Abstract

The experience of the Midland Medical Plan for the years 1961--1971 was published in 1972, and this article is a continuation of those articles up to and including the anticipated figures for 1980. The figures reveal a different picture from that usually presented to the public by the media and by others, and suggest that health costs in the country are very reasonable in relation to the national economy.
