BAPETEN Chairman Regulation number 8 of 2013 stated that one of the criteria for tread acceptance is to be free from faults capable within a radius of 5 km, so more research is needed on prospective NPP locations on the island of Bangka. This research can be carried out by identifying geological aspects and seismicity on the island to identify the fault's continuation. Earthquake monitoring was carried out for one year throughout 2019 using four (4) stations in Jebus, Tempilang, Muntok, and Sungai Liat. The station is a Lennartz Seismometer connected to the Quanterra Q330 acquisition system installed in 2018. The method is to determine the epicenter of the seismic data generated from the seismometer. The data obtained over one year amounted to 82 earthquakes recorded on the device. From the results of data management,it was found that a line is indicated as an error. This interpretation shows that the geological fault's existence on the island of Bangka contributes to the epicenter distribution. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
