In addition, the level designations in the LS - and jj -coupling schemes and lifetimes are presented. The calculations are carried out using the GRASP2018 atomic structure package which is based on the multiconfiguration Dirac-Hartree-Fock (MCDHF) method, with the contributions of the Breit interaction and quantum electrodynamics (QED) corrections included. The accuracy of the present energies, lifetimes, and transition data is calculated utilizing a comparison of the results from the present MCDHF largest layers from two different approaches, as well as the comparison with theoretical and experimental data that are currently accessible. Energy levels, transition probabilities, oscillator strengths, line strengths, and lifetimes have been calculated for silicon-like manganese and germanium, Mn XII and Ge XIX. The configurations 3s23p2, 3s3p3, 3s23p3d, 3s3p23d, and 3p4 were used in the calculations and 88 fine-structure levels were obtained. The fully relativistic GRASP code has been adopted, and results are reported for all electric dipole, electric quadrupole, magnetic dipole, and magnetic quadrupole transitions among levels of Mn XII and Ge XIX. The Breit interaction and quantum electrodynamics (QED) effects are included in the relativistic configuration interaction (RCI) computations. The convergence of excitation energies for various active sets is discussed and the discrepancy between the present energies and oscillator strengths with other theoretical results is graphically illustrated.
