This paper summarizes the 5 international proven data standard model, analyze their characteristics and development status, and match their data modules with the general data set of the clinical cohorts to evaluate the international data standard models' applicability and provide reference for the development and improvement of the data standard model for clinical cohort studies in China.数据标准在临床队列研究的数据收集、整合及共享过程中发挥着重要作用，并逐渐受到重视。本研究通过对5项国际成熟的数据标准模型进行综述，总结其特点和发展现状，并将各模型的数据模块与临床队列通用数据集进行匹配，以探究国际数据标准模型的适用性，为我国临床队列研究数据标准模型的制定与完善提供参考。.

One of the most cost-effective measures in cancer prevention on cancer is to advocate to be aware of the disease, consciously changing negative behaviors, and taking the initiative to participate in regular physical checkup programs. Esophageal cancer is one of the malignant tumors accompanied by a heavy disease burden in China. Routine screening, early diagnosis, and treatment are the critical points of preventing and treating the disease. Cohort studies help understand the natural history and risk factors of esophageal cancer and identify high-risk groups of the disease. This paper intends to discuss the construction specifications of the multi-dimensional dynamic follow-up shared cohort for esophageal cancer by studying the risk factors, monitoring, and collecting biological sample information, providing references for developing a standardized and unified screening cohort research procedure, and necessary standards on esophageal cancer in the future.癌症防治工作的重点在于一级预防和二级预防，通过健康教育引起人们对疾病的重视、自觉改变不良行为习惯、主动参加定期体检是防治癌症性价比最高的措施之一。食管癌作为我国疾病负担较重的恶性肿瘤之一，定期筛查和早诊早治是该病防治工作的重点。而队列研究有助于了解食管癌的自然史和危险因素、识别食管癌高危人群。本研究拟从危险因素调查、疾病监测、生物样本信息搜集等方面对食管癌多维动态随访共享队列的建设规范进行探讨，为今后建立规范统一的食管癌筛查队列研究操作流程和建设标准提供参考。.

Antibiotic resistance (AR) is a severe and fast-growing public health challenge with rapid globalization, especially in China. Although some monitoring systems were established in different fields, fragmentation of information failed to show the overall trend and spread of AR. It is necessary to establish a national monitoring system to reveal the occurrence, development, and spread of AR. The new AR monitoring system needs an updated analysis indicators system. We intend to recommend a new analysis indicators system for AR was constructed and applied to AR data monitoring and analysis for humans, animals, the environment, and foods. After investigating and analyzing the 5 Chinese major AR monitoring systems and literature, we have formulated 15 AR monitoring analysis indicators and initially established an evaluation system for the country's new AR monitoring system.当前我国病原菌耐药性问题严重，我国在多领域已分别建立的耐药监测网络，由于监测技术方法不统一，信息碎片化，无法显示我国病原菌耐药的整体流行趋势和传播规律。因此需构建全国多领域的病原菌耐药监测网络平台，揭示我国病原菌耐药发生、发展和传播规律。监测平台中需要使用相匹配的分析指标评价体系。本研究拟探索出一套科学合理的耐药监测分析指标，适用于包括人群、畜牧养殖、环境和食品相关环节等在内的耐药性数据监测与分析。经对我国5个耐药监测网络的调查分析，结合文献及专家调研，初步构建了包含15个病原菌耐药监测分析指标的评价体系，为我国的病原菌耐药监测网络数据收集、整理、评价及预测、预警体系的构建提供基础。.

High-quality clinical practice guidelines are of great significance for standardizing the clinical diagnosis and treatment process and improving the overall quality of health care. The Appraisal of Guidelines for ResearchEvaluation InstrumentⅡ (AGREEⅡ) is one of the recognized tools for the evaluation of the quality of clinical practice guidelines. It has been translated into Chinese and is widely used in guideline formulation and quality evaluation. This article intends to take the comparatively high-quality clinical practice guidelines in the field of esophageal cancer screening in China, i.e. "Expert Consensus on Early Esophageal Cancer and Precancerous Lesion Screening in China (2019, Xinxiang)" as an example, to interpret the use of AGREEⅡ item by item, which might provide a reference for medical and health workers to better understand and use the assessment tool.高质量的临床实践指南对规范临床诊疗过程、提高卫生保健总体质量意义重大。指南研究和评估工具Ⅱ（AGREEⅡ）是公认的用以评估临床实践指南质量的工具之一，目前已被国内学者翻译成中文版本并广泛应用于指南制定和质量评价。本研究拟以中国食管癌筛查领域质量相对较高的临床实践指南《中国早期食管癌及癌前病变筛查专家共识意见（2019年，新乡）》为范例，对AGREEⅡ的使用进行逐条解读，以期为医疗卫生工作者更好地理解和使用该工具提供参考。.

To elucidate the role of Prunella vulgaris L (PVL) in protecting glucocorticoids (GC)-induced osteogenesis inhibition, thereafter, protecting the deterioration of osteoporosis (OP).Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay was conducted to assess the influence of PVL treatment on MSCs viability. Osteogenesis in MSCs was induced by Dexamethasone (DEX) stimulation. Regulatory effects of PVL on osteogenesis-related gene expressions, ALP activity, and mineralization ability in DEX-induced MSCs were determined. At last, protein levels of p-Smad1/5/9 and total-Smad1/5/9 influenced by DEX and PVL were measured by Western blot.PVL treatment did not pose a time- or dose-dependent influence on MSCs viability. DEX induction in MSCs downregulated ALP, RUNX2, Bglap, and Osterix. ALP activity and mineralization in DEX-induced MSCs were suppressed. Downregulated osteogenesis-related genes decreased ALP activity and mineralization in MSCs undergoing DEX stimulation were partially reversed by PVL treatment. Moreover, the downregulated p-Smad1/5/9 level in DEX-induced MSCs was elevated by PVL treatment, while total-Smad1/5/9 was not affected.PVL alleviated GC-induced suppression in MSCs osteogenesis by activating the Smad pathway, thereafter, protecting the deterioration of OP.

This study aims to investigate the expression characteristics of Krüppel-like factor 5 (KLF5) in gastric cancer (GC) and its potential correlation to pathological indexes in GC patients. Molecular mechanisms underlying the regulatory effect of KLF5 on GC progression are explored.KLF5 expressions in GC tissues were analyzed through GEPIA dataset and those collected in our hospital. By analyzing the clinical data of GC patients, the correlation between KLF5 level and pathological characteristics of GC was determined. The regulatory effects of KLF5 on proliferative ability and cell cycle progression of SGC7901 and MGC803 cells were assessed by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8), 5-Ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine (EdU) assay, and flow cytometry. The regulation of KLF5 on expression levels of p21 and CDK4 in GC cells was determined by quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR) and Western blot.KLF5 was markedly upregulated in GC tissues. KLF5 level was positively correlated to TNM staging, tumor size, and metastasis of GC. Meanwhile, high level of KLF5 predicted poor prognosis in GC patients. The knockdown of KLF5 in SGC7901 and MGC803 cells attenuated proliferative ability and arrested cell cycle in G0/G1 phase. Both mRNA and the protein levels of p21 were upregulated, and CDK4 levels were downregulated in SGC7901 and MGC803 cells transfected with si-KLF5.KLF5 is upregulated in GC and closely linked to pathological characteristics of GC patients. High level of KLF5 indicates poor prognosis of GC. It is believed that KLF5 may be a potential therapeutic target for GC.

Non-infectious inflammation has been proposed as a major contributor to epidural-related maternal fever. We hypothesized that maternal serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and white blood cell (WBC) count at hospital admission predict intrapartum maternal fever.A retrospective case-control study of low-risk women admitted for vaginal deliveries at a tertiary hospital in 2019. Women with a singleton pregnancy at term and a cephalic presentation who received epidural labor analgesia and developed intrapartum fever (≥38.0°C) were included. Controls matched by parity and gestational age received epidural analgesia without fever. The associations of maternal CRP level and WBC count on admission with fever were evaluated by a multivariable logistic regression analysis. The predictive performances of both markers for fever were evaluated by receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curves.Overall, 687 women met the inclusion criteria and 687 served as controls. The WBC count on admission was higher in febrile than in afebrile women (8.7 vs. 8.5 × 10Maternal serum CRP and WBC at hospital admission do not predict intrapartum fever in women having epidural labor analgesia at term.

Reducing inflammatory factors in wound exudate is a promising treatment approach for healing wounds in postsurgical breast cancer patients. Traditional Chinese Medicine (tcm) treatments have been shown to be beneficial and safe for optimal regulation of oxidative stress during the postoperative period. In the present clinical trial, we evaluated the effectiveness of a promising Chinese herbal formula, San Huang decoction [shd (Radix astragali, Radix et rhizoma rhei, and Rhizoma curcuma longa, 3:1:1, supplemental Table 1)], on wound inflammatory response after mastectomy. The study randomized 30 patients with breast cancer who fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria to either a treatment (n = 15) or a control group (n = 15). Patients in the treatment group received liquid shd, taken twice daily with or without food. Treatment was given for 1 day before surgery and for 7 days postoperatively. Participants in the control group received a placebo on the same schedule as the treatment group. Outcomes measured in every subject included clinical tcm and wound inflammation symptom scores, daily and total amounts of drainage fluid, and levels of inflammatory factors in the exudate [tumour necrosis factor &alpha, (tnf-&alpha, ), interleukins 6 (il-6), 8 (il-8), and 2R (il-2R), human C-reactive protein (crp)] at 2 hours and on days 1, 3, and 7 postoperatively. The total amount of drainage fluid over 7 days was significantly lower in the treatment group (572.20 &plusmn, 93.95 mL) than in the control group (700.40 &plusmn, 107.38 mL). The tcm symptom score was also lower in treatment group (day 7: 1.87 &plusmn, 0.83 vs. 4.80 &plusmn, 3.61, p = 0.049), as was the inflammatory symptom score (day 7: 0.67 &plusmn, 0.72 vs. 3.67 &plusmn, 2.50, p = 0.001). Levels of tnf-&alpha, il-6, il-8, il-2R, and crp in drainage fluid were significantly lower with shd treatment. Perioperative treatment with shd effectively lessened postoperative exudate and ameliorated inflammatory symptoms in patients who underwent surgery for breast cancer.

Background The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of epidemiologic and physician‐diagnosed pollen‐induced AR (PiAR) in the grasslands of northern China and to study the impact of the intensity and time of pollen exposure on PiAR prevalence. Methods A multistage, clustered and proportionately stratified random sampling with a field interviewer‐administered survey study was performed together with skin prick tests (SPT) and measurements of the daily pollen count. Results A total of 6043 subjects completed the study, with a proportion of 32.4% epidemiologic AR and 18.5% PiAR. The prevalence was higher in males than females (19.6% vs 17.4%, P = .024), but no difference between the two major residential and ethnic groups (Han and Mongolian) was observed. It is not known whether older patients with acute heart failure (HF) receiving tolvaptan have decreased mortality rates and a better long-term prognosis than patients who receive furosemide. We conducted a systematic review of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to address this issue. The Medline, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases were searched for English-language RCTs published before September 2016 comparing tolvaptan with furosemide treatment in older patients (>65 years old) after acute HF. The primary outcomes assessed were 6‑month all-cause mortality and worsening renal function (WRF); the secondary outcomes were electrolyte disorders, hospital readmissions, and adverse events. Out of 669 citations, six RCTs met the inclusion criteria for this meta-analysis. There was a significant decrease in WRF (relative risk [RR] = 0.67, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.52–0.86, p = 0.002) and in the hospitalization period (mean difference [MD] = −1.86, 95% CI = −3.70–−0.02, p = 0.05), as well as a significant increase in urine volume within 3 days of tolvaptan administration (MD = 1.59, 95% CI = 1.41–1.76, p < 0.00001). There were significant differences in creatinine levels between subgroups (MD = 0.33, 95% CI = 0.14–0.52, p = 0.0006). However, for the outcome of 6‑month all-cause mortality (RR = 0.56, 95% CI = 0.29–1.06, p = 0.07), there was no significant difference among all subgroups. There were significant differences in serum sodium concentration (MD = 0.68, 95% CI = 0.02–1.34, p = 0.04) but no significant changes in systolic blood pressure (MD = 3.57, 95% CI = −2.33–9.47, p = 0.24) between groups. In older patients, tolvaptan relieves WRF, reduces the hospitalization period, and increases urine volume without significant effects on blood pressure. However, surprisingly, the use of tolvaptan did not influence 6‑month all-cause mortality.

Gastric carcinoma (GC) is one common malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality rates all over the world. Recently, numerous studies have showed that the microRNAs (miRNAs) dysregulation was implicated in GC carcinogenesis. This research aimed to explore the potential associations between miR-29c and cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6) in GC.GC tissues and corresponding normal tissues were collected from 54 GC patients who underwent surgery at the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University between 2015 and 2017. We measured the expressions of CDK6 and miR-29c in GC tissues using quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR). We next investigated the functions of miR-29c in GC cells by performing transwell assays. To further determine the correlation between miR-29c and CDK6 in GC cell invasion and migration, the rescue experiments were performed by co-transfecting miR-29c inhibitor and CDK6 siRNA into AGS cells.MiR-29c expressions were significantly declined in GC tissues and cells. Additionally, functional assays showed that the miR-29c over-expression suppressed the invasion and migration capacities of GC cells. According to TargetScan and dual-luciferase reporter assays, CDK6 was identified as a new miR-29c target. Moreover, the knockout of CDK6 had similar effects as the miR-29c over-expression in GC cells. The current research indicated that miR-29c over-expression could inhibit tumor behaviors in GC partially via down-regulating CDK6.We revealed that miR-29c down-regulated in GC tissues and cells. MiR-29c over-expression effectively suppressed the GC cell invasion and migration. Moreover, CDK6 was identified as a direct functional target of miR-29c in GC. The current study provides new insights for the GC treatment and suggests that miR-29c/CDK6 axis is a therapeutic candidate target for GC patients.

Some researches have showed that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) take part in varieties of biological behaviors during the tumor progression. This study aims to determine whether lncRNA AB073614 functioned in the metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Real Time-quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-qPCR) was used to detect AB073614 expression in NSCLC tissues. Besides, wound healing assay and transwell assay were conducted in NSCLC cells. Furthermore, the mechanism assays were performed to identify how AB073614 functioned in metastasis of NSCLC cells.By comparing with the expression level in adjacent tissues, the AB073614 expression level in NSCLC samples was significantly higher. Moreover, after AB073614 was knocked down, invasion and migration of NSCLC cells were inhibited. And after AB073614 was overexpressed, invasion and migration of NSCLC cells were promoted. Also, mRNA and protein expression level of CDKN1A was upregulated via knockdown of AB073614, while mRNA and protein expression level of CDKN1A was downregulated via overexpression of AB073614. Besides, the expression of CDKN1A in NSCLC tissues was negatively correlated to the expression of AB073614.Our results indicated that AB073614 could enhance cell migration and cell invasion in NSCLC through repressing CDKN1A, which might offer a potential therapeutic choice for patients with NSCLC.

With the continuous development of bioinformatics technology and precision medicine, genetic mechanism investigations of genetic diseases including cleft lip and palate (CLP) have been getting more and more attention. Researchers have focused on the coding sequence of the genome and successfully found many CLP causative mutations, but there still remain some unsolved questions. In recent years, researchers' vision has gradually shifted to non-protein coding region of the genome. Periodontal regeneration is a great challenge faced by clinical treatment, and traditional therapies are not effective in regenerating periodontal tissues. Bioinductive biomaterials are materials that are able to induce the regeneration of damaged tissues, and they can induce the migration of stem cells or precursor cells to the defect site to proliferate, differentiate for tissue regeneration. For example, the osteoinductive biomaterials are able to induce regeneration of alveolar bone. To study the protective effect of tacrolimus on vascular endothelium injured by oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) and its mechanism.Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were used as objects of study, and divided into control group, tacrolimus group and autophagy inhibition group. Control group received no ox-LDL, while tacrolimus group and autophagy inhibition group were treated with ox-LDL (100 μg/mL) for 3 h. Tacrolimus group was pre-treated with tacrolimus (100 nM) for 0.5 h, and the autophagy inhibition group was pre-treated with 3-methyladenine (3-MA) (10 mM) and tacrolimus (100 nM) for 0.5 h. The cell viability was detected via cell counting kit 8 (CCK8) assay, the cell apoptosis ratio was detected via flow cytometry and Hoechst staining, and the releases of superoxide dismutase (SOD), reactive oxygen species (ROS) and other cytokines were detected using the kit. Moreover, the autophagy level was detected via LC3 fluorescence staining, and the autophagy- and apoptosis-related molecules were detected via polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Western blotting.In the absence of ox-LDL, neither tacrolimus nor 3-MA had an effect on the cell viability. After the addition of ox-LDL, the cell viability was significantly decreased, whereas tacrolimus could alleviate such damage to cells. Flow cytometry and Hoechst staining proved that tacrolimus could reduce the proportion of apoptotic cells induced by ox-LDL, while PCR and Western blotting confirmed the decreased expression of apoptosis-related proteins in tacrolimus group. 3-MA could up-regulate the ratio of apoptosis and the expressions of apoptosis-related proteins. The detection of SOD and ROS showed that ox-LDL could induce the cell oxidative stress injury, whereas tacrolimus could inhibit such an effect. The addition of 3-MA inhibited the effect of tacrolimus. Besides, LC3 fluorescence staining, PCR and Western blotting revealed that ox-LDL could induce the autophagy, while tacrolimus could enhance the autophagy. After the addition of 3-MA, the intracellular autophagy level was significantly inhibited.Tacrolimus protects vascular endothelial cells from ox-LDL damage through inducing the autophagy.

Objective To establish accurate and rapid methods to identify four new synthetic cannabinoids （JWH-203, JWH-122, 5F-APINACA and AB-CHMINACA） in blood samples. Methods The whole blood samples were extracted by acetonitrile and methanol, screened by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS） then confirmed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （LC-MS/MS） method, and multiple reaction monitoring （MRM） mode was used for quantitative analysis. Results The GC-MS method needed 21 min to complete the analysis, while the LC-MS/MS method needed 5 min. The AB-CHMINACA, JWH-203, 5F-APINACA and JWH-122 all used quasi molecular ion peak as a parent ion. Visfatin is a cytokine secreted by visceral adipose tissue, which plays an important role in obesity, diabetes, insulin resistance, atherosclerosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome. Additionally, visfatin is also involved in the metabolic syndrome-associated malignancies such as breast, colon, gastric and endometrial cancers. Gastric cancer (GC) is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths while the mechanisms underlying its metastasis are not fully understood. In this study, we aimed to explore the relationship between miR-217 and GC metastasis.We examined miR-217 level in gastric tumor tissues of 48 patients with GC and in cell lines including gastric mucosa epithelial cell line (GES-1), gastric cancer cell line (BGC-823), and gastric cancer cell line (SGC-7901). The effects of miR-217 on EMT conditions were detected using cell migration and invasion assays. The potential regulatory target of miR-217 was determined by prediction tool, target protein expression and Luciferase reporter assay.We found a lower expression of miR-217 in the tumor tissues of GC patients with metastasis. Increased expression of miR-217 markedly suppressed GC cell metastasis and invasion in vitro. We observed a strongly negative correlation between expressions of miR-217 and PTPN14 mRNA in GC tissues, and miR-217 repressed PTPN14 expression by directly targeting its 3'UTR. Furthermore, the loss of PTPN14 induced by miR-217 or si-PTPN14 reduced the metastasis and invasion of GC cells, whereas restoration of PTPN14 led to the enhanced metastases and invasion of GC cells. MiR-217-induced the loss of PTPN14 modulated the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in GC cells, as indicated by the modulated expression of E-cadherin.We concluded that miR-217 suppressed the EMT through directly binding to the PTPN14-3'UTR in GC progression, and might be a novel biomarker for the detection of GC metastasis.

目的 以含有凝血因子Ⅸ（FⅨ）cDNA的pcDNA/FⅨ质粒为模板构建真核表达载体pIRES2-ZsGreen1/FⅨ并检测其在HEK-293细胞中的表达。 方法 以pcDNA/FⅨ质粒为模板，扩增出目的基因FⅨ的开放阅读框（ORF）区，使用Infusion酶对线性pIRES2-ZsGreen1双酶切产物及FⅨORF扩增产物进行连接，连接产物进行转化后筛选阳性克隆，对阳性克隆进行DNA测序及凝胶电泳鉴定。野生型pIRES2-ZsGreen1/FⅨ转染HEK-293细胞后，分别采用实时定量PCR、细胞免疫荧光法、一期法检测野生型FⅨ基因mRNA表达水平、蛋白的表达量及细胞裂解液、细胞培养液的FⅨ活性。 结果 成功构建pIRES2-ZsGreen1/FⅨ并转染HEK-293细胞，实时定量PCR证实HEK-293细胞表达FⅨ mRNA，激光共聚焦显微镜下观察到FⅨ蛋白在细胞质中合成，野生型质粒pIRES2-ZsGreen1/FⅨ转染HEK-293细胞裂解液和细胞培养液的FⅨ活性分别为（92.03±0.29）%、（86.89±8.78）%，无转染的HEK-293细胞裂解液和培养液中FⅨ活性均为0。 结论 成功构建FⅨ野生型pIRES2-ZsGreen1真核表达载体。

In China, Wuling capsule, a traditional Chinese medicine consisting of Wuling mycelia of Xylaria nigripes (Kl.) Sacc (a rare type of fungus), is used to treat major depressive disorders. A meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials was performed to compare the efficacy and safety of Wuling capsule alone with Wuling capsule-antidepressant combination in the treatment of major depressive disorders.Two assessors independently selected studies, extracted data, and conducted quality assessment and data synthesis. Standard mean difference, risk ratio (RR) ± 95% confidence interval (CI), the number needed to treat, and the number needed to harm were analysed.A total of 12 randomised controlled trials (880 patients; mean age ± standard deviation, 39.7 ± 12.5 years; male patients, 41%) were identified, including 4 trials with Wuling capsule alone (n = 340) and 8 with Wuling capsule-antidepressant (sertraline, mianserin, mirtazapine, and paroxetine) combination (n = 540). The mean length of trial was 5.7 ± 1.3 weeks. Meta-analysis of symptomatic improvement at last-observation endpoint and study-defined response and remission revealed no significant differences between the Wuling capsule alone and antidepressant monotherapy. The Wuling capsule-antidepressant cotreatment was superior to antidepressant monotherapy in symptomatic improvement at last-observation endpoint (standard mean difference: -0.46, p = 0.001) as well as study-defined response (68.4% vs. 56.0%, RR = 1.23; p = 0.03) and remission (46.5% vs. 34.5%, RR = 1.35; p = 0.05). Wuling capsule was associated with fewer adverse drug reactions than antidepressant monotherapy.Adjunctive Wuling capsule may augment the effects of antidepressants and may be associated with fewer adverse drug reactions. More large-scale and rigorously designed randomised controlled trials with large sample size are warranted to clarify the effectiveness of Wuling capsule for major depressive disorders.

To explore whether the ABL(Δexon7) and ABL(35INS) spliceosome contributed to TKIs resistance.Screening ABL(Δexon7) and ABL(35INS) in 74 normal people and 76 CML patients (53 patients in remission and 23 patients with TKIs resistance) by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis combined with cloning sequencing.A novel spliceosome ABL(Δexon7+ 35INS) (ABL(Δexon7) and ABL(3)5INS existed at the same time) was identified and the mutation was detected in 8 (10.8%) of 74 normal people, 4 (7.5%) of 53 remission patients and 2 (8.7%) of 23 resistant patients. While 47 (63.5%) cases expressed ABL(Δexon7) and 8 (10.8% ) cases expressed ABL(35INS) in 74 healthy people, 30 (56.6%) cases expressed ABL(Δexon7) and 5 (9.4% ) cases expressed ABL(35INS) in 53 remission patients, 12 (52.2%) cases expressed ABL(Δexon7) and 3(13.0%) cases expressed ABL(35INS) in 23 resistant patients. Three kinds of spliceosome in all groups had no statistical difference.ABL(Δexon7+ 35INS), ABL(Δexon7) and ABL(35INS) may be not uncommon in ABL gene and were unrelated to resistance in CML with TKIs treatment. ABL(35INS) were often accompanying with exon 7 deletion.
