Abstract

Low fetal fraction (LFF) of cell-free DNA in non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) is associated with an increased risk of aneuploidy. Case reports and studies reporting on NIPT for sex chromosome aneuploidies or aneuploidies other than Trisomy 21, 18, or 13, or NIPT in multiple pregnancies were excluded.
