The education function is one of the basic functions of the library. University libraries should play a greater role in the development of educational informatization. On June 19-22, 2019, the "2019 Information Literacy Training Seminar of the Ministry of Education University Library and Information Work Committee" hosted by the Library and Information Work Steering Committee of Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education and undertaken by the Northeast Normal University Library was held in Changchun, Jilin Province. This seminar is guided by the spirit of the founding meeting of the Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, focusing on how to implement the "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan", on how to build a "golden course" of information quality, improve teaching methods, and promote the in-depth integration of information technology and education., Discussion on improving the teaching ability of information quality.
