Ariarne Titmus, the Australian swimmer and reigning Olympic champion, is preparing for her second Olympic campaign in Paris. She is known for her world records and gold medals, but she also has a passion for cooking. Ariarne credits her late grandmother and her Nanna Sandra for passing on their cooking skills to her. She is excited to have a more traditional Olympic experience in Paris with spectators and the support of her friends and family. Ariarne's journey to success would not have been possible without the support of her family, who relocated from Tasmania to Brisbane to give her better opportunities. She is grateful for their unconditional love and trust. Ariarne has formed a strong partnership with her coach, Dean Boxall, and they have achieved great success together. She is also a trusted ambassador for several companies and has recently signed a deal with Qantas. Ariarne is looking forward to competing in Paris and hopes to bring home more gold medals for her country. She plans to take a break from swimming after the Olympics but has dreams of competing in future Olympics, including the 2028 Games in Los Angeles and the 2032 Games in her home country. Ariarne is proud to represent Australia and is grateful for the support she receives. She also shares a distant family connection with Queen Mary of Denmark, who will be cheering her on in the 400m freestyle final in Paris. [Extracted from the article]
