Knowledge of neuroscience, access to reliable sources of information, critical thinking, and research skills can help individuals make the right decisions regarding their health and well-being. This does not apply exclusively to students but also to a multi-professional audience that acquires new knowledge and skills and thus refines the content learned so far and goes beyond it. Therefore, the primary mission of the Section of Neuroscience Osijek is to popularize neuroscience by organizing lectures, writing various projects, working in the laboratory, participating in festivals and congresses, translating science-popular speeches, and many other creative ideas – ideas that awaken the senses. The main goal of this lecture is to present our activities and efforts in improving neuroscience education of the public and to inspire and guide others with similar interests towards practical solutions. In addition to educating the public, we contribute to science through various research. The section under the mentorship of experienced professors serves as an introduction to science and critical thinking, where students, for the first time, encounter the creation and writing of projects and scientific papers. Thus students develop experiences in various fields and topics of research. Furthermore, they are encouraged to follow up on various scientific issues and to determine the validity and accuracy of information by analyzing it and identifying it as valid or weak. With the new knowledge acquired through our research and the progress of science, we will strive to provide reliable information sources and improve the public’s neuroscience education in cooperation with numerous experts in neuroscience and other disciplines. The article focuses on the rising electronic discovery in the recent years and informs about the new challenges to the discovery process. It states that discovery focused on paper documents and mentions the shift from paper to digital content which is called, electronically stored information (ESI).

Undoubtedly the most basic element is information in the development of civilization. In this context it is obvious the importance of the book as a information source. The book showed different levels of development early ages up to this day. The emergence and development of the book shaped various cultural, political, economic, and geographic factors. Today, the book been in existence in both print and electronic formats and continues to be the main information source. To know the history of the book will shed light on future assessments. In this paper, we follow up on the studies developed by Kovalevsky (Comput Vis Graph Image Process 46:141-161, ) and Kenmochi et al. (Comput Vis Image Underst 71:281-293, ), which defined a continuous analog for a 4-dimensional digital object. The gradual process in which the medieval commune of Dubrovnik developed into a classical city-state in the first half of the 16th century was related both to the outer and to the inner elements. Among the latter the most important role belonged to the establishment of a firm, reliable and well organised web of clerks. Since their work would have been impossible without a continuous supply of paper and parchment, the Government signed several contracts with various entrepreneurs who were undertaken to fulfil all such needs, including also the book binding. The primary sources always describe them simply as librarii. They were coming from various backgrounds, including native people and Italians, priests and laity, nobles and commoners. Although they had never formed a proper corporation, their profession enjoyed a particular status due to a relatively small, but regular income, their mutual connections (including education of apprentices) and particular professional knowledge they had, especially that of making parchment. The first decades of the 16th century witnessed to a severe restriction imposed to all civil servants, but since 1540s sources are particularly abundant with news concerning the parchment and paper supply. Therefore we traced the roots of paper from Venice and Ancona to Dubrovnik and, occasionally, to the Ottoman Empire afterwards. We are precisely informed about the prices, careers of several librarii who worked in a span of several decades and their mutual relations. Also, as there were various kinds of paper being supplied to the State offices, it is easily possible to perceive their value. Towards the end of the Republic the flourishing days gradually disappeared and 1790s brought just a single request from a local priest to learn the service of bookbinding in Rome. However, thousands of books kept today in the State Archives of Dubrovnik undoubtedly testify about the quality of the late librarii and their work. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article discusses the intricacy attached with reviewing of papers of authors by reviewers leading to difference of opinions. It mentions that reviewers are often asked to review papers as promoters. It suggests to reviewers to discard the approach of Accept, Minor Revisions and Major Revisions while reviewing papers. It also recommends that they must reject paper with central flow which devalues it and explain as to why it can not be published.

Nothing can be more exciting to a researcher than publication of his work in a peer reviewed journal. Every journal issues its own guidelines for authors for preparation of manuscript. However the generally accepted format used by most of the journals is what is popularly known as the "IMRAD" format, an acronym for Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion.
