Fres), reactance at 20 Hz (X20) and the difference between resonance at 20 and 5 Hz (R5-20) correlated with both ISWT and ESWT. The FEV1 correlated with all IOS parameters (p 0.05). Reactance correlated with FFMI (p = 024, r = 0.267), different according to hospitalization (p = 0.02).In COVID-19 survivors, there could be correlations between IOS parameters and exercise capacity; and between these parameters and FEV and FVC. Furthermore, small airway disease with normal spirometric functions could be related to decreased exercise capacity in COVID-19 survivors regardless of concomitant diseases, BMI, smoking status and time since COVID-19 diagnosis.

Otizm spektrum bozukluğu (OSB) tanılı çocuklara nörogelişimsel ve psikiyatrik bozukluklar sıklıkla eşlik etmektedir. OSB tanılı çocuklarda irritabilitenin ve eşlik eden psikiyatrik durumların tedavisinde psikofarmakolojik ajanlar sık olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı kliniğimizde OSB tanısıyla takip edilen olguların eşlik eden tanılarının ve çoklu ilaç kullanımlarının değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmamıza 2021 ve 2022 yılları Ocak ayları arasında Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi Çocuk ve Ergen Ruh Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları kliniğinde OSB tanısıyla takip edilmiş 2-18 yaş arası tüm çocuklar dâhil edilmiştir. OSB tanısı DSM-5 ölçütlerine göre yürütülmüş psikiyatrik değerlendirme ve gelişim öyküsü ile konulmuş olup eşlik eden psikiyatrik bozuklar ise yarı yapılandırılmış Okul Çağı Çocukları için Duygulanım Bozuklukları ve Şizofreni Görüşme Çizelgesi–Şimdi ve Yaşam Boyu Şekli–DSM– 4 tanı görüşmesi yoluyla değerlendirilmiştir. Tüm olgular için sosyodemografik veri formu doldurulmuştur. Olguların bilişsel gelişim düzeyini değerlendirmek amacıyla 2-6 yaş arası için Ankara Gelişim Tarama Envanteri (AGTE), 6-18 yaş arası için Wechsler Çocuklar/ Yetişkinler İçin Zekâ Ölçeği (WISC-R veya WAIS) kullanılmıştır. Toplam 47 olgu çalışmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Olguların yaş ortalaması 7.11 ± 2.97 yıldır. 10 olgu kız (%21.3), 37 olgu (%78.7) erkektir. Olguların %88.9’u (n=40) çekirdek ailesiyle yaşamaktadır. Örneklemin dörtte birinden fazlasında (n= 12, % 26.7) tedavi ve/veya rehabilitasyon gerektiren süreğen bedensel bir hastalık bulunmaktadır. Sekiz olgunun (%17.4) ailesinde psikiyatrik hastalık öyküsü bulunmaktadır. On sekiz olguda (%38.3) kelime çıkışı olmadığı, 41 olguya (%87.2) gelişimsel gecikme/zihinsel yetersizliğin eşlik ettiği görülmüştür. Gelişimsel gecikme/zihinsel yetersizlik dışında 38 olguda (%80.9) ek bir nörogelişimsel veya psikiyatrik bozukluk saptanmıştır. Olguların %42.6’sı (n = 20) psikotrop ilaç kullanmaktadır. Psikotrop ilaç kullanımı cinsiyetler arasında anlamlı farklılık göstermemektedir (p=0.286). En sık reçete edilen ilaç grubu atipik antipsikotikler iken, en sık tercih edilen antipsikotik ajanın ise risperidon olduğu görülmüştür. Dokuz olguda (%19.1) çoklu ilaç kullanımı mevcuttur. Örneklemimizdeki OSB tanılı çocuk ve ergenlerde psikiyatrik ve nörogelişimsel eş tanı sıklığı yüksektir. OSB tanılı çocukların yarısına yakını ilaç kullanmaktadır ve bu grubun hemen hemen yarısında çoklu ilaç kullanımı bildirilmektedir. Çoklu ilaç kullanımı bildirilen olguların tedavi etkinliği ve yan etkiler bakımından daha yakından takip edilmesi gerekebilir. Bu alana yönelik daha geniş kapsamlı çalışmalara gereksinim duyulmaktadır.

Araştırmada sandal (Arbutus andrachne L.) ağaçlarında çiçek organ taslaklarının gelişim dönemlerini belirlemek ve büyüme konisindeki şekilsel değişimlerin ayrıntılarının ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Sandal ağaçlarında çiçek organ taslaklarının oluşumu ve gelişimi stereo mikroskopta incelenmiştir. Çiçek tomurcukları, Ocak ayı sonundan Nisan ayı ortalarına kadar 10-15’ar gün arayla alınarak, FAA (formalin, etil alkol, asetik asit) (10:50:5) ortamında muhafaza edilmiştir. Sandal ağaçlarının tomurcuklarında morfolojik ayrım, 10 Şubat tarihinde meydana gelmiştir. Çiçek taslakları, Şubat ayının sonlarında şekillenmiştir. Çanak ve taç yaprak taslakları Mart ayı başında oluşmuştur. Erkek organların ve dişi organ taslağının farklılaşması Nisan ayında tamamlanmıştır. Dişi organ taslağının son halini alarak farklılaşması Nisan ayı başındaki gelişme aşamasından sonra olmuştur. Çiçek organ taslakları yaklaşık dört haftalık bir zaman diliminde şekillenmiştir. Organ taslakları sırasıyla çanak ve taç yaprak taslakları, erkek ve dişi organ taslağı olarak farklılaşmıştır.

Objectives: Inflammation is the main cause of systemic damage in SARS-COV2 infections. Steroid treatment has been shown to reduce mortality in COVID-19. However, there is no index to monitor treatment responses to steroids. Here, we evaluated the validity of serial C-reactive-protein (CRP) follow-up for predicting the outcome in the patients receiving steroid therapy. Material and methods: In our retrospective cohort study, four hundred twenty-five patients were included. All patients received dexamethasone 6 mg/day or equivalent dose of steroid as much as needed with the onset of hypoxia (SaO2 ≤ 93%). We divided patients into two groups according to outcome (deceased/discharged). We then compared demographic, clinical and laboratory features between the groups. Lastly, we evaluated the thresholds of CRP decline associated with COVID-19 associated mortality at 3th, 5th days and at the end of treatment. Results: COVID 19 associated mortality rate of the cohort was 6.1% (26/425). In multivariate analysis, in which survival was evaluated, parameters related to death due to COVID-19 in the steroid group were high NEWS-2 score (0.82, CI 95 % 0.68-0.97, p=0.02), increased Charlson comorbidity index (0.68,CI 95% 0.51-0.90,p= 0.007) and absolute CRP level at the end of treatment (0.97,CI 95%, p

Giriş: Bu çalışma aile hekimliği yönelimli diyabet merkezi (AHYDM) ile hastane yönelimli diyabet merkezi (HYDM)’den takipli tip 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) hastalarında hipoglisemi sıklığı ve ilişkili faktörlerin karşılaştırılmasını amaçlamaktadır. Yöntem: Bu çalışmaya 1 Aralık 2017– 31 Aralık 2019 tarihleri arasında aynı hastaneye bağlı olan iki diyabet merkezine başvuran Tip 2DM hastaları dahil edilmiştir. Çalışmada hastane içerisinde yer alan ve İç Hastalıkları Kliniği tarafından yürütülen DM merkezi HYDM olarak kabul edilirken, hastane kampüsü dışında bulunan, Aile Hekimliği Kliniği tarafından yürütülen DM merkezi ise AHYDM olarak kabul edilmiştir. Her iki merkezdeki açlık plazma glukozu düzeyi en az iki defa 70 mg/dL’nin altında saptanan hastalar vaka grubuna dahil edilmiştir. Ardından, her bir merkezde vaka grubundaki hastalara yaş ve cinsiyet açısından eşleştirilmiş, hipoglisemi atağı bulunmayan Tip 2 DM hastaları kontrol grubu olarak kabul edilmiştir. Ayrıca, Hipoglisemi Korku Ölçeği (HKÖ) iki merkezdeki vaka grubuna da uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışmaya dahil edilen 240 hastanın 150 (%62,5)’si kadın idi. HYDM’deki tüm hastaların 53(%1,2)’ünde hipoglisemi saptanmışken, AHYDM’den katılan tüm hastaların 27(%0,31)’sinde hipoglisemi tespit edilmiştir. Her iki merkezdeki vaka grubunda DM süresi, insülin kullanım sıklığı ve toplam insülin dozu kontrol grubundan yüksekti (sırasıyla, HYDM için p=0,049, p0,05). Sonuç: DM hastalarında, özellikle insülin kullanan ve T2DM süresi uzun olan hastalarda hipoglisemi açısından dikkatli değerlendirilmesi gereklidir. Ayrıca hastaların aile hekimleri tarafından hipoglisemi ile ilgili eğitilmesi hipoglisemi görülme sıklığını azaltabilir.

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı herhangi bir aile sağlığı birimine (ASB) kayıtlı olan ve aile sağlığı merkezlerini, hastaneye göre daha az kullanan kişilerin aile hekimliği uygulaması hakkındaki haberdarlıklarının tespit edilmesidir. Materyal ve Metot: Kesitsel desende olan çalışmanın evrenini herhangi bir aile hekimine kayıtlı olup yıllık sağlık kuruluşu başvuruları içinde birinci basamak sağlık kuruluşuna başvuru oranı %33 (1/3) ve altı olan 18 yaş üstü kişiler oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcılara; sosyodemografik bilgiler, sağlık hizmeti alma tercihi ve aile hekimliği uygulaması bilgi düzeyi ölçme anketi yüz yüze görüşme tekniği ile uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışma gebe ve lohusalar hariç 489 kişi ile yürütülmüştür. Katılımcıların en fazla haberdar oldukları uygulamalar teşhis amaçlı muayene yapılması (%83,0); hastaların sevk edilmesi (%81,2) ve tetkik hizmeti (%79,3)’dir. Bununla birlikte katılımcıların haberdar oldukları diğer uygulamalar periyodik sağlık muayenesi yapılması (%18,8), diyet ihtiyacı olan hastaya diyet reçete edebilme (%18,0) kanser taramaları (%55,2)’dır. Katılımcılar aile hekimliğinde yanık (%66,9),fizyoterapi (%74,0), ağız ve diş sağlığı hizmetleri (%84,3), diyetisyen hizmetleri (%54,8) ve görüntüleme hizmetleri (%79,8) verilmediğini biliyordu. Sonuç: Katılımcıların cevapları değerlendirildiğinde kişilerin aile hekimliği uygulaması hakkındaki bilgisi orta-iyi düzeyde olmakla beraber bilinirliği çok düşük düzeyde kalan uygulamalar mevcut olduğu görülmüştür. Kişilerin hizmet talebini artırmayı sağlayacağı için aile hekimliği uygulaması hakkında bilgi eksikliğinin giderilmesi konusunda çalışmalar yapılmalıdır.
