- Abstract
During the "teaching" and "learning" process of conservative dentistry and endodontics pre-clinical training, standardization and individuation should be emphasized. There are two key points we should grasp,i. e., the course practice and the results control. Based on the establishment of common goals and value systems which both teachers and students understand clearly, a three-dimensional pre-clinical training system, international advanced multimedia teaching methods and small class teaching with discussion will be adopted to form an open, quantitative evaluation system. In brief, our training goal is to cultivate potential leaders with critical thinking, innovative spirit, international perspective, high comprehensive quality in stomatology career.
