RESUMEN A lo largo de la segunda mitad siglo XX en la Argentina diferentes actores inscriptos en las instituciones de formación de profesores de Educación Física procuraron promover disimiles discursos y prácticas con el objeto de legitimar en distintas esferas sociales a la disciplina. En esos procesos se establecieron diálogos con diversos saberes científicos constituyéndose lo que los actores de la Educación Física denominaron como “tradiciones disciplinares”, asimismo promovieron desiguales inscripciones dentro del sistema de educación superior. En este artículo profundizaremos en los procesos de configuración de las saberes y prácticas que hicieron a la construcción de la identidad de los profesores de educación física en las décadas de 1970 y 1980. Para ello, analizaremos fuentes primarias y secundarias entre ellas se destacan los planes de estudio y los expedientes administrativos de distintas instituciones de formación. En cada uno de los casos atenderemos a las tramas de construcción de los mismos. El recorrido posibilitará evidenciará que en el período considerado las producciones identitarias de los profesores de educación física comenzarán a pensarse en una relación de necesidad y de tensión entre la investigación y la docencia.

Sign language is significant in its linguistic complexity and sociocultural values to its users. The linguistic situation of sign languages in the Middle East is controversial. For Arab deaf communities, each country has a rich and complex national sign language without the need for a superior, more standard unifying Arabic sign language (ArSL). There have been attempts to unify sign languages by creating ArSL. This initiative has been mostly taken by nondeaf persons and has been met with opposition and resistance. This paper investigates sign languages in Kuwait and the attitudes towards both Kuwaiti Sign Language (KSL) and ArSL from both deaf individuals and sign language translators/teachers using surveys, informal interviews, and fieldwork visits. The research question is: What sign language would the deaf community and sign language interpreters/teachers in Kuwait choose (KSL, ArSL, or both) to better serve the deaf community. This paper is designed to uncover the impact of language policies on communities' representations of self and explore the richness and complexity of national sign languages that can be underestimated by language policymakers. The city can be understood as a space where capitalist and patriarchal logics are materialized, engendering symbolic barriers and socio-spatial segregation. Within this context, this paper addresses territoriality of the LGBTIQ+ population at the urban scale It is part of a broader reflection within an ongoing Master's dissertation. The research aims to identify these Territories through clipping of journalistic news and to gather them in a cartography. Finally, this paper was produced as an effort to continue researches that give voice to a population that is often disrespected, forgotten, brutalized, killed, and erased by our society. This article reports the results of the systematization of the experience named My ideas in three minutes, an activity implemented in the Maternal School course of the Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education at Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, Colombia. The One minute paper technique was used to encourage students to reflect on their future role as teachers, by composing texts containing the analysis of their experiences and practices. Those documents were collected and analyzed, using Nvivo program, based on the following categories: identity as teachers and conceptual appropriation. However, during the process, some categories emerged, such as, appreciations about the educational system and others related to writing. The conclusions point out the potential of this technique for a reflexive exercise to be carried out in an agile way; besides, it promotes in the students the habit of constantly questioning themselves, making it possible for them to be more self-critical. This paper examines the relationship between student mobility and identity by exploring the meaning of 'home' and homemaking processes among international students. It unpacks students' complex web of relations within and between places, across space and in time, and illustrates how students' family homes, familiar places and home society inform and shape the students' existence and 'becoming' while they are abroad. Applying a spatial approach, this paper exhibits that international students' involvement is a spatial homemaking process that connects home as sensory everyday practices and experiences and home as a place of origin. Both relationships in distance and proximity are necessary and important elements in practices of homemaking processes among international students. By examining space relationally, the narratives of the students show a significant refiguring of an embodied self, concurrently highlighting the relational construction of the identity of place. The empirical findings of this paper bring new dimensions, such as the spatial, geographical, sensory, and affective nature of mobile belongings, to the research on youth mobility and internationalisation of higher education. In this paper the author explores a cultural narrative that she suggests rests on the concepts of the Feminine and Masculine as such, employing both as though they contain an agreed set of universal givens. These givens are extrapolated from an androcentric perspective on female and male bodies, in particular their biological functions regarding reproduction. The metaphors of the baby‐in‐womb, mother's preoccupation with child and heteronormative sexual relations are the primary cyphers for the narrative. She suggests that remaining unconscious of this narrative, such that it is taken as a universal given, can hamper a person's relation to themselves, the world and others. The author names two concepts, Home and Identity: Home being an hospitable and accommodating space with Identity denoting the one who inhabits the space. In the narrative these two are unhelpfully categorized as belonging to the Feminine and the Masculine respectively. For ease of understanding the author uses a capital letter to designate an abstract idea, and lower case when referring to the concrete or particular. Clinical examples are given throughout the paper to illustrate how acknowledgement and awareness of this narrative might free the analyst or therapist to think more broadly around issues pertaining to space and identity.
