The representation system in modern radars is carried out by obtaining digital signals. In the case of tracking radars, the representation is updated in the order of tenths of a millisecond. In order to achieve to update the display in real time, the acquisition, processing and representation process must comply with the time requirement imposed by the radar. The objective of this work is the visualization of the information for a medium of this type in real time using the Odroid XU4 board. For their solution, the parallel programming method was used, through the creation of threads in the Qt Creator Integrated Development Environment and the use of the "cauce" segmentation parallel programming pattern. The result allowed an efficient use of computing resources, obtaining a decrease of the execution time and a greater acceleration with respect to the sequential variant., El sistema de representación en los radares modernos se realiza a partir de la obtención de señales digitales. En el caso de los radares de seguimiento la actualización de la representación se realiza en el orden de las décimas de milisegundos. Para lograr la actualización del display en tiempo real el proceso de adquisición, procesamiento de la señal y representación tiene que cumplir con la exigencia de tiempo de exploración del radar. El objetivo del trabajo es lograr la visualización de la información para un radar en tiempo real empleando la placa Odroid XU4. Se utilizó el método de programación paralela, mediante la creación de hilos en el Entorno de Desarrollo Integrado Qt Creator y el empleo del patrón de programación paralela segmentación de cauce. Esto permitió el uso eficiente de los recursos de cómputo, obteniéndose una disminución del tiempo de ejecución y una mayor aceleración con respecto a la variante secuencial.

Based on the patent retrieval and analysis platform of Dongfang Lingdong, the patent application trend, patent type, applicant type, technical field and regional distribution of China's integrated circuit industry from 2010 to 2020 are discussed by using patent measurement method. It is found that China's IC industry has a good development trend and the number of patent applications has increased significantly. Large-scale private enterprises are the main applicants of IC industry patents and the main force of China's IC industry development. China's integrated circuit industry patents are concentrated in semiconductor devices, electrical digital data processing and other technical fields. The number of integrated circuit industry patents in eastern provinces and cities is higher than that in other regions. The integrated circuit industry in Guangdong Province develops well, and the number of patents is much higher than that of other provinces and cities.

It is proposed, developed, investigated, and validated by experiments and modelling for the first time in worldwide terms new data processing technologies, higher order spectral multiple correlation technologies for fault identification for electromechanical systems via electrical data processing. Investigation of the higher order spectral triple correlation technology via modelling has shown that the proposed data processing technology effectively detects component faults. The higher order spectral triple correlation technology successfully applied for rolling bearing fault identification. Experimental investigation of the technology has shown, that the technology effectively identifies rolling bearing fault by electrical data processing at very early stage of fault development. Novel technology comparisons via modelling and experiments of the proposed higher order spectral triple correlation technology and the higher order spectra technology show the higher fault identification effectiveness of the proposed technology over the bicoherence technology.

Distributions of acoustic fields on the surfaces of metal specimens with different degrees of microdamage are measured with a Doppler laser interferometer. Various methods are used for digital data processing for extracting useful information against a noise background. Specific features of the acoustic-field structure are analyzed as functions of the presence and parameters of microflaws in the specimens under study.

Several rule-based expert systems for the diagnostics of insulation systems have been developed at the Czech Technical University in Prague in the collaboration with other top diagnostic workplaces of the Czech Republic. The complex system for the partial discharge evaluation, based on digital data processing, has also been developed. Detected analog partial discharge impulses are digitized in the measuring unit by a special analog-digital converter and the connection between the measuring unit and the computer enables to transfer detected partial discharge impulses immediately into a computer for their further processing.

Episcopic fluorescence image capturing (EFIC) and high-resolution episcopic microscopy (HREM) are related techniques that are used to generate digital volume data and create three-dimensional (3D) images. Both techniques require specimens that are embedded in an appropriate medium, and images are captured from successive sections before removal from the embedded tissue block. EFIC detects autofluorescence emitted from the embedded tissue, whereas HREM requires the tissue to be stained with a fluorescent dye such as eosin. Volume data are generated as the successive sections are imaged and removed using a microtome. This protocol describes the procedure for digital data processing, visualization, and archiving for both EFIC and HREM.

A non-contact method of measuring the temperature field of a fatigue-loaded specimen in real time is presented. The range of temperatures covered by this study was 20–600°C. Recording and processing of signals was accomplished by the AGA-Thermovision 680LW unit coupled to the PDP 11/04 minicomputer. A series of tests was carried out on specimens made from 18-8 stainless steel.

A technique for obtaining the true plasma clearance curve for Hippuran by background subtracting the curve obtained from the cardiac region using a gamma camera with digital data processing is described.

Two main methods are available for the detection and differentiation of tumors by means of radioactive test substances: 1) scintigraphic imaging and 2) single probe detection. Since the introduction of digital data processing into nuclear medicine in the mid-60s [3, 11, 15] quite a few procedures have been developed for scintigraphy which have opened up important possibilities for tumor diagnosis, particularly in connection with gamma camera computer systems [4]. Such systems have made it possible to assess data in a digital format for subsequent analysis and thus to obtain through image processing methods quantitative information on the uptake and turnover of gamma emitting tracers in suspicious areas.

The introduction of digital data processing into nuclear medicine dates back to 1963/64 when first reports on the development of computer scintigraphic systems were published (1–4). With regard to dynamic cardiac studies, connecting the gamma camera to a dedicated computer was a major breakthrough in the late 60’s (5–7). The linkage allowed data to be acquired in a digital format and subsequently analyzed to give quantitative information on parameters of ventricular function. The latest generation of mini- and microcomputers have provided us with high speed data transfer rates and tremendous data storage capacity (8). These technological achievements have led to rapid advances in nuclear cardiology, which is more dependant on the computer than are any other areas of nuclear imaging.

Minimal-power digital circuitry, while a necessity for spacecraft operation, has advantages which apply to both space-borne and ground-based digital data processing. Some of the low-power digital circuit design efforts are presented in which Lincoln Laboratory has been engaged for the past few years. These techniques have been employed in a number of scientific satellites and space probes; similar designs are to be used in the Lincoln Experimental Satellite (LES). The influence of new semiconductor devices upon the minimal- power concept is discussed.

It is a truism that for any but the smallest digital data processing systems major attention must be be given to the provision of an adequate magnetic tape transport, reading and writing system, and means for insuring the correctness of information all the way from the central processor to the magnetic tape and back again. This paper will describe some of the above mentioned features of the Honeywell 800.

By using digital processing, the dynamic range of gyros with direct rotation-rate detection is no longer restricted. The linearity error is less than ±1% within a rotation range of 300 to 200000/h.
