The study aims to determine of effects and levels of factors on sustainable eco-tourism development in Ca Mau Province. The sample was collected from 500 domestic tourists who have visited Ca Mau Province. A structural equation modeling was employed in this research. The results indicate that: (1) satisfaction has a significant positive effect on sustainable Eco-tourism; the attractive destination factor; tourist area link; lowest is tourism management policy; (2) tourism management policies have a significant positive effect on attractive destinations; technical infrastructure; socio-cultural; the lowest is the natural environment; (3) technical infrastructure has a significant positive effect on satisfaction; next to culture-society; the natural environment; finally tourism management policy. Based on the research results, some governance implications are proposed to develop sustainable Eco-tourism for Ca Mau Province.

Nghiên cứu này xác định sự ảnh hưởng các nhân tố đến phát triển du lịch sinh thái bền vững tỉnh Cà Mau. Với các phương pháp thống kê mô tả, kiểm định Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA), phân tích nhân tố khẳng định (CFA) và phân tích mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (SEM) được sử dụng trong nghiên cứu. Kết quả phân tích dữ liệu cho thấy có 08 nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến phát triển du lịch sinh thái bền vững gồm: tài nguyên con người; tài nguyên kinh tế, tài nguyên môi trường; cơ sở vật chất; tài nguyên văn hóa - xã hội; chính sách quản lý du lịch; liên vùng du lịch; tài nguyên thiên nhiên. Trong đó yếu tố tài nguyên con người ảnh hưởng mạnh nhất. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu, tác giả đề xuất một số kiến nghị nhằm phát triển du lịch sinh thái bền vững cho tỉnh Cà Mau.
