La enseñanza del urbanismo en la carrera de Ingeniería civil ha tomado fuerza en la actualidad, por el impacto del cambio climático y el éxodo poblacional de los campos a la ciudad. Esta realidad debe enfrentarse desde lo institucional y académico bajo perspectivas multidisciplinarias, multifuncionales y participativas, al considerar a la comunidad como el espacio donde se transforma la realidad. Con la integración universidad-empresa-comunidad se logrará una mayor calidad de la docencia del urbanismo para que los estudiantes adquieran los conocimientos necesarios para enfrentar proyectos urbanos desde las necesidades de la comunidad y mediante las potencialidades empresariales que cada región posee. En este sentido, el objetivo consistió en demostrar la pertinencia de la docencia del urbanismo desde las relaciones sociales-tecnológicas-académicas como proceso encaminado a satisfacer las necesidades sociales. La metodología consistió en una revisión bibliográfica y documental, con lo cual se obtuvo como resultados la determinación de regularidades y tendencias de la relación universidad-empresa-comunidad, sus componentes y las diversas relaciones que se presentan entre ellos. Se concluye que la relación universidad-empresa-comunidad constituye un proceso armónico que forma parte vital de la formación del ingeniero civil contemporáneo comprometido con los problemas sociales desde lo académico-investigativo.

The objective analysis of the initial and continuous professional training of workers in today's world faces a series of challenges, among others, achieving the availability of graduates who are competent to fulfill the functions inherent to the work object of their profession. The objective of this article is to propose a procedure for the development of professional learning tasks for the training of a competent. A preexperimental quantitative research was carried out, using the methods of document review, observation, analysis, synthesis, hypothetical-deductive, systemic, the pedagogical pre-experiment and the Chi-square statistician (X2). A sample of 30 intermediate technical students in Industrial Mechanics from the municipality of Holguín, Cuba, was used, in which the improvement of learning results as competent workers was demonstrated. The result can be generalized at the national and international level according to the characteristics of the teaching-learning process aimed at the professional training of workers. It concludes by stating that the application of the procedure contributes to improving the quality of professional training (initial or continuous) of competent workers.

In this article, a study is carried out on the need to improve the professional training of middle and higher-level students, considering the current conditions of the country in the face of the COVID 19 pandemic and the changes it has generated in the educational system. In this sense, the main objective of the article was to present a methodology for the professional teaching of students from Polytechnic Centers (be it intermediate and / or higher) in flipped classrooms. It is based on the alternative and interactive method of appropriation of content based on projects, which integrate the face-to-face modality with the virtual modality. The scientific novelty lies in the establishment of a dynamic that integrates the face-to-face modality with the virtual modality, based on the link between academics, work and research. The document review methods, the system approach, direct observation in the field, the pedagogical pre-experiment and the Chi-square (X2) statistical test are used. The favorable impacts on the development of professional competencies were observed in a sample of 100 students of the Mechanics career at the University of Holguín, Cuba, with the application of the result. It can be generalized in any worker training center with flexibility and adaptability to the characteristics of these entities.

With this article, the authors reveal the results of an investigation that sought to address the shortcomings in the performance of students in polytechnics Economics Holguin, Cuba, in scientific-research activity, limiting compliance demands made by society to the Technical and Vocational Education. To do this, a pedagogical model that considers the link between the orientations contextualized scientific-research activity, contextualized systematization of scientific-research activity and its contextual effect transformer whose contextual interaction emerges address provided scientific activity-research, research training to ensure students and improve their performance, in line with social demands. It also provided a methodology that allowed the application, in practice, the pedagogical model, which is published from the joint between stages, phases and actions that correspond to functional logic. These contributions were assessed through criteria expert method and by the partial implementation in the town of Holguin, which made it possible to test the relevance of the model and methodology, as well as the feasibility of the methodology, supported by the favorable consensus of teachers and tutors with regard to their coherence and viability.
