The aim of this master's thesis is to estimate objectified value of the company Crocodille ČR, spol. s.r.o. for the needs of management and owners by the date 31st of December 2015 for the purposes of identifying value-creation factors from the point of view of the competitiveness of the company. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part describes the key concepts related to the valuation of company as well as process of valuation. The practical part contains a introduction of the company, strategical analysis, analysis and prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and finally valuation of the company based on revenue methods FCFF and EVA.

The aim of this thesis is to estimate an objectified value of the company TESS CZ spol. s r.o. for the company management and owners to the date of 31. 12. 2015. After the introduction part, the theoretical-methodological part comes, which concerns terminology connected with the valuation issue and also offers recommended procedure and possible methods of a company valuation. In the practical part, after the company introduction, application of the particular methods, mentioned in the theoretical part, is realized. It is about strategic and financial analysis, analysis and forecast of value generators, creating of a financial plan and the valuation itself. The final valuation is made by yield method of discounted cash flow in the variant of FCFE.

Purpose of this masters thesis is a valuation of ČEPRO, a.s., which provides mainly transportation, warehousing and sale of crude oil products. DCF Equity was used as a main income valuation method and as a supporting method was chosen the comparable approach using multiples. The aim of the thesis is to decide, whether to invest in the shares of E4U, a. s. as of January 1st, 2016. The work is divided into several parts, which can be grouped in notional terms into thirds. The first one deals with the analysis of the surveyed company, from the macroeconomic environment and its development, in which the subject is working, to the internal financial strength. The aim of this thesis is an establishment of the value of the company A. W. spol. s r. o. and it is a simulation of the expert opinion to the date 1st of January 2016. The valuation is compiled from the point of view of an external subject, using accessible public and partially internal sources of information. This diploma thesis deals with valuation of a Czech company operating in the field of metal scrap recycling. The goal of the thesis is to find market value of the company with a purpose of sale to an identified rational investor. The thesis opens with a presentation of company s main business activities. It is followed by the strategic analysis of its external and internal potential, which covers the development of metal scrap market and the company s competitive position on it. Financial analysis investigates financial health of the company and compares its financial performance with that of company s competitors. In the fourth chapter I forecast the development of the main value generators: sales, profit margin, working capital and long-term assets. This forecast is later incorporated into the financial plan of the company. Last chapter is dedicated to company s valuation according to DCF method and market comparison method. As a conclusion to the work I analyze the results of the valuation and income generation capacity of the company.

The thesis aims to determine the equity value of the company PEBAL s. r. o. as of January 1st 2016. It is not separated into theoretical and practical part, because it is considered as fake appraisal of an expert. That is the reason why the whole thesis is practical with occasional theoretical background explanations. In the first part there is basic information provided about the appraised company along with its characteristics. Then financial analysis is carried out which will provide an overall picture of financial health of the company along with determination of competitors. Followed by strategical analysis which deals with the market as whole and predicts its future development as well as development of sales of the valued company. The aim of my diploma thesis is to estimate the market value of the company MSV Metal Studénka, a. s. as of 31st December 2015. The evaluated company produces large variation of steel forgings, pressings and railcar components. The thesis will bring financial analysis of the company and based on strategic analysis and value drivers of the company the financial plan will be drawn up. The valuation of the company will be estimated using income methods of discounted cash flows APV adding market comparison method specifically called similar public company method.

The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on theoretical information. Based on the theoretical part, a practical part follows. Firstly, the valuated company is described. It is a complex unit, in which the concepts and methods are explained straight away. The paper is divided into five main parts. Introduction of company profile is followed by strategic analysis, which deals with analysis of the external potential of beer market and internal potential of the company. The next part, financial analysis, gives a picture of financial results, health and stability of the company and other comparable breweries. The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company Vinselekt Michlovský a.s. to date of 1st May, 2011 for the purpose of the purchase by an unknown investor. The main goal of the thesis is to establish market value of the company EOS KSI Česká republika, s.r.o. to the date of 28.2.2009. This thesis is divided into 5 parts: strategic analysis, financial analysis, value creators, financial plan and overall evaluation of the company. As a main method is used DCF Entity and as an additional method the capitalised net revenue method. The value of the company is established as an interval range.

The aim of this thesis is to estimate market value of the company METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. as of December 31, 2010. To determine the value I used the DCF Equity method and the market comparison. These parts were preceded by a basic company introduction. The rest of the thesis contains the following parts - strategic analysis, financial analysis, generators of value and financial plan.

The main goal of the thesis is to establish market value of the company Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth to the date of 1.1.2009. In the first part, there is a summary of the financial and the strategic analysis which was the subject of the thesis written by Jakub Štěpán. The first part includes the specification of the operation assets as well. The fifth part is focused on the prediction of the value creators which are further used in the following chapter as a base of the financial plan. The last part contains the overall valuation of the company. As a main method is used DCF Entity and as an additional method the market comparison.
