The article reports that National Health Service (NHS) leaders are set to form a plan for spending the funds announced by the British government to mark the 70th anniversary of the health service. According to Prime Minister Theresa May, some of the 20.5 billion pounds a year in the four years up to 2023 to 2024 would be allocated for making NHS careers more flexible and family-friendly. Healthcare leaders believe that money should be spent on recruiting and nursing retaining staff.
