Migration is a type of mobility that articulates people in space and time in a coexisting manner. There are several causes for migrations to occur. In the face of a globalized world economy, inequalities manifest themselves in territories and condition expulsions, barriers, imprisonment and/or constant migratory movements, which require explanations that consider structural and circumstantial elements as conditioning factors of such a phenomenon. In the context of Latin America, Brazil is a country constituted by multiple migratory movements. In an attempt to contribute to understanding the configuration and content of migrations that cross Brazilian territory in the 21st century, this text aims to discuss the "humanitarian reception" strategies subsidized by international organizations in partnership with national governments, which essentially reveal, through the controlled territorial dispersion of people in migration situations, the standardization, blocking and containment (even if circulatory) of people in migration situations in the countries that form the Global South. To this end, the theoretical framework based on the concepts of migration, border, institution, agents and scale, associated with the collection of secondary data, reading of documents and empirical work contributed to our being able to theoretically understand the complexity that underpins migrations in the current period, and which demands, in addition to reflection, the construction of alternative agendas to the control of migrant lives in the present. The work reflects the current state of the agricultural context and local innovation in the department of Sustainable Agroecosystems Management of the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences of Cuba, based on a description of its potentialities and weaknesses, therefore, the general objective is: To design an action plan for the implementation of the Local Agricultural Innovation System in the department of Sustainable Agroecosystems Management. Instruments such as surveys, interviews and discussion groups were applied. The final result of this study is the action plan for the implementation of the Local Agricultural Innovation System in the department and its contribution lies in the participative conception of the different actors, besides being considered flexible and adaptable to other contexts in the center. The work provides the theoretical background that, together with the characterization of the department, constituted the essential basis for the diagnosis that identified the key variables that are influencing the problems that exist in the department, which limit the implementation of the innovation system in the short term. Likewise, barriers that still persist as an improvement of the Economic Model that contribute to this situation were analyzed and strategic objectives were identified to comply in the short term with the proposed strategy, focused mainly on innovation and the minimization of some of the identified barriers, which finally lead to propose an action plan to materialize activities to implement the local agricultural innovation system in the department. In this fictionalized conversation with the creator of psychoanalysis, the author raises her concerns regarding the difficulties that could arise from the intrusion of the institutional into the analyst's practice. The discussion focuses particularly on analytic ethics. Freud's responses are, in large part, textual statements taken from various passages in his works. 7. Do Congresso Psicanalítico da Banana à cisão de 1998: deslocamentos traumáticos no lacanismo brasileiro.

The manuscript aims to reflect on the ruptures in the history of Brazilian Lacanian psychoanalysis institutions. The basis was the Psychoanalytic Congress of the Banana and the 1998 Division of the Brazilian School of Psychoanalysis; precursor events of Brazilian lacanism that still reverberate in the relationship between analysts. Institutional documents and discourses of analysts who participated in these events were analyzed, adopting temporality as a central characteristic of historiography. A historical analysis was carried out in an emic direction from the concept of trauma articulated with its clinical forms of presentation. It was concluded that in the psychoanalytic field a policy of identity prevails with its aspects of subordination and identification to groups aiming at hegemony within the field. Care has become an organizational factor that, in addition to facilitating selection processes, indicates the skills and aptitudes of health personnel. Therefore, this research article aimed to describe the characteristics of personality and care in the care staff of a health institution in the city of Pasto during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method was worked from a quantitative perspective and a cross-sectional descriptive design. The sample consisted of 164 collaborators. CUIDA was the instrument applied for the collection of information. The findings showed significant levels in the dimensions of empathy and tolerance to frustration, highlighting the differences between gender and age groups. The study concludes that some of the challenges evidenced during the pandemic made it possible to identify key preconditions for user care, which should be considered as key aspects in organizational decision-making. Psychoanalysis, understood as subversive regarding the epistemicparadigmatic of hegemonic scientific knowledge, provides a range of possibilities for its practices, one of which is psychoanalytic work in institutions. The objective was, therefore, to reflect on Psychoanalysis in the university institutional field, regarding, especially, the offer of psychotherapy in the Psychology school-clinics, discussing the crossings of this practice and considering the possibilities of intersection with Psychoanalysis. The article discusses the specificities surrounding the psychoanalytic clinic in Psychology school-clinics such as: the contributions of Psychoanalysis on the vision of man and the process of health disease, the teaching of Psychoanalysis at the university, the importance of clinical supervision and the personal analysis of the psychotherapist in training and the clinical implications of transfers that operate in the psychoanalytic clinic in this context. It is considered that what is found in the university scenario is Psychoanalysis in Extension, in this sense, there are possibilities to experience, in the clinical internships carried out in the Psychology school-clinics, a psychoanalytic practice based on certain arrangements and premises. We present a critical literature review on the possibilities of a psychoanalyst's work in an interdisciplinary team within an institution. Using the Scielo platform with the descriptors "psychoanalysis" and "institution", fifteen articles were found and organized in four categories: the analyst's place in the institution; clinical case presentation; clinical devices: team listening, case discussion, and supervision; psychoanalysis and public policies on mental health (post-psychiatric reform); besides the item others. We concluded that the articles are rich in reflections on the relation psychoanalysis/institution, but they don't present descriptions of the day-by-day of psychoanalysts in these spaces. We emphasize the importance of thinking about the specificities of free association, floating attention and team effect in analytic praxis within the institutional framework. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The work discusses the intertwining of aesthetic and political dimensions in the philosophy of Merleau-Ponty, taking as central elements the notions of silence and expression. A politicalaesthetic perspective implies considering the flesh of the social as an invisible dimension, a network of structures of meaning that gain visibility from expression, a bodily phenomenon. From reflections on institution as an alternative to the notion of constitution, Merleau-Ponty addresses the problem of the meaning no longer from the subject as an intentional pole of acts, but as an action of resuming in coexistence with others. Evenements that last and assume dimensionality character can be resumed by the subject or by others and form a historical set, history being conceived as a process of creation and dissolution of stable forms, given in the intersubjective and intercorporeal domain. Political action has the same characters of general expression, it has an expressive character, it is a place of birth and creation that is beyond each consciousness, implying the other, subjects in the plural, in its coexistence. From this exploration, the article discusses some problems of race relations in dialogue with authors of contemporary critical phenomenology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

One can affirm that, over a substantial part of Psychoanalysis History, the functionality of the transference on psychoses has been questioned. In his days, Freud has considered that by means of Psychoanalysis one could better understand the psychoses, but there was no possible treating. Although Lacan, through his teaching, had bequeathed operators that allow the psychoanalyst to better locate on the particularities of a such challenging clinics, it's still evident that the matter concerning the transference on psychoses remains, even today, as a problematic issue in theorical terms, entailing disagreements and questionings. In this context, the authors have considered imperative an investigation capable of delimiting the specificities of the transference on subjects structured by psychoses, delineating certain aspects on the analists' position regarding to the psychotic subject and the possibilities of intervention from his fated place. Thereby, from the experience of one of the authors in a Day Hospital, whose devices are conceived to facilitate the setting up of listening conditions to psychotic subjects, it's intended to consolidate the theorical basis of such practice taking into consideration the contribution of psychoanalysts, such as José Zuberman and Jean Oury about the matter, looking over the tensions between the singular and the collective inherent in a differential clinics inclined to the inclusion of the institution and to the inclusion of "others" on the delineation of the respective possible treatments. RESUMEN El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo principal hacer un análisis del papel del Estado en materia de juventud, tanto en el ámbito mexicano, como en el contexto tabasqueño. Para tal fin, se empleó una metodología documental que comprendió tanto las estadísticas sociodemográficas, como la literatura jurídica y científica acerca de la juventud, con un enfoque más orientado hacia lo social. Dichas fuentes de información fueron contrastadas, y se encontró que, a pesar de que el Estado ha intervenido en cuanto a protección mediante leyes, desarrollo a través de planes, programas y atención por medio de instituciones en materia de juventud, su labor no ha sido suficiente para garantizar el bienestar de este sector poblacional. La principal conclusión fue que, más que vulnerables, las y los jóvenes son vulnerados, puesto que a pesar de que las juventudes buscan y son capaces de tomar un mayor compromiso en lo que respecta a su salud y a su vida, el que lo hagan depende considerablemente del actuar de otros, es decir, no basta con que los jóvenes decidan intervenir para mejorar su situación, sino que hay una realidad social compleja que condiciona su bienestar, en la que está implicada el Estado. ABSTRACT This work had as its main objective performing an analysis of the role of State in youth matters, both in the Mexican as in the Tabasquean contexts. To achieve it, this study employed a documentary methodology with social and demographic statistics as well as a review of scientific and judicial literature on youth with a predominantly social approach. These sources were contrasted and the study found that State has intervened in protection trough laws, in development with plans, and in attention through youth matters institutions. Their labour has not been enough to guarantee wellness among this population. The main conclusion of this text was that, more than vulnerable, youth is being vulnerated given how, despite being the population more actively seeking for and compromise with their health and own life, achieving it highly depends on others actions, i.e., the decision of youths is not enough for improving their situation because of a complex social reality that conditions their well-being, in which State is involved. RESUMO O presente trabalho teve como objetivo principal fazar uma análise do papel do Estado em matéria de juventude, tanto no âmbito mexicano, como no contexto tabasquenho. Para este fim, foi utilizado uma metodologia documental que compreendeu estadísticas sociodemográficas, como a literatura jurídica e científica sobre a juventude, com um enfoque mais para o social. As fontes de informação foram contrastadas, e encontrou-se que, apesar de que o Estado tenha feito algo quanto a proteção por meio de leis, desenvolvimento por meio de projetos, programas e atendimento através de instituições que trabalham com juventude, seu trabalho tem sido suficiente para assegurar o bem-estar dessa parte da população. A principal conclusão que se chegou, por mais vulneráveis que sejam, as e os jovens são vulnerados, por mais que busquem e são capazes de assumir um maior compromisso sobre sua saúde e vida, eles dependem da decisão de terceiros, ou seja, não basta com que os jovens decidam fazer algo para melhorar sua situação, mas há uma realidade social complicada que condiciona seu bem-estar, no qual está implicado o Estado.

As Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) têm procurado desenvolver mecanismos que reduzam o fosso entre a ciência e o cidadão, para proporcionar conhecimento que permite melhorar o exercício de cidadania da população. Assim, pretende-se analisar as actividades de divulgação científica levadas a cabo pelas IES em Angola. Por isso, se questiona, existem actividades que se consubstanciam em evidências de divulgação científica nas IES? Através de uma entrevista aplicada a 10 responsáveis de diferentes IES, utilizando a técnica de análise temática proposta por Bardin (2011). A análise revelou que a actividade de divulgação científica é quase inexistente nas IES; os participantes apontam como pontos de estrangulamento: falta de infraestruturas apropriadas; falta de condições financeiras; escassez de produção científica e falta de cultura organizacional e científica. Almeja-se que esta investigação abra um debate nacional sobre o papel das IES na promoção da cultura científica em Angola, com vista a promover uma cidadania activa e participativa e permitir que os decisores políticos tomem decisões baseadas em evidências científicas. Abstract Higher Education Institutions have sought to develop mechanisms that reduce the gap between science and the citizen, in order to provide knowledge that allows improving the exercise of citizenship of the population. Thus, it is intended to analyze the activities of scientific dissemination carried out by Higher Education Institutions in Angola. Therefore, it is questioned, are there activities that are embodied in evidence of scientific dissemination in Higher Education Institutions? Through an interview applied to 10 people in charge of different HEIs, using the thematic analysis technique proposed by Bardin (2011). The analysis revealed that the activity of scientific dissemination is almost non-existent in those institutions; participants point out as bottlenecks: lack of appropriate infrastructures; lack of financial conditions; scarcity of scientific production and lack of organizational and scientific culture. It is hoped that this research will open a national debate on the role of Higher Education Institutions in the promotion of scientific culture in Angola, in order to promote an active and participatory citizenship and allow policy-makers to make decisions based on scientific evidence. Resumen Las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) han buscado desarrollar mecanismos que reduzcan la brecha entre la ciencia y el ciudadano, con el fin de proporcionar conocimientos que permitan mejorar el ejercicio de la ciudadanía de la población. Así, se pretende analizar las actividades de divulgación científica realizadas por las IES en Angola. Por lo tanto, se cuestiona, ¿existen actividades que se plasmen en pruebas de divulgación científica en las IES? A través de una entrevista aplicada a 10 responsables de diferentes IES, utilizando la técnica de análisis temático propuesta por Bardin (2011). El análisis reveló que la actividad de divulgación científica es casi inexistente en las IES; los participantes señalan como cuellos de botella: la falta de infraestructuras adecuadas; la falta de condiciones financieras; la escasez de producción científica y la falta de cultura organizativa y científica. Se espera que esta investigación abra un debate nacional sobre el papel de las IES en la promoción de la cultura científica en Angola, con el fin de promover una ciudadanía activa y participativa y permitir a los responsables políticos tomar decisiones basadas en la evidencia científica.

- Abstract
The purpose of this article is to identify and characterize the initial stage of the IFB strategic planning, based on the perception of top management and planning team. The case study adopts a qualitative approach supported by bibliographic research techniques, to build a theoretical foundation, allied to the semistructure interview for later, application of the content analysis. As a result, we can identify that the institution opted to first define the strategic references, based on the construction of the mission, vision and values, and later, analysis of the organizational diagnosis, based on the Balanced Scorecard methodology. It was verified that the tool of strategic planning and its use are points that need to be better understood by the managers and technical planning team. The predominant characteristics of strategic planning are composed of a programmatic tool for projecting medium and long term goals and actions, of legal compliance, as it integrates and operationalizes the Institutional Development Plan (PDI). By wandering around, teenagers living on the streets open wide the subjective degradation and social mutilation of subjects marked, oftentimes from birth, due to the absence of the possibility for them to be socially recognized; they are relegated to a dejection position to be excoriated. Ejected from the family scene and in response to social exclusion, "street kids" - exposed to radical violence, banishment, social precariousness, injuries, bond breaks, indifference, anonymity - wander around public spaces, in a trajectory sometimes confirming the brand "street kids" and its annihilation effects of the subject, and sometimes opposing that mark, outlining a movement of life and resistance. This work is the result of concerns arising from a clinical and institutional experience and, from psychoanalytical propositions about the errant condition of desire and the structuring wanderings by adolescents, will discuss what is singular in adolescents' roaming around the streets, both in terms of an aimless wandering by the "street boy" and in terms of an inventive act, an assuming position by the teenage subject. In this discussion, we will place the institution as a possible anchor point for the subject; symbolic referent that, by legitimizing the use of the word, subverts the logic of social exclusion that mutes the subject, allowing overtaking the "mark of exclusion" to the erasure of a trait that knots and makes social bond. Generally, accounting is faced to the need to validate its theoretical preconditions, in particular to ground the explanations about the reality it is told to observe and analyze. Certainly, as far these issues, complications may not be left alone, the more so when the starting points and contributions concerning accounting are very diverse, in the scope of their ongoing development. Among them, different approaches to reality has been chosen as suitable, so that they constitute references for elucidating contents and nature of this area of knowledge. Consequently, analyzing accounting from the perspective of the philosopher John Searle is really a special referent, in order to continue with the aim of depurating explanations and understandings on the reasons assumed by this area of knowledge, regarding the meaning and reality of facts, institutions, conventions, and its function. Especially, the inquiry of the "function" in accounting seems to give some key elements for understanding the relation of the accounting convention with the social and organizational context. - Abstract
In this article we aim to problematize schools as institutions in order to question current academic output on education that accuses schools of not fulfilling the purposes which legitimize their existence in sociopolitical situation. From a modern point of view which considers education as formation (or training) for social order, school has its parameters established by outside: its curriculum and evaluations, its discourses and practices are defined from social order to school. This close link between school and society, which is based on the presumption that school constitutes a time for formation, creates an unequal relationship between those who teach and those who are supposed to learn. This inequality is, on one hand, caused by the relevance attributed to knowledge in the acting of learning and, in the other hand, by the belief that schooling is an indispensable process for insertion into the social sphere where equal would be achieved. Given the current role that financial capitalism plays into society, it is seen the emergence of the language of learning (BIESTA, 2013a, 2013b, 2013c) in parallel with the increase of criticism that points to the ineffectiveness and inefficiency of schooling. In presuming that school - through its architecture, organization and founding principles - is a given in society, much of current academic output on education is dedicated to the study of school's purposes, content and methods, distancing themselves from the problematic of school's very existence. Then, the question at the core of this paper is: "what makes school school?". Following this purpose, this paper presents an experience of research that has been taken in a course occurred in 2012, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, called "Regarding the (public) school and the 'educational act': the experience of inquiry and the verification of equality. Finding/Designing a public school (people's school/école du peuple) in/for Rio. Walking and talking as educational research practices", in order to work on the concept of school as free time, according to the etymological origin of the Greek word skholé. O presente estudo tem como objetivo avaliar o estado mental de idosos institucionalizados no município de Jequié-BA. O rastreamento cognitivo foi realizado com a utilização do Miniexame do Estado Mental - MEEM (Mini-mental State Examination-MMSE). A amostra se constituiu de 60 idosos compreendidos na faixa etária de 60 a 80 anos (58,3%) e acima de 80 anos (41,7%). 40% dos entrevistados apresentavam funções cognitivas preservadas e 60% demonstravam alguma alteração cognitiva não sugestiva de déficit. Destes últimos, 50% estão compreendidos na faixa de 26 a 24 pontos, 33,4% na de de 30 a 26 pontos e 16,6% distribuídos na faixa de 23 pontos ou menos. Nesta perspectiva acredita-se que quanto mais subsídios se tenham sobre o processo de envelhecimento saudável, mais se poderá trabalhar para a prevenção de uma demência, como também para identificar precocemente sinais desta.El actual estudio tiene como objetivo evaluar el estado mental de institucionalizado envejecido en el condado del Jequié-BA. El seguir cognoscitivo fue hecho con la utilización del Mini-exame del estado mental - MEEM (Examinación-MMSE Mini-mental del estado). La muestra fue compuesta por 60 entendidos envejecido en el nivel de la edad de 60 a 80 de los años (58.3%) y arriba de 90 años (41,7%). el 40% entrevistados con presentaron funciones cognoscitivas preservadas y el 60% demostraron una cierta alteración cognoscitiva no sugestiva de déficit. De estos 50% se entienden en el intervalo de 26 a 24 puntos, 33.4% en el intervalo de 30 a 26 puntos y 16.6% distribuidos en el intervalo de 23 puntos o menos. En esta perspectiva cree que tanto, teniendo más subsidios en el proceso del envejecimiento saludable, él podrá más trabajar a la prevención de la demencia, así como para identificar precociously señales de esto.The present study has as objective to evaluate the mental state of institutionalized aged in the county of Jequié-BA. The cognitive tracking was done with the utilization of the Mini-exame of mental state - MEEM (Mini-mental State Examination-MMSE). The sample was composed by 60 understood aged in the age level of 60 to 80 years (58,3%) and above (41,7%). 40% of the interviewed ones presented preserved cognitive functions and 60% demonstrated some cognitive alteration which is not suggested as a deficit. The latter, 50% are included in the interval of 26 to 24 points, 33.4% in the interval of 30 to 26 points and 16.6% are distributed in the interval of 23 points or less. In this perspective it is believed that the more subsidies on the process of healthful aging, the more it will be able to work to the dementia prevention as well as to identify precociously signals of this.

This thesis is linked to the Education and Arts Research Area (LP4) of the Graduate Program in Education at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) and incorporates studies of the research group "FAPEM: formation, action and research in music education". Its main objective was to understand movements, memories and history, instituted and instituting ABEM as an institution that enhances Brazilian Music Education, through the imaginary significations built in the narratives of its presidents. Its specific objectives sought to understand the Association's memory for the construction of a history of its trajectory, through the knowledge present in the presidents' narratives, memories and recollections; understand how ABEM has intensified and constituted movements and proposals in relation to the Brazilian Music Education, highlighting the consolidation of postgraduate studies, music education in Basic Education, and specialized music schools, the production and dissemination of scientific publications and the construction of a collective identity on Brazilian Music Education; analyze what the presidents consider as aspects of the Association's political representation, promoter factors that guide the organization of thought processes, planning, and implementation of institutional proposals. Thus, Bibliographic Research (LIMA; MIOTO, 2007) and Narrative Biographical Investigation (SOUZA, 2014), and approaches with the Social Imaginary Theory (CASTORIADIS, 1982), were used as the basis for the analysis and interpretation of data, and deep theoretical understanding. Seven (07) presidents of ABEM participated in this the investigation, through narrative interviews, from its foundation to the present time (1991-2019). From this setting, a thesis of live, imaginary narratives of the presidents was constructed. It legitimizes the Brazilian Association of Music Education, as a place of recognition and collective representation, which through its instituted and instituting movements, emphasize the Brazilian Music Education, contributing for the consolidation and organization of an area of knowledge for research, production and scientific dissemination, for Basic Education, for undergraduate and graduate courses in Music and Education, for the promotion of national public policies for Basic Education and also in the development of international policies. It is noteworthy to highlight that this research sought to contribute to the thinking process about the social imaginary significations and their movements and memories of stories narrated by ABEM, by its presidents, to the Brazilian Music Education. It also enhanced the perception of the construction of the Institution's political representation, its organizational areas, and the implementation of institutional proposals. The thesis organizes the existence of 30 years of ABEM as an institution that was created through instituted and instituting movements, led by presidents and their directors, showing a scientific community that is consolidated. Esta tesis está vinculada a la Línea de Investigación Educación y Artes (LP4) del Programa de Postgrado en Educación de la Universidad Federal de Santa María (UFSM) y compone estudios del grupo de investigación “FAPEM: formación, acción e investigación en educación musical.” Tuvo como objetivo principal comprender movimientos, memorias e historias, instituidas e instituyentes de la ABEM como institución potenciadora de la Educación Musical Brasileña, por medio de las significaciones imaginarias construidas en las narrativas de sus presidentes. Sus objetivos específicos buscan conocer la memoria de la Asociación para la construcción de una historia de su trayectoria, a través del imaginario presente en las narrativas, recuerdos y reminiscencias de los presidentes; entender cómo la ABEM viene potenciando y constituyendo movimientos y proposiciones relativos a la Educación Musical Brasileña, subrayándose la consolidación del postgrado, la educación musical en la enseñanza básica y en las escuelas especializadas de música, la producción y la circulación de la divulgación científica y la construcción de una identidad colectiva sobre la Educación Musical Brasileña; analizar lo que los presidentes consideran como aspectos de representatividad política de la Asociación, factores promotores de organización de las líneas de pensamiento, planeamiento e implementación de propuestas institucionales. De esa manera, se ha tomado por base la Pesquisa Bibliográfica (LIMA; MIOTO, 2007) y la Investigación Biográfico Narrativa (SOUZA, 2014) y aproximaciones a la Teoría del Imaginario Social (CASTORIADIS, 1982) para el análisis e interpretación de los datos, su comprensión y profundización teóricos. Han participado de la investigación, por medio de entrevistas narrativas, siete (07) presidentes de la ABEM, desde su fundación hasta la actualidad (1991 - 2019). A partir de esa configuración, se ha llegado a la tesis de que narrativas vivas e imaginarias de los presidentes legitiman a la Asociación Brasileña de Educación Musical, como lugar de reconocimiento y representatividad colectiva, por medio de sus movimientos instituidos e instituyentes, potencian la Educación Musical Brasileña, contribuyendo a la consolidación y organización de un área de conocimiento para la investigación, producción y divulgación científica, para la Enseñanza Básica, para los cursos de grado y postgrado en Música y Educación, para el fomento de políticas públicas nacionales de Enseñanza Básica y asimismo en la construcción de políticas de internacionalización. Se hace notar que esta investigación ha buscado contribuir a pensar las significaciones imaginarias sociales y sus movimientos y memorias de historias narradas de la ABEM, por sus presidentes, para la Educación Musical Brasileña. También favoreció la percepción de la construcción de la representatividad política de la institución, sus líneas organizativas e implementación de propuestas institucionales. La tesis organiza la existencia de 30 años de la ABEM, como Institución que se produjo por medio de movimientos instituidos e instituyentes, conducida por sus presidentes y sus directivas, revelando una comunidad científica que se consolida. Esta tese está vinculada à Linha de Pesquisa Educação e Artes (LP4) do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM) e compõe estudos do grupo de pesquisas “FAPEM: formação, ação e pesquisa em educação musical”. Teve como objetivo principal, compreender movimentos, memórias e histórias, instituídas e instituintes da ABEM como Instituição potencializadora da Educação Musical brasileira, através das significações imaginárias construídas nas narrativas dos seus presidentes. This papers aims to explore some working conditions and transformations that affect the work of teachers and negatively impact their health and wellbeing. We offer a theoretical revision of the concepts of work team and cooperation, in order to understand why it is a critical condition for human work and for health in the individual agents. Later we examine how teaching teams that work in institutions suffer from the emerging conflict between group internal regulations and institucional external regulations, and suffering that is caused by the external control of the activity of teams. "New management" dispositives are also revised, which promote an individualization and responsabilization logic at work, pointing to values such as competitiveness, and affecting the health of workers. This article describes artistic projects inside prisons in the city of Campo Grande, state of Mato Grosso do Sul (MS), and examines the use of these projects as disciplinary devices of the school inside the prison environment. Using Foucault, the article addresses problems and tensions that emerge from discipline in the bodies of incarcerated subjects. Artistic practice plays a significant role in the process of building an identity for incarcerated people beyond the prison's walls, but it is also used by the institution as tool for keeping incarcerated people occupied, without valuing them as artists who are capable of growth. El objetivo de este artículo es identificar proyectos artísticos en prisiones masculinas de régimen cerrado en el municipio de Campo Grande, estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, y comprender el uso de estos proyectos como dispositivo disciplinario de la escuela en el entorno penitenciario. A través de las referencias de Foucault, el objetivo es tratar los problemas y tensiones que surgen de la disciplina al cuerpo de estos sujetos. Se observa que la artesanía emerge considerablemente en las actividades y propuestas de reinserción del sujeto más allá de los muros de la prisión, siendo utilizada por la institución como herramienta para ocupar el tiempo del individuo, sin valorarlo como un artista capaz de despertar nuevas perspectivas. Este artigo objetiva identificar projetos artísticos nos presídios masculinos de regime fechado no município de Campo Grande, estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, e compreender o uso desses projetos como dispositivo disciplinar da escola no ambiente prisional. Por meio dos referenciais foucaultianos busca-se tratar de problemáticas e tensões que emergem da disciplina ao corpo desses sujeitos. Verifica-se que o artesanato surge consideravelmente nas atividades e propostas de reinserção do sujeito para além dos muros da prisão, sendo utilizado pela instituição como ferramenta para ocupação do tempo do indivíduo, sem valorizá-lo como artista capaz de despertar novos olhares.

La compilación de intervenciones desarrolladas durante las IX Jornadas Internacionales de Ciencias Sociales y Religión a fines de 2017 constituye, sin dudas, un aporte epistemológico y metodológico fundamental para las ciencias sociales abocadas al estudio del fenómeno religioso. Este libro, compilado por los sociólogos Joaquín Algranti, Mariela Mosqueira y Damián Setton, resulta un aporte importante no sólo para quienes deseen adentrarse en algunas de las muchas expresiones que la vida religiosa presenta en América Latina, sino también para aquellos interesados en pensar acerca de las formas en que construimos conocimiento desde las ciencias sociales. Como expresa Fortunato Mallimaci en el Prólogo, este libro constituye una apuesta epistemológica (y política) en tanto busca construir propuestas teóricas y analíticas a través de la reunión de académicos de diferentes países de Latinoamérica, formados en diferentes disciplinas de las ciencias sociales y con objetos de estudio de lo más diversos en términos geográficos, generacionales, de clase y de género. En ese sentido, el libro encarna un proyecto sobre el cual se suele insistir en ámbitos informales de las ciencias sociales locales pero que muchas veces no es llevado a la práctica: la posibilidad de construir teorías de alcance medio y general que problematicen los alcances aparentemente universales de las categorías producidas en los países centrales. School discipline transcends students' behavioral control inside the classroom, rising as a State institucional mission. It covers the regulation of the official educational system in a transversal way, including the whole school community. The declared mission of the official agencies dictates that behavioral regulation is necessary in order to facilitate the processes of teaching and learning. Nevertheless, with an examination of the classroom and its institucional nature, it is possible to perceive the standardization function of school discipline. The alternative educational approaches give a possibility to visualize other ways of learning, and are workframes in which discipline is no longer a problem, disappearing completely in some cases. The Charismatic Catholic Renewal is one of the movements of the new post-conciliar Catholic sensibility. It is characterized by the role played by the laity in its structure and its openness to ecumenism. We aim to address a central problem, which is understanding the distinctive practices of the Charismatic Catholic Renewal (hereinafter CCR). Through knowledge of these practices, we attempt to understand how the transformations of subjectivity occur in the individuals participating in the CCR. In this work we will present the institutions and practices within the CCR. We will analyze the organizational structure of the CCR from an institutional perspective, highlighting the importance we attach to the prayer group. Then we will focus on charismatic rites, divided into prayer groups, life seminars and charismatic masses. Our objective is to carry out an analysis of religious practices; incorporating the institutional dimension. We argue that it is not possible to fully understand the properties of these practices without linking them to the institution that hosts them, and taking this approach we try to understand the way in which beliefs and attitudes live, jointly analyzing the practices and their institutional foundations. La Renovación Carismática Católica es uno de los movimientos de la nueva sensibilidad católica pos-conciliar. Se caracteriza por el protagonismo que desempeñan los laicos en su estructura y su apertura al ecumenismo. Nos proponemos responder un problema central que es conocer cuáles son las prácticas distintivas de la Renovación Carismática Católica (en adelante RCC). A través del conocimiento de estas prácticas se intentará comprender de qué forma se producen las transformaciones de la subjetividad en los individuos que participan en la RCC. En este trabajo presentaremos las instituciones y prácticas dentro de la RCC. Analizaremos desde lo institucional la estructura organizativa de la RCC, remarcando la importancia que le otorgamos al grupo de oración. Luego nos centraremos sobre ritos carismáticos, dividido en grupos de oración, seminario de vida y misas carismáticas. El objetivo es realizar un análisis de las prácticas religiosas, pero incorporando la dimensión de los institucional. Sostengo que no es posible comprender completamente las propiedades de las prácticas sin vincularlas con la institución que las alberga, y sobre esto intentar comprender el modo en que viven las creencias y disposiciones, analizando de manera conjunta las prácticas y su base institucional. A Renovação Carismática Católica é um dos movimentos da nova sensibilidade católica pós-conciliar. É caracterizada pelo papel principal desempenhado pelos leigos em sua estrutura e sua abertura ao ecumenismo. Propomos responder a um problema central que é saber quais são as práticas distintivas da Renovação Carismática Católica (a seguir denominada RCC). Através do conhecimento dessas práticas, será feita uma tentativa de entender como ocorrem as transformações da subjetividade nos indivíduos que participam da RCC. Neste trabalho, apresentaremos as instituições e práticas dentro da RCC. Analisaremos institucionalmente a estrutura organizacional da RCC, destacando a importância que atribuímos ao grupo de oração. Em seguida, focalizaremos os ritos carismáticos, divididos em grupos de oração, seminário de vida e missas carismáticas. O objetivo é realizar uma análise das práticas religiosas, mas incorporando a dimensão institucional. Argumento que não é possível entender completamente as propriedades das práticas sem vinculá-las à instituição que as abriga e, com isso, tentar entender como vivem as crenças e disposições, analisando conjuntamente as práticas e suas bases institucionais.

Resumo Este ensaio é fruto da experiência de trabalho desenvolvido na Associação Fluminense de Reabilitação. O trabalho no campo da reabilitação é realizado por meio de equipe multidisciplinar e baseia-se em um modelo adaptativo e normatizador. Tendo em vista que cada sujeito tem uma relação subjetiva própria com seu corpo, logo, reage e lida de maneira particular com o adoecimento, a psicanálise se insere na tentativa de conferir uma escuta e uma forma de abordar o paciente que não olha o doente, mas o sujeito, o particular. O comprometimento do corpo se apresenta como uma perda de objeto e como consequências não é difícil constatar reações psíquicas que vão do luto à depressão. Nesse sentido, a função do psicanalista neste campo acaba tendo em seu horizonte o favorecimento do processo de elaboração das perdas, além de produzir deslocamentos sobre um possível congelamento da identidade do sujeito aos significantes “doente”, “deficiente”. Abstract This article is the result of an experience of work at Associação Fluminense de Reabilitação . The work in the field of rehabilitation is performed by a multidisciplinary team and is based on an adaptive model and normative practice. Given that each individual has a subjective relationship with his own body, and then, reacts and deals in a particular way with illness, psychoanalysis is part of the attempt to give a listening and a way to address the patient not looking at the sick person, but at the subject, the individual. The physical damage presents itself to the subject as a loss of the object and, as a result, it is not hard to see psychic reactions ranging from grief to depression. In this sense, the role of the psychoanalyst in this field ends up favoring the process of elaboration of losses, as well as producing displacements about a possible freezing and restriction of the identity of the subject to the significants: “sick” or “disabled” person. Resumen Este ensayo es fruto de la experiencia de trabajo desarrollado en la “Asociación Fluminense de Rehabilitación”. El trabajo en el campo de la rehabilitación es realizado por medio de un equipo multidisciplinario y se basa en un modelo adaptativo y normalizador. El psicoanálisis se inserta en el intento de conferir una escucha y una forma de abordar al paciente que no mira al enfermo, teniendo en vista que cada sujeto tiene una relación subjetiva propia con su cuerpo, luego, reacciona y lee de manera particular con el enfermo, el psicoanálisis se inserta en el intento de conferir una escucha y una forma de abordar al paciente que no mira al enfermo, pero el sujeto, el particular.. El compromiso del cuerpo se presenta como una pérdida de objeto y como consecuencia no es difícil constatar reacciones psíquicas que van del luto a la depresión. En este sentido, la función del psicoanalista en este campo acaba teniendo en su horizonte el favorecimiento del proceso de elaboración de las pérdidas, además de producir desplazamientos sobre un posible congelamiento de la identidad del sujeto a los significantes “enfermo”, “discapacitado”.

RÉSUMÉ: La recherche en question a eu pour point de départ un projet d'extension universitaire à l'UFPE, de 2007 à 2011, et place au coeur des discussions la politique socio-éducative de la Fundação de Atendimento Socioeducativo (Fondation d’accueil socio-éducative) - Funase, dans le Pernambouc, à partir de la compréhension du rôle social de cette institution, celui d’intégrer et renforcer le système de contrôle et de pouvoir de l’État. Intitulée La Pédagogie de la prison : une analyse des directives éducationnelles chez la Fondation d’accueil socio-éducative- FUNASE dans l´état du Pernambouc, la thèse soutient que même avec la promulgation de la loi no 12,594 / 2012, qui établit le système national d'assistance socio-éducative - Sinase, le système éducatif national de l'État de Pernambouc n'offre pas aux adolescents un système socio-éducatif conformément à la loi susmentionnée, tout au contraire, il se rapproche d'un caractère pénal-répressif. Ce profil de la Funase coïncide non seulement avec la nature de son origine institutionnelle en tant que Febem (1964) dans l’État, mais aussi face aux pratiques politiques majoritairement conservatrice qui démontrent, à travers sa trajectoire de gestion et d’ hégémonie du profil politique de ses dirigeants, une proximité avec la structure des gouvernements de l’occasion, ainsi qu’une fidélité aux discours qui en sont à l’origine et à leur capacité à freiner l’instauration de pratiques politiques. Cette recherche s'inscrit dans la démarche de recherche qualitative, au cours de laquelle il y a eu des croisement des données fournies par la Funase avec celles fournies par les cadres juridiques, théoriques et analytiques liés à la socio-éducation au Brésil, ainsi que le positionnement des adolescents au cours du projet d'extension. Située dans les domaines méthodologiques de la référence bibliographique et de la recherche documentaire, cette recherche se sert de la compréhension de la catégorie institution selon la lecture de Cornelius Castoriadis, du pouvoir et de l'emprisonnement d’après Michel Foucault, du concept d'autonomisation soutenu par Paulo Freire et de l’action politique à partir des études de John Kingdon et de Stephen Ball. RESUMEN: La investigación en cuestión surgió a través de un proyecto de extensión universitaria en la UFPE, en el período de 2007 a 2011, y conduce al centro de la discusión la política socioeducativa de la Fundación de Atendimiento Socioeducativo (Funase), en Pernambuco, dado que dicha institución forma parte y fortalece el sistema de control y poder estatal. Esta tesis titulada La Pedagogía en la Cárcel: un análisis de las Directrices Educativas en la Fundación de Atendimiento Socioeducativo (Funase) en el Estado de Pernambuco defiende que aún con la promulgación de la Ley nº 12.594 / 2012, que instituye el Sistema Nacional de Atención Socioeducativa (Sinase), en rigor, la institución no ofrece a los adolescentes un sistema socioeducativo de acuerdo con dicha Ley, por el contrario, se aproxima a un carácter penal-represivo. Este perfil de la Funase tiene que ver no sólo con la naturaleza de su origen institucional como Febem (1964) en el Estado, sino ante las prácticas políticas predominantemente conservadoras y que demuestran por medio de su trayectoria de gestión y hegemonía del perfil político de sus gestores, una aproximación con la estructura de gobiernos de entonces. Además de una fidelidad a los discursos que componen su origen y su capacidad en inhibir prácticas políticas instituyentes. Esta investigación es de tipo cualitativo, en la cual ocurrieron cruces de datos suministrados por la Funase con los ofrecidos por los marcos legales, teóricos y de análisis relacionados a la socioeducación en el país, así como el posicionamiento de los adolescentes durante el proyecto de extensión. Esta investigación se basa en los campos metodológicos de la referencia bibliográfica y en la investigación documental; y se usa la comprensión de la categoría institución a partir de la lectura de Cornelius Castoriadis, del poder y del encarcelamiento por medio de Michel Foucault, del concepto de empoderamiento a través de Paulo Freire y de la acción política a partir de los estudios de John Kingdon y de Stephen Ball. A Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira necessita da construção de novos modos de cuidar dos usuários em intenso sofrimento psíquico.Tal perspectiva convoca os trabalhadores e gestores da área da Saúde a um contínuo questionamento de suas práticas e à proposição de novos modos de lidar com as transformações em curso, sob o risco dos serviços territoriais repetirem a exclusão dos usuários a céu aberto. Neste trabalho, partindo de uma pesquisa-intervenção que envolveu 168 participantes, discutimos a importância de três eixos serem considerados em processos formativos para trabalhadores e gestores de serviços de Saúde Mental: o do Sujeito, o do Coletivo e o da Instituição. Apostamos que tal perspectiva pode ajudar na sustentação das práticas em Saúde Mental e no fortalecimento do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), assim como na qualificação da clínica e no aprimoramento das leituras institucionais pelos agentes do cuidado. The Brazilian psychiatric Reform requires the construction of new ways of caring for users undergoing intense psychic suffering. This perspective summons Health workers and managers to constantly question their practices and propose new ways of addressing current transformations, at the risk of territorial services openly repeating the exclusion of its users. The present article is based on an intervention study with 168 participants and discusses the importance of three legs that should compose the educational process of Mental Health workers and managers: the Subject, the Collective, and the Institution. This perspective can contribute to underpin mental health practices and strengthen the Brazilian National Health System (SUS), while also enhancing the quality of clinical practice and institutional reading by agents of care. La Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileña necesita la construcción de nuevos modos de cuidar de los usuarios en intenso sufrimiento psíquico. Tal perspectiva convoca a los trabajadores y gestores del área de la Salud para un continuo cuestionamiento de sus prácticas y la propuesta de nuevos modos de enfrentar las transformaciones en curso, bajo el riesgo de que los servicios territoriales repitan la exclusión de los usuarios a cielo abierto. En este trabajo, partiendo de una investigación-intervención que envolvió a 168 participantes, discutimos la importancia de la consideración de tres ejes en procesos formativos para trabajadores y gestores de servicios de Salud Mental: el del Sujeto, el del Colectivo y el de la Institución. Apostamos por que tal perspectiva puede ayudar en la sustentación de las prácticas en Salud Mental y en el fortalecimiento del Sistema Brasileño de Salud (SUS), así como en la calificación de la clínica y en el perfeccionamiento de las lecturas institucionales por parte de los agentes del cuidado.
