Hz. Peygamber’in hanımları Kur’ân-ı Kerim’de “Ümmehâtü’l-mü’minîn” vasfıyla anılan saygın bir konuma sahiplerdir. Hz. Peygamber’in ev halini en iyi bilen kimseler olmaları yanı sıra hayatın her alanında nasıl davranılması gerektiğini bizzat Allah Resûlü’nden öğrenen bu güzide hanımlar, Hz. Peygamber’in vefatından sonra sahâbe ve tâbiînin dini öğrenmede sıkça başvurduğu kimseler olmuşlardır. Bu çalışmada Hz. Peygamber’in hanımlarının hayatı ve hadis rivayeti ele alınmıştır. Sahâbe hayatını konu alan eserlerden yararlanılarak Hz. Peygamber’in hanımlarının hayatı ve naklettikleri hadis sayıları, çalışmanın Birinci Bölümü’nde sunulmuştur. İkinci Bölüm’de ise rivayet sayısı en fazla olan hanımdan başlanarak Ahmed b. Hanbel’in el-Müsned adlı eserinde kaydedilen hadisleri incelenmiş, râvilerinin nitelikleri ve kullandıkları sigalar tespit edilerek Hz. Peygamber’in hanımlarının hangi vesilelerle hadis rivayet ettiği incelenmiştir. En çok hadisi bulunan ve tezin sınırlılığı sebebiyle çalışmanın dışında tutulan Hz. Âişe’den sonra sırasıyla Hz. Ümmü Seleme, Hz. Meymûne, Hz. Ümmü Habîbe, Hz. Hafsa, Hz. Cüveyriye, Hz. Safiyye, Hz. Zeyneb bint Cahş ve Hz. Sevde’nin hadis rivayeti bulunmaktadır. Hz. Peygamber’in hanımları, kendilerine yöneltilen sorulara cevap verme, yanlış uygulamaları düzeltme, fetva verme ve dini vecibeleri yerine getirme gibi daha çok hayatın içinden doğal bir saikle ve ihtiyaç sebebiyle hadis rivayet etmişlerdir. Bunun yanı sıra başta ibadetler ve aile hayatıyla ilgili olmak üzere pek çok rivayet Ümmühâtü’l-mü’minîn tarafından ortak nakledilmiştir. The wives of the Prophet Muhammad have respected position in the Qur’an, they were referred as “Ummuhat al-mu’minin”. In addition to being the people who knew Prophet’s home situation the best, these distinguished women who learned how to behave in every aspect of life from the Messenger of Allah. After the death of the Prophet, they were people who were frequently consulted by the companions and followers in learning religion. In the second part of the paper, starting from the lady with most narrations, Ahmad b. Hanbal’s hadith recorded in his work al-Musnad were examined, qualities of narrators and the ways to receive hadith they used were determined has been examined on which occasions the wives of the Prophet narrated hadiths. After Aishah bint Abi Bakr, who had the most hadiths and was excluded from the study because of the limitation of the theis, respectively consist of Umm Salama, Maymuna bint al-Harith, Umm Habiba, Hafsa bint Umar, Juwayriya bint al-Harith, Safiyya bint Huyayy, Zaynab bint Jahsh, Sawda bint Zam’ah’s hadith narration the wives of the Prophet narrated hadiths with a natural reasons and reasons of necessity, such as answering the questions directed to them, correcting wrong practices, giving fatwas and fulfilling religious obligations. In addition to this, many narrations, especially about worship and family life, were shared by Ummuhat al-mu’minin.

Fedâle b. Ubeyd'in hayatı ve rivâyetleri hakkındaki bu çalışma iki Bölüm'den ve Sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır. Birinci Bölüm'de Fedâle b. Ubeyd'in ismi, nesebi, ailesi, Müslüman oluşu ve katıldığı savaşlar olmak üzere hayatı hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve hadîs ilmindeki yeri incelenmiştir. İkinci Bölüm'de ise bizzât Resûlullah'tan (s.a.) naklettiği hadîsler ile mevkûf rivâyetleri, konularına göre tasnif edilerek tercüme edilmiştir. Rivâyetlerin isnâd şemaları hazırlanarak hadîslerin sıhhat değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Râvilerin ilk geçtikleri yerlerde künyeleri, nesepleri, hocaları ve talebeleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiş, cerh-ta'dil açısından durumları nakledilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise Fedâle b. Ubeyd'in hadîs ilmindeki yeri değerlendirilerek ulaşılan görüşler aktarılmıştır. This study is about Fadâla b. Ubaid's life and his narrations. It consists of two Chapters and Conclusion. The First Chapter contains information about his name, descendants, family, religious life, including the wars he participated in, as well as his authority in the science of hadith. The Second Chapter classifies, translates, and analyzes the traditions that he directly narrated from the Prophet. It also draws isnad diagrams and offers explanation about the soundness of hadiths. Furthermore, it provides brief information on transmitters' names, hometowns, teachers and students, and reliability when they first occur in isnads. The Conclusion Chapter evaluates Fadâla b. Ubaid's authority in the science of the hadith and summarizies the dissertation's findings. 200

İslam Dini'nde bilginin kaynaklarından biri olan haber, konumu sebebiyle çeşitli yönleriyle ele alınmıştır. Haber, hadîs ilminin yanı sıra kelâm ve fıkıh ilimlerinde de incelenmiş temel konulardandır. Hadîs musannifleri içinde sadece Buhârî, Sahîh'nde, haberin tartışmalı kısmı olan haber-i vâhide değinmiştir. Çağdaşlarından farklı olarak haber-i vâhid konusunu müstakil olarak ele alan Buhârî, Kitâbu ahbâri'l-âhâd adlı bir bölümde altı bâb ve yirmi bir hadîs üzerinden haber-i vâhidin dinin pek çok sahasında hüccet oluşunu ispat etmiştir.Kelâm ve fıkıh sahasında mesele edilen haber, muhaddisler tarafından da onların usûlü dikkate alınarak işlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte kelâmî yaklaşımdan farklı çizgide görüşler de beyân edilerek, ehl-i hadîsin habere bakış açısı diğerlerinden ayrılmıştır.Buhârî'nin haber-i vâhide bakış açısını, bu konudaki delillerini ve diğer âlimlerle ortak veya farklı yönlerini tespit etmeyi hedefleyen bu çalışmada, ilk olarak haber konusu ele alınmıştır. Bu çerçevede haber-i vâhid hakkındaki görüşlere yer verilmiştir. Buhârî'nin konuyu ele alış yöntemi ile diğer muhaddislerin yöntemleri karşılaştırılmış; böylelikle usûlleri arasındaki ilişkiler açıklanmıştır.Araştırmada haber-i vâhidi, tek kişinin haberi olarak tanımlayan Buhârî'nin Sahîh'indeki, Ahbâru'l-âhâd adlı bölüm merkeze alınarak görüşünü delillendirme biçimi incelenmiştir. Buhârî'nin naklettiği rivâyetlerin; haber-i vâhid savunusu için hüccet oluşları, hangi konular hakkında nakledildikleri ve haber-i vâhidi kabul şartları tetkik edilmiştir. Buhârî'nin tercihiyle uyum gösteren Kütüb-i Sitte rivâyetleriyle de konular tahlil edilmiştir. Hz. Peygamber'in (s.a.) ve sahâbîlerin haber-i vâhid yaklaşımını esas alan Buhârî, görüşlerini bu örneklere dayandırmıştır. Haber-i vâhidin dini tebliğ aracı olması bakımından îman, nübüvvet, ibadet, muâmelât, ahkâm, edeb ve devlet işleri gibi pek çok meselede delil alındığını ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca onu, haber-i vâhidi müstakil olarak incelemeye yönelten mezheplerin hangileri olduğu tartışılmıştır. The khabar, which is one of the sources of knowledge in Islamic religion, has been handled in various aspects in terms of position. In addition to hadith, khabar is one of the main topics studied in kalam and fiqh. Among the sorters of hadith, only Bukhari touched in his Sahih on khabar al-wahid which is the controversial part of khabar. Unlike his contemporaries, Bukhari, who dealt with khabar al-wahid independently, proved that in a chapter called Kitab al-Akhbar al-Ahad there were six bâb and twenty-one hadiths and khabar al-wahid became a proof in many areas of religion.Khabar which was discussed in the field of kalam and fiqh was also taken into consideration by the narrators of hadith with their methods. On the other hand, the point of view of the Ahl al-hadith was seperated from the others by declaring opinions in a different way from the kalamic approach.In this study, which aims to determine the points of view of Bukhari, their views on this subject and their common or different aspects with other scholars, the subject of the khabar was first discussed. In this context, opinions about khabar al-wahid are given. Bukhari's methods of dealing with the subject and the methods of other muhaddis is compared; thus, the relations between the methods are explained.In the research, the way of verifying his opinion was taken by taking the center named al-Akhbar al-Ahad in the Sahih of Bukhari, who described the khabar al-wahid as the khabar of one person. The narrations of Bukhari were examined in terms of evidence for the defense for khabar al-wahid, the issues about which they were transferred and the conditions of acceptance of khabar al-wahid. The subjects were analyzed in the light of Kutub-i Sitte reports which was compatible with the preference of Bukhari. Based on the khabar al-wahid approach of the Prophet (pbuh) and the companions, Bukhari has attributed his views on these examples. He was convinced that as a means of religious communication khabar al-wahid was received in many issues such as faith, prophethood, worship, transactions, judgements, manners and state affairs. In addition, it was argued that the sects which led to the examination of the khabar al-wahid separately. 146

Birinci bölümde iki musannifin yaşadığı h. II ve III asırlardaki siyâsî, ilmî durum ve sosyal hayat genel olarak anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde İbn Ebî Şeybe'nin el-Musannef'inin kısaca tanıtımı yapılmış ve el-Musannef'teki Edeb bölümü ele alınmıştır. Aynı şekilde İbn Ebî Şeybe'nin müstakil Kitâbü'l-Edeb'i incelenmiştir. Devamında Edeb bölümü ile Kitâbü'l-Edeb'in bâblar, isnad, metin ve muhtevâ açısından mukayesesi yapılmıştır. Aynı uygulama Buhârî'nin Sahîh'i, Sahîh'teki Edeb bölümü ve el-Edebü'l-müfred'i üzerinde yapılmıştır. Devamında Edeb bölümüyle el-Edebü'l-müfred bâblar, isnad, metin ve muhtevâ açısında mukayeseye edilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde Kitâbü'l-Edeb ile el-Edebü'l-müfred'in bâblar, isnad, metin ve muhteva açısından karşılaştırılmıştır. Eserlerin farklı hacimde olması dolayısıyla mukayesede Kitâbü'l-Edeb esas alınmıştır. The method, sources, subject, aim and limits of the study is presented in the introduction. Political, social and scientific (educational) situation of the second and third century after hegira is explained in the first chapter because both of the authors lived during these centuries. Life, scientific career, student- teacher relations of them is also explained in this chapter in addition to their position in the science of hadith.Ibn Abı Shaybah's al-Musannaf is shortly explained in the second chapter and the chapter of al-Adab in al-Musannaf is analyzed. Similarly, Ibn Abı Shaybah's seperate book, Kitâbu'l-Adab, is also analyzed. The chapter of al-Adab is compared to Kitâbu'l-Adab according to babs (chapters), sanad (chain), matn (text) and content after that. The same process is also applied to Bukhari's al-Sahih, the chapter of al-Adab of al-Sahih and al-Adab al-Mufrad.Kitâbu'l-Adab and al-Adab al-Mufrad is compared according to babs (chapters), sanad (chain), matn (text) and content after that. Because al-Adab al-Mufrad has much more pages than Kitâbu'l-Adab, it has been accepted as the basic book and Kitâbu'l-Adab has been compared with it. ÖZETBu çalışmada Hadîs-i Şeriflerin doğru anlaşılmasına katkı sağlayağı, ayrıca hadislerde zikredilen yer isimlerinin tarihi ve manevî değerlerinin korunmasına yardım edeceği düşüncesiyle Sahîh-i Buhârî esas alınarak hadislerde geçen yer isimleri incelenmiştir. Kırk beşi “Mekke ve Çevresi”, elli dokuzu “Medine ve Çevresi”, geri kalan elli beşi “Diğer Bölgeler” başlığı altında olmak üzere toplam yüz elli dokuz yer ismi tespit edilip incelemeye tâbî tutulmuştur. İncelenilen bu yer isimlerinin bazısında Hz. Peygamber bizzat bulunmuş, oraya uğramış, orada gazâ etmiştir veya Rasûlullah (s.a.) döneminde orada bir olay gerçekleşmiştir. Bir kısmı ise Hz. Peygamber’in bizzat bulunmadığı fakat bahsettiği yerlerdir. Hz. Peygamber zikrettiği bazı yerlerin de fazileti olduğunu haber vermiştir. Hadislerde geçen bazı yerlere ise Hz. Peygamber ashâbtan birini göndermiş veya mektup yollamıştır. Diğer bazı yerler ise başka herhangi bir sebeple hadiste zikredilmiştir.ABSTRACTIn this work, place names mentioned in Hadiths have been analyzed by centering around Sahîh-i Buhârî with the consideration that they would contribute to an accurate interpreting of Hadiths, besides helping the preservation of historical and spiritual values of place names cited in Hadiths. A total of a hundred fifty nine place names consisting of forty five as “Mecca and the Vicinity,” fifty nine as “Medina and the Vicinity” and the rest fifty five under the title of “Other Regions” have been evaluated. In some of these examined places, the Prophet Mohammed was present in person; stopped by there; fought in jihad; or an incident occurred there during the Prophet’s period. Some of them are the places the Prophet was not present in person but he spoke of. The Prophet informed some of the places he mentioned are of virtue. The Prophet sent away a person from the Ashab or sent a letter to some places cited in Hadlths. Some other places were cited for any other reason.

İslam dininin hayata geçirilmesi hususunda, Hz. Peygamber'in (s.a.) sözlerinin ve uygulamalarının çok önemli bir yeri vardır. Bu bağlamda bize sorumluluğumuzu hatırlatan, birey ve toplum olarak mutlu olmamız için neleri yapmamamızı gösteren hadislerden biri de araştırmamızın konusunu teşkil eden ?Helâk edici yedi şey? hadisidir.Çalışmamızı dört ana bölümde ele aldık: Birinci bölümde araştırmamızın konusu olan helâk kavramı üzerinde durulmuştur.İkinci bölümde Kur'ân-ı Kerîm ve hadislerde helâk kavramı toplum ve fert çerçevesinde kısaca anlatılmış daha sonra helâk çeşitleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde hadisimizin tahric ve tahkîki ile sened ve metninin değerlendirilmesi yapılmaktadır. Ulaşabildiğimiz bütün kaynaklardaki rivâyetler kronolojik bir usül çerçevesinde tetkik edilmiştir. Bu kaynaklar da Kütüb-i sitte'deki rivâyetler ve diğer hadis kitaplarındaki rivâyetler şeklinde iki ayrı başlık altında incelenmiştir. Rivâyetlerin metinleri, tercümeleri ve sened şemaları verildikten sonra her râvi kısaca tanıtılmıştır. Daha sonra hadisin senedinin tahlil ve tenkidi yapılmıştır. Ardından hadisin metninin tahlil ve tenkidi yapılmış ve rivâyetler arası metin farklılıkları üzerinde durulmuştur.Dördüncü bölümde helâk edici yedi şey hadisinin muhtevası hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise konu hakkında varılan kanaatler özetlenmiştir. The Prophet Muhammad?s sayings and practices are essential as an ideal example of Islamic religion. One of the hadiths which reminds us our duties and which explain the necessary things for the individual and social happiness is the hadith of ?seven things which lead to ruin? Our topic is examined in four chapters. In the first chapter, the term helak (ruin or collapse) is examined.In the second chapter, the term helâk is examined in the light of Qur?an and hadiths. Both individual and social aspects of this term are explained in this chapter. The types of helâk is also explained in this chapter. In the third chapter, the hadith about the helâk is examined in detail from a methodological perspective. All the narrative records are discussed in a chronological order. These narratives are examined under two headings: the narratives in Kütüb-i Sitte (the Six Books) and the narratives in other hadith books. Firstly, the text, the translation and the chain of transmitters are given. Then, each râvî (transmitter of a hadith) is briefly introduced. Then, the text of hadith is discussed. The differences between the narratives is also explained in this chapter. In the fourth chapter, the content of the hadith ?seven things which lead to ruin? is explained in detail. In the conclusion part, a brief summary and analysis of the subject is made. 206

Rivâyetin gerçek mahiyetini, şartlarını, çeşitlerini, hükümlerini, râvilerin durumlarını ve taşıması gereken özellikleri, rivâyet edebiyat çeşitlerini ve bütün bu konularla ilgili olarak hadîs âlimlerinin kullandığı ıstılahları inceleyen ilim dalı şeklinde tarif edilen hadîs usulünün prensipleri ortaya konulurken muhaddislerin bir takım yöntemler benimsediği bilinmektedir. Bu yöntemlerin en belirgini oluşturulan usûl prensipleri için ayet ve hadislerin delil olarak kullanımıdır. Muhaddisler, Kur'ân'ı Kerim ve Sünnetin zengin ve derin muhtevasından müstağni kalmaları mümkün olmadığı için, usûl kaidelerini tespit ederken gerek âyet gerekse de hadîsleri delil olarak kullanmışlardır. Doğrudan hadîs usûlü konusuyla ilgili olan âyet ve hadîsler, ilk hadîs usûlü müellifleri olarak kabul edilen Râmhürmüzî, Hâkim ve Hatîb'in eserlerine daha çok yansıdığı görülmektedir. Araştırmamız mezkûr müelliflerin konumuzla ilgili zikrettikleri rivayetlerin tespit, tahlil ve değerlendirmesinden ibarettir The Methodology of the Science of Hadith is defined to the be the science that investigates into the nature of reports on the authority of the Prophet, their specific conditions, varieties, status and the conditions of reporters, the properties required of them, the varieties of Hadith literature, and the terminology specific to this science. It is well known that Hadith scholars adopted methods specific to their subject-matter. For the methods concerning the principles of Hadith methodology, they identify supporting evidence from the Qur?an and the Prophetic traditions. Since Hadith scholars could not remain indifferent to the Qur?anic verses or the Prophetic sayings, they paid special attention to these religious sources when developing their methodology. Râmhurmuzî?s, Hâkim?s and Hatîb?s works?as these authors are among the primary authorities in Hadith methodology?feature many Qur?anic verses and Prophetic sayings in this regard.
