Cultural heritage promotion is no more considered as a social duty only but rather an economic and educational opportunity facilitated by the development of digital technologies. It is therefore necessary to develop methodological guidelines for conservation and scientific, sustainable promotion of our cultural heritage. Industrial engineering tools can be of great benefit for the history of technology and industrial heritage as demonstrated in previous research works. This thesis is in the pursuit of these works and aims to study and implement an operational framework for the Digital Heritage Reference Model (Laroche, 2007) in a museum context. The work we expose here focuses on a product-process approach inspired by PLM issues and adapted to the context of the management of historical knowledge for cultural heritage. Finally, we detail the proposed methodology within a concrete framework dedicated to an historical model of the Nantes harbour designed in 1899 and part of the collections of the Nantes History Museum. In this context, we propose an augmented reality device coupled to a multi-business information system. Virtual reality facility is also investigated to provide computer-aided decision making to assist historians’ research. Based on transdisciplinary work between engineering and human sciences, we contribute to set up a PLM museum dedicated to the conservation and promotion of cultural heritage.; La valorisation du patrimoine n’est plus seulement considérée comme un devoir de mémoire mais comme un besoin et un atout économique et pédagogique, facilitée par le développement des technologies numériques. Organizations evolve towards dynamic structures which are rearranged regularly according to opportunist projects and alliances. These changes aim at creating synergy between internal and external competencies, so as to face with the constraints of a turbulent environment or to capitalize on the key strengths of the organization. Nevertheless, these organizational changes can have a huge impact on the organizational performance: they can generate instability, knowledge loss, problems in the integration of newcomers, misunderstanding between entities which have to collaborate, issues in the adaptation of resources to these new structures... New solutions are therefore necessary to create and maintain an operational excellence (resources are locally efficient in their activities) as well as an organizational cohesion (coordination and collaboration of entities for a global efficiency of the organization), whatever the changes are. Based on the competency-based view, the organizational learning theory and the mechanisms of good practices transfer, the research works are focused on providing a framework for managing organizational capabilities, i.e. for developing and mastering shared collective competencies, around key organizational needs, from structured knowledge models. The thesis proposes a methodology, the modeling of an information system, methods and tools for: (1) designing and structuring good practices models around organizational needs, (2) deploying and managing these models at the operational level, so as to transfer the good practices and create new organizational capabilities, (3) assessing the acquisition of organizational capabilities by the different resources of the organization, (4) identifying the gaps which can exist between organizational needs and required capabilities (modeled in good practices structures), between required capabilities and acquired capabilities (appropriated by resources), or between acquired capabilities and obtained performance (resulted from the use of the capability in the organizational activities), (5) and correct these gaps by forming communities of practices around knowledge models, according to the similarity of entities' context and observed gaps. These works occur in the Pilot 2.0 project, which gathers academic (IRCCyN and M-Lab) and industrial partners (MNM Consulting, Valeo Group, General Council of Vaucluse) in the research and the development of methodological and software solutions for managing organizational capabilities, and around a first instance that is 5 steps method, supported by digital platform called Roadmap Manager.; Les organisations évoluent vers des structures dynamiques qui se recomposent de manière régulière en fonction de projets et d'alliances opportunistes. Ces ruptures organisationnelles peuvent cependant avoir des conséquences notables en termes de performance : il faut en effet s'assurer que les changements réguliers de structure n'entraînent pas d'instabilité, de perte de savoirs, de mauvaise intégration des nouveaux arrivants, ou d'incompréhension entre des entités hétérogènes qui vont devoir collaborer. Il faut donc de nouvelles solutions pour créer et maintenir une excellence opérationnelle et une cohésion organisationnelle, et cela quels que soient les changements, voulus ou subis, de l'organisation. En se basant sur l'approche basée sur les compétences, sur la théorie de l'apprentissage organisationnel, et sur les mécanismes de transfert de bonnes pratiques, les travaux de recherche visent à fournir un cadre de pilotage des capacités organisationnelles, c'est-à-dire un cadre pour développer et maîtriser des compétences collectives partagées, autour d'enjeux organisationnels clés, à partir de référentiels de connaissances structurés. La thèse propose ainsi une méthodologie, la modélisation d'un système d'information, des méthodes et des outils pour : (1) concevoir et structurer des référentiels de bonnes pratiques à partir des enjeux organisationnels, (2) déployer et gérer ces référentiels sur le terrain, afin de transférer les bonnes pratiques et créer de nouvelles capacités organisationnelles, (3) mesurer l'acquisition des capacités organisationnelles par les différentes ressources de l'organisation, (4) identifier les écarts qui peuvent exister entre enjeux organisationnels et les capacités requises (modélisation des référentiels), entre capacités requises et capacités acquises (appropriation par les ressources), ou entre capacités acquises et résultats obtenus (utilisation de la capacité dans les activités de l'entreprise), (5) et corriger ces écarts en formant des communautés de pratiques autour des référentiels, en fonction de la similitude de contexte des entités et des écarts constatés. Ces travaux se placent dans le cadre du projet ANR Pilot 2.0, qui réunit des partenaires académique (IRCCyN, M-Lab) et industriels (MNM Consulting, le groupe Valeo, le conseil général du Vaucluse) dans la recherche et le développement de solutions méthodologiques et logicielles pour le pilotage des capacités organisationnels, autour d'une première instanciation qu'est la méthode 5 steps, supporté par une plateforme logicielle Roadmap Manager.

For optimizing its added value creation, enterprise adjusts continuously its operating modes and its production tools. Machines considered obsoletes as soon as they don't meet the demand, are consequently stopped, stored and very often dismantled. Consequently, industrial sites disappear and the workers, creators of knowledge, are leaving the industrial world with their know-how. The lack of protection of this kind of industrial and technical heritage is under scrutiny today as this technical culture can sometimes be transposable to other similar but present application domains. Safe keeping, analyzing and understanding these objects belonging to a Past Heritage can convert them into a Present Capital; sometimes, they can even become an innovation source for preparing our future and assisting industrials to create the tomorrow objects. In addition, concerning their conservation and their popularization in museums and sites, the aging of technical information requires to implement a new kind of museology for this 3rd millennium : the Techno-museology.The developed methodology consists in overturning the design time axis: it is the Reverse process of Heritage Design. Advanced Industrial Archaeology, allows the elaboration of the Technical Heritage File by capitalizing knowledge from the past into a digital media and a virtual simulating state for museography and valorization. As the objects complexity requires a multiplicity of competences, the Heritage Cooperative Engineering Process requires collaborations of experts who usually, do not collaborate. Therefore, a new kind of Inter disciplinary Team is appearing which needs a common base for allowing different semantics living together. Consequently, the Information System proposes to encapsulate this taxonomy of the Men, also taking into account the actors of the past. The model defines the Heritage Technical Object in its Internal and External Aspects. The Digital Heritage Reference Model, DHRM, can then be considered as a new tool for museology.During these researches, numerous technical studies are analyzed and conceptualized so as to build the ontology's and consequently validate the applicability of DHRM.; Pour optimiser sa création de valeur, l'entreprise adapte sans cesse son mode de fonctionnement et ses outils de production. Quant à leurs conservations et leurs vulgarisations dans les musées et les sites, le vieillissement intrinsèque de l'information technique nécessite d'implémenter une nouvelle muséologie pour ce 3ème millénaire : la Techno-muséologie.La méthodologie développée consiste à renverser l'axe des temps de la conception : c'est le Rétro processus de Conception Patrimoniale. L'Archéologie Industrielle Avancée permet la constitution du Dossier d'Oeuvre Patrimoniale Technique en capitalisant les connaissances du passé sous une forme numérique et en les repositionnant virtuellement en situation d'usage à des fins de muséographie et de valorisation. La complexité des objets induisant une multiplicité des compétences, le Processus Coopératif d'Ingénierie Patrimoniale requiert la collaboration de métiers qui, jusqu'alors, ne collaboraient pas ou peu. Dès lors, une nouvelle forme d'Equipe Inter disciplinaire émerge pour laquelle un référentiel commun permet de faire cohabiter les différentes sémantiques. Ainsi, le Système d'Information proposé encapsule cette taxonomie des Hommes en considérant également les acteurs du passé. Le modèle définit l'Objet technique à caractère patrimonial dans ses Aspects Internalistes et Externalistes.
