Bu çalışma, Kazakistan Cumhuriyetinde 7. sınıf ders kitabı üzerinden ana dili öğretiminin incelenmesi için hazırlanmıştır.Kazakistan Cumhuriyetinde, Rus okullarında ve Kazak okullarında olmak üzere iki farklı şekilde ana dili eğitim-öğretimi yapılmaktadır. Kazak dili ve Kazak edebiyatının ayrı birer ders olarak okutulduğu Kazakistan'da; ders kitapları, ders saatleri ve ders konuları farklılık göstermektedir. Çalışmanın daha verimli olabilmesi için edebiyat kısmı araştırmaya dâhil edilmeyip sadece Kazak okullarında okutulan 7. sınıf Kazak dili dersinin eğitim-öğretimi incelenmiştir. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde ana dili ve öğretimi hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde Kazakistan'daki genel eğitim sistemi ele alınıp Kazak dilinin bu eğitim sistemindeki yeri değerlendirilmiştir. Sovyetlerden günümüze Kazak dilindeki eğitim politikaları, eğitim sisteminin temelini oluşturan şahsiyetler ve bu şahsiyetlerin eğitim alanında yapmış olduğu çalışmalar da bu bölümde belirtilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Kazakistan'da 7. sınıf ders kitabı üzerinden ana dili öğretiminin nasıl yapıldığı yer almaktadır. Bu bölümde Kazak dili dersinde kullanılan kitapların tanıtımları yapılmış ve kitaplar biçim ve içerik yönlerinden incelenmiştir. Ayrıca ders kitabı eğitim-öğretim metotları açısından incelenerek kazanımlardan yıllık plana, kitap içerisindeki tablo ve şemalardan ders planı örneğine ve fiil zamanlarından fiil kiplerine kadar pek çok konu bu kısımda değerlendirilmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde, ders kitabı ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş ve kitapta yer alan konular, alıştırmalar ve ödevler örnekleriyle açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra kitap içerisindeki kazanım, konu, alıştırma, ödev ve sınav ödevlerinin tasnifi yapılarak istatistiksel veriler ortaya konulmuştur.Sonuç ve Öneriler kısmında ise Kazakistan'da 7. sınıf ana dili öğretiminin nasıl yapıldığına dair tespitler ortaya konulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Kazak Türkçesi, Ders Kitabı, Ana Dili Öğretimi This paper has been prepared to investigate mother tongue education upon 7th grade course book in Kazakhstan Republic. In Kazakhstan Republic, there are two types of mother tongue educations that are in Russian Schools and Kazakh Schools. In Kazakhstan, where Kazakh language and Kazakh literature are taught separately, course books, course times and accordingly all the subjects are different. For the usefulness of the study; the literature part has not been included into research, but the educational institution of 7h grade Kazakh lesson that is taught in Kazakh schools have been analysed. The study consists of four chapters. In the first chapter of the study, general knowledge about mother tongue education has been given. In the second section, the place of Kazakh language in its own education system has been evaluated by dealing general education system in Kazakhstan. From the Soviets to today, educational policies in Kazakh language, personalities that created the basement of education system and works of these personalities in the field of education have also been stated in this section. In part three, how the mother tongue education occurs in Kazakhstan upon 7th course book takes part. In this part, books employed in Kazakh language education have been introduced and these books have been analysed in terms of form and content. Many other topics from tenses to moods and from acquirements to annual plans by analysing course book in terms of educational methods and from tables and figures in the book to lesson plan sample have been dealt in this chapter. In the fourth part of the study, the course book has been analysed in details, and subjects, exercises, homework taking part in the book have been explained with their examples. Afterwards, acquirement, subject, exercise, homework and exam homework have been categorized and statistical data related to them have been revealed. In the chapter of conclusion and recommendations, evaluations relevant to how the 7th grade mother tongue teaching is performed have been presented. Tanzimat'ın ilanıyla birlikte Osmanlıda Türkçe ve dil bilgisi öğretimi okullarda planlı bir şekilde yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Bunun doğal bir neticesi olarak da bu dönemde birçok gramer kitabı kaleme alınmıştır. Türk dilinin öğretilmesi amacıyla kaleme alınan bu kitaplardan birçoğu okullarda ders kitabı olarak okutulmuştur. Bu eserlerden biri de Selim Sabit'in Nahv-i Osmani adlı eseridir.Çalışmamızda Selim Sabit'in Nahv-i Osmani adlı eseri incelenmiştir. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk olarak Selim Sabit Efendi'nin hayatı, eserleri ve Türk eğitim tarihindeki öneminden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde `gramer` ve `dil bilgisi` kavramları, dil bilgisi öğretimi, Tanzimat dönemi müfredat programlarında Türkçe öğretimi ve bu dönemde yazılan gramer kitaplarından bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Nahv-i Osmaniadlı eserin Latin harflerine çevirisi yapılmış, eser terminoloji bakımından incelenmiş ve eserin Türk gramerciliğine getirmiş olduğu yenilikler ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Eserde yer alan Terimler tespit edilerek dizin meydana getirilmiş ve bunların günümüzdeki karşılıkları yazılarak bir sözlük oluşturulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Gramer, Dil Bilgisi, Tanzimat Dönemi, Nahv, Selim Sabit. With the declaraton of Tanzimat, Turkish and grammar teaching in schools started to be plannedly conducted in the Ottoman state. As a natural consequence of this, numerous grammar books were written in this period. Many of these books that were composed with the purpose of proper teaching of Turkish were studied in schools as coursebooks. One of these books was Selim Sabit's Nahv-i Osmani.. In this project, Selim Sabit's Nahv-i Osmani is analyzed. The project is consisted of three chapters. In the first chapter, the life, works and importance of Selim Sabit Efendi in the history of Turkish education are mentioned. In the second chapter, concepts of `grammar` and `language`, teaching of grammar, teaching of Turkish in Tanzimat period's curriculum programs and the grammar books that were written in this period are mentioned. In the third chapter Nahv-i Osmani is transliteradet to the Latin alphabet, the work is analyzed in therms of terminology and it is tried to show the innovations this work has brought to Turkish grammar. By determining the Terms an index is composed and the modern equivalents of these Terms are written; and in this way a dictionary is composed.Keywords: Grammar, Language, Tanzimat Period, Nahv, Selim Sabit.

Türkçe eğitiminde temel hedef öğrencilere bilgi kazandırmaktan çok beceri kazandırmaktır. Bu beceriler anlama (okuma, dinleme), anlatma (konuşma, yazma) becerileridir. Kişinin bu iki temel dil becerisini kullanmadaki başarısı, sahip olduğu kişisel söz varlığına bağlıdır. Öğrencilerin söz varlıklarını geliştirmek için kullanılan en etkili materyal Türkçe ders kitaplarıdır. Ancak, 2005 Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı'nda her yaş grubuna ne kadar sözcük öğretileceği ile ilgili hedefler yoktur. Bu yüzden Türkçe ders kitabı hazırlanırken bu duruma dikkat edilmemektedir.Bu çalışmada, 2005 Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı'na göre hazırlanan Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı Yayınları 7. sınıf Türkçe ders kitabında bulunan metinler söz varlığı bakımından incelenmiştirBu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır: Birinci bölümde, konuya açıklık kazandırmak amacıyla tezin kavramsal çerçevesi oluşturulmuştur. Bu amaçla, ?dil, ana dili, sözcük, kavram, söz varlığı, Türkçe ders kitabı? gibi konu başlıkları açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde, kitaptaki bütün metinlerin ayrı ayrı sözcük listeleri oluşturulmuştur. Sözcük ve sözcük öbeklerinin kaçıncı anlamda kullanıldığı, özel isimler, deyimler, mecazlar, terimler, toplam kavram sayısı, yinelenen kavram sayısı, çeşit olarak kullanılan kavram sayısı ve oranları her metin için ayrı ayrı tablolar hâlinde gösterilmiştir. Main target of Turkish education is to bring skill in students rather than knowledge. These skills are comprehension (reading, listening), narration (speaking, writing) skills. Success of a person in using these two basic language skills depends on vocabulary. The most effective material to develop vocabulary of students is Turkish course books. However, in 2005 Turkish Teaching Program, there are no targets about how much words will be taught to the students of every age. Therefore, this matter is not taken into consideration while preparing Turkish course book.In this study, the texts in 7th class Turkish course book published by Ministry of National Education prepared according to 2005 Turkish Teaching Program were evaluated in terms of vocabulary.This study is composed of three parts: In the first part, conceptual framework of the thesis is determined to make the subject clear. To this end, the heads such as ?language, native language, words, concept, vocabulary, Turkish course book? are explained. In the second part, respective vocabulary lists of all texts in the book are arranged. In which meaning the words and word groups are used, private names, idioms, metaphors, terms, total concept number, repeated concept number, number of concepts used a alternative and proportions thereof are shown in respective tables for each text. And in the third part, evaluations are made in accordance with the data obtained; vocabulary of 7th class Turkish course book is established.Key words: Word, concept, vocabulary, Turkish course book

Bu araştırmada 8. sınıföğrencilerinin deyimleri kullanma becerileri; sosyo-ekonomik düzeyin, ailelerin öğrenimdurumunun, öğrencilerin okudukları edebi türlerin, masal ile olan bağlarının, gazete okumaalışkanlıklarının, kitap okumaya ilişkin görüşlerinin etkileri açısından incelenmiştir.Araştırmanın örneklemini Alt sosyo-ekonomik düzeyden, Orta sosyo-ekonomikdüzeyden, Üst sosyo-ekonomik düzeyden, 200'er öğrenci olmak üzere üç farklı sosyo-ekonomik düzeyden 600 öğrenci olarak belirledik.Öğrencilerin yazılı anlatımda deyimleri kullanma becerilerini ve bunu etkileyenfaktörleri incelemek amacıyla 31 soruluk bir anket hazırlayarak bunu öğrencilere bizzatkendimiz uyguladık. Anketin 31 sorusu paralelinde birer kompozisyon yazmalarınıisteyerek, kullanılan deyim sayısını bu kompozisyonlardan tespit ettik. Öğrencilerin deyimkullanımlarına ilişkin verilerin yüzde ve frekans değerlerini tablolar hâlinde verdik veyorumladık. Öğrencilerin deyim kullanımlarında farklılık oluşturabilecek iki değişkenintest edilmesinde ?bağımsız gruplar için t-testi?, ikiden fazla değişkenin test edilmesinde ise?Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi? (One Way Anova) ni kullandık. Gruplar arasında farkbulunması durumunda ise gruplar arası farkın kaynağını ?Tukey? tekniği ile test ettik.Parametrik testlerin kullanımının mümkün olmadığı durumlarda Tek Yönlü VaryansAnalizinin (ANOVA) yerine de Kruskall-Wallis testlerini kullandık ve elde edilenbulguları tablolar hâlinde verdik ve yorumladık.Araştırmanın sonunda ise sonuçlara bağlı olarak anne-babalara, öğretmenlere,programa ve yayın evlerine yönelik önerilerde bulunduk. iiiABSTRACTTHTHE 8 CLASSES? In this research 8th class?students? ability of using idioms are examined from the view point of the affects of theirsocioeconomic levels, education levels of their families, literary types read by the students,their connection with fairy tales , their habits of reading daily newspapers and theiropinions about reading books.We determined the samples of this research as 200 students from each of the threesocioeconomic levels as low, middle and high and 600 students from both of them.In order to investigate the 8th class? students? abilities of using idioms and thefactors those influence their abilities, we have prepared a survey which has 31 questions init and applied them by ourselves. Immediately afterwards this survey we required studentsto write a composition and determined the number of idioms used from this compositions.Percentages and frequency values related to data of students? idiom usages are given andexplained. In order to test two variables those could create difference at the idiom usage ofstudents we used ?T-test for independent groups? and ?One Way Anova? to test more thantwo variables. When there is difference between the groups, we tested the source of thedifference between groups with ?Tukey? technique. At the situations those usage ofivparametric tests are impossible, we used Kruskall-Wallis tests instead of ?One Way Anova?and we gave the obtained findings as tables and explained them.At the end, due to the results of the research we made recommendations to theparents, teachers, programmes, program developers and publishers.

Sözcük gibi işlev gören deyimler, kavranılan karşılama yönünden söz varlığında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Oluşumları çok eski zamanlara dayanabilen deyimler, anlam ve söz dizimi bakımından kalıplaşmış sözlerdir. Bu çalışmada Karahanlı Türkçesi ile ya zılmış Kutadgu Bilig adlı eserdeki deyimler, semantik ve sentaktik yapılan bakımından incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. I. Bölümde Kutadgu Bilig ve Deyimlerin Yapıları üzerinde durulmuş, II. Bölüm de Kutadgu Bilig' deki Deyimlerin Semantik Yapılan, IH. Bölümde ise Sentaktik Yapı lan incelenmiştir. Semantik yönden deyimler, oluşumlarına göre `Benzerliğe Dayalı Deyimler` ve `Yakın İlişkiye Dayalı Deyimler* başlıklan altmda incelenmiştir. Benzerliğe Da yalı Deyimler 'Hareket Benzerliğine Dayalı Deyimler', 'Durum Benzerliğine Dayalı Deyimler', 'Telmihe Dayalı Deyimler', 'Duygu Değerine Dayalı Deyimler'; Yakın İlişkiye Dayalı Deyimler ise 'Hareket İlişkisine Dayalı Deyimler', 'Durum İlişkisine Dayalı Deyimler' olarak alt başlıklara aynlmıştır. IH. Bölümde deyimler sentaktik yönden ele alınırken kelime gruplan biçiminde kalıplaşmış olanlar incelenmiştir. Idioms which function as word have an important place in vocabulary to express the concepts. Idioms whose formations are based on very old periods are stereotyped expressions from the semantic and syntactic point of view. In this work idioms in Kutadgu Bilig are written with Karahanli Turkish have been tried to study as semantic and syntactic. In first part, it is given information on structures of idioms, in second part, idioms in Kutadgu Bilig study as semantic, in third part study as syntactic. Idioms as semantic, according to their formations, have been studied under these topics: `Idioms are Based on Similarity` and `Idioms are Based Close-Connection`. `Idioms are Based Similarity` are divided into these under-topics: 'Idioms are Based Action Similarities', 'Idioms are Based on Position Similarities', 'Idioms are Based on Allusion' and 'Idioms are Based on Emotion'. 'Idioms are Based on Close-Connection` are divided into these under-topics: 'Idioms are Based on Action', 'Idioms are Based on the Connection of Position'. In third part, idioms as syntactic have been studied as structures word-group.
