In order to study the impact of hard coatings on the vibration of aircraft engine blisks under complex loads, the vibration characteristics were compared and studied through finite element analysis. Firstly, a three-dimensional model of the overall blade disk was established and imported into ANSYS Workbench software, and a NiCoCrAIY + YSZ hard coating was added to the side of the blade. Secondly, a one-dimensional interpolation method was used to set the steady-state temperature field of the aircraft engine blisk, and the Fluent module was used to add aerodynamic loads to the blisk. The pre-stressed modal analysis method was used to study the influence of hard coating on the nonlinear vibration characteristics of the blisk under centrifugal load, temperature load, and aerodynamic load. Finally, a Campbell diagram was drawn to analyze the resonance of the hard coated blisk at different rotational speeds, and harmonic response analysis was used to study its vibration displacement response. The results show that the tip of the integral impeller is more susceptible to vibration, applying hard coating can reduce the intrinsic frequency and peak response of the integral impeller and reduce the number of resonance points. It can be seen that the hard coating has a positive effect on the overall leaf disc vibration reduction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
