Within the recent wave of research advancements, mathematical inequalities and their practical applications play a notably significant role across various domains. In this regard, inequalities offer a captivating arena for scholarly endeavors and investigational pursuits. This research work aims to present new improvements for the integral majorization inequalities using an interesting aproach. Certain previous improvements have been achieved for the Jensen inequality as direct outcomes of the main results. Additionally, estimates for the Csiszár divergence and its cases are provided as applications of the main results. In the recent era of research developments, mathematical inequalities and their applications perform a very consequential role in different aspects, and they provide an engaging area for research activities. In this paper, we propose a new approach for the improvement of the classical majorization inequality and its weighted versions in a discrete sense. The proposed improvements give several estimates for the majorization differences. Some earlier improvements of the Jensen and Slater inequalities are deduced as direct consequences of the obtained results. The main purpose of this manuscript is to present some new estimations of the Jensen gap in a discrete sense along with their applications. The proposed estimations for the Jensen gap are provided with the help of the notion of 6-convex functions. Some numerical experiments are performed to determine the significance and correctness of the intended estimates. Several outcomes of the main results are discussed for the Hölder inequality and the power and quasi-arithmetic means. The Jensen inequality is one of the most favorable inequalities during the last few decades due to its expressive characteristics and properties. This inequality has gained a very dominant position in the several fields of science as a result of its extensive applications. In the present note, we use an interesting approach for the determination of estimates for the Jensen difference. We acquire several estimates for the Jensen difference while utilizing the convex function definition, Jensen's inequality for concave functions, power mean, and Hölder inequalities. For the real visualizations of the acquired estimates, we provide some particular examples. We get different improvements for the Hölder inequality while taking specified functions in the received estimates. Moreover, we deduce some more results from the main work in the form of improvements for the Hermite‐Hadamard inequality. Furthermore, various relations for the famous quasi‐arithmetic and power means are acquired with the help of established estimates. At the end, we present various applications of the main work in information theory. In 2021, Ullah et al., introduced a new approach for the derivation of results for Jensen's inequality. The purpose of this article, is to use the same technique and to derive improvements of Slater's inequality. The planned improvements are demonstrated in both discrete as well as in integral versions. The quoted results allow us to provide relationships for the power means. Moreover, with the help of established results, we present some estimates for the Csiszár and Kullback–Leibler divergences, Shannon entropy, and Bhattacharyya coefficient. The intention of this note is to investigate some new important estimates for the Jensen gap while utilizing a 4-convex function. We use the Jensen inequality and definition of convex function in order to achieve the required estimates for the Jensen gap. We acquire new improvements of the Hölder and Hermite–Hadamard inequalities with the help of the main results. We discuss some interesting relations for quasi-arithmetic and power means as consequences of main results. At last, we give the applications of our main inequalities in the information theory.
