This article was written from the research “Erhu Pedagogy in Selected Music Colleges in Guizhou Province, China”. The objective of this article was: to analyze the problems and difficulties in Erhu teaching. This article was a qualitative research, the data were collected based on fieldwork from 3 Erhu instructors from three universities in Guizhou province and 8 students from Xing Yi Normal University for Nationalities. This article presents a descriptive analysis using data collected from the fieldwork, artists and professors. The results of this article will be divided into two aspects. The first aspect is the problems: 1) The instructors’ teaching proportion of basic playing skills is relatively low; 2) The instructors’ teaching proportion of analysis of performance works is relatively low; 3) The training time is not emphasized by instructors in teaching class; 4) The training step is not emphasized by instructors in teaching class. The second aspect is the difficulties: 1) It is difficult for students to improve performer’s cultural connotations in Erhu teaching process; 2) It is difficult for students to control the combination of theory and artistic practice activities in Erhu teaching process.

The objective of this article is to analyze the problems in voice major in popular songs in Southwest Normal University from the perspective of cultivating innovation mechanism, including the curriculum structure, curriculum content, construction of teachers and evaluation methods. The study employs the qualitative research methods and data from the fieldwork. The results are as follows. 1) It isexcessive proportion of general education courses and low proportion of professional development about compulsory courses. 2) General education courses lack contacts with the knowledge of arts,and most of professional basic courses and professional development courses lack contacts with the popular music. 3) It is lack of full-time professional teachers about popular music, and single evaluation methods. And then, the author discussed the methods of innovation. Through this kind of rational and objective analysis of voice major in popular songs, we hope to promote the better development of the majorinSouthwest Normal University and another from the perspective of cultivating mechanism innovation.

This study focuses on the proposed guidelines for the management of music and dance instruction at the Arts Education College in Lao People’s Democratic Republic by collecting data.in both and quantitative A questionnaire survey was administered to 273 students in Years 2 and 3, together with 3 school officials and 18 teachers, total 294 person. The results of this study are as follows. The contexts of teaching and learning was high level. The following guidelines for the management of music and dance instruction are proposed. From the group interviews, respondents expressed their views that 1) the development of the curriculum must focus on course content. In addition, the number of hours for instruction must be increased for instruction in piano, academic courses, reading, and others, and reduce the number of hours that are not relevant. 2) Music rooms should provide more media and equipment, with the use of modern technology. 3) Instructional activities should enhance and improve the music skills of the students. The teacher-and-student relationship in musical learning must further encourage students to demonstrate their musical ability. 4) The measurement and evaluation of learning skills should follow the results of various stages, using student and teacher assessment forms, school homework assignments, examinations, and others. Overall, there is a need to focus on the students’ learning abilities and emphasize enthusiasm on learning self-improvement.

The purposes of this research were: to 1) efficiency of exercise book to complementary teaching guitar. 2) effectiveness to exercise book to complementary teaching guitar. 3) Students’ satisfaction with the guitar practical package. were used in this research. The research samples were 52 students from Mathayomsuksa 5 at Khamkhuenkaeo chanupatham school. Participants used in research for is Mattayomsuksa 5 students to study Art-Language Program and Art-Physical Education Program. The research instruments consisted of exercise book to complementary teaching guitar, Achievement test and A set of questionnaires for students’ satisfaction with the course. Statistics used in data analysis is mean, standard deviation of the mean, Finding innovation efficiency, The effectiveness index of innovation. The findings revealed as follows. 1) Process efficiency (E1) and the efficiency of the result (E2) are 80.12/79.51 2)The effectiveness index of the guitar performing skill is 0.6568. The theory is 0.5226 and including practices and theories are 0.6101 3) Students are satisfaction to the level of teaching activities at a high level. Satisfaction to the knowledge and skills gained from teaching at a high level, satisfaction to practices at the medium level.
