Objective To systematically evaluate the effect and safety of Relinqing Granules on damp-heat betting chronic prostatitis, and provide certain reference for clinical medication. Methods Using the database of Pubmed, Cochrane library, HowNet, Wanfang, Weipu and other databases（the database will be established until May 2021）, 11 articles were selected based on the inclusion criteria, and a Meta analysis of the included articles was performed using RevMan 5.3.5. Results Meta analysis results showed that Relinqing granules combined with Western medicine routines was more effective than Western medicine alone in the treatment of damp-heat betting chronic prostatitis [combined RR and 95% CI is 0.21（0.17～0.25）, P=0.22, I2=23%]; and there was no significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（P=0.70>0.05）.Conclusion Relinqing Granules combined with Western medicine routines are superior to Western medicine alone in the treatment of damp-heat betting chronic prostatitis, and they have less adverse reactions and relatively high safety.
