The article explores and substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the environmental component of resource conservation management of agricultural enterprises in the context of ensuring sustainable development. The main directions of the negative impact of the activities of agricultural enterprises on the environment are identified, including: land depletion and loss of soil fertility, soil erosion, soil compaction, loss of biodiversity, groundwater pollution. Indicators characterizing the environmental efficiency of resource conservation management of agricultural enterprises have been determined. It is noted that the culture of resource conservation should become a mandatory element of the general culture of behavior of employees of agricultural enterprises. The article defines the main stages of the formation of organizational culture at an agro-industrial complex enterprise, which contains a component of resource saving. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The conservation of environmental resources is aimed at ensuring the continuity of ecosystem services for future generations and maintaining ecosystem integrity. Given the extensive reliance of agriculture on the environment, it is crucial to identify factors that impact the quality of ecosystem services (ESs), which can be regulated at large and heterogeneous national or European scales. This research, conducted within the Polish use case of the AGRICORE project, aims to demonstrate the feasibility of establishing indicators depicted in three ES categories, which can be shaped under the actions of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). The study was conducted based on national sources, mostly the database of the Central Statistical Office. The analyses of regression showed a significant impact of selected agricultural productivity factors on the key performance indicators (KPIs) assessing the level of selected ESs. The yield of cereal grains, which quantitatively expresses the potential of current crop production, depended to the greatest extent (r = 0.81) on a comprehensive indicator of the agricultural production space suitability, as well as on the rise of the level of nitrogen fertilization (r = 0.68), and also on the reduced share of permanent grassland in the agricultural area (r = −0.53). It was proved that in territorial units, in which the level of nitrogen fertilization per 1 ha was greater, the share of soils with favorable pH > 5.5 was also greater. The gross nitrogen balance had a positive and significant correlation with the level of investment subsidies (r = 0.86), the share of agricultural land in the total area (r = 0.67), and the level of nitrogen fertilization (r = 0.66). Notably, there were positive correlations between the level of environmental subsidies and the increase in forestation (r = 0.68) and also between air quality and the share of cereals in the sowing structure (r = 0.86). Additionally, the impact of agricultural productivity factors on cultural eco-services was found, e.g., the share of ecological land had a positive impact on the number of natural monuments, the area of nature reserves, the number of agritourists, and agritourism nights, while the share of cereals in the sowing structure negatively correlated with the most of analyzed cultural indicators. These results are useful for the development of a module for the ABM model that employs the desired environmental parameters to provide different assessments of the impact of selected agricultural productivity factors and ecosystem services on the economic farm status. Relevance of the research topic. The concept of effective management of innovative projects of modern business entities requires a comprehensive adaptation of the management system in the direction of energy and resource consumption, as trends in the market economy model encourage the spread of active policies of economical use of all resources. Formulation of the problem. Project management of innovation policy of business entities must be in line with the requirements of the world economy and meet all the principles of effective planning and implementation of resource conservation, taking into account global scientific and technological progress, attracting or developing new engineering solutions for recycling, technology and equipment. That is why it is necessary to improve the functional and technological elements of management in the direction of intensifying innovation in the field of energy and resource conservation. Setting the purpose and objectives of the study - to explore management of energy and resource-saving innovation projects of business entities. Research method or methodology. The historical-logical method is used in the article; method of systematization, classification and theoretical generalization; method of logical analysis and synthesis. Presentation of the main material (research results). An economic model has been formed that allows assessing the dynamics of the effectiveness of attracting funds aimed at implementing energy and resource-saving innovations of business entities. Based on the construction of the above model, the main directions of management of innovative energy and resource-saving projects are formulated. Field of application of results. The results of the study can be used in the practice of business entities to increase the efficiency of production. Conclusions on the article. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the harmonization of strategic management of business entities requires the introduction of energy and resource-saving innovations in production activities, which is a condition for stable operation and competitiveness. Reduction of operating costs, their planning, rational use of labor and material resources provide a rapid payback of innovative projects of business entities.

The subject of the research is theoretical and practical aspects of the formation, use and reproduction of the potential of sustainable development of agrarian enterprises on the basis of innovation and investment support. The purpose of the work is to identify the features and competitive advantages of innovation and investment to ensure the sustainable development of agrarian enterprises and to substantiate the tools and means for its improvement in the future. Methodological basis of the article became as general scientific, and special methods of scientific knowledge. Were used methods: dialectical, monographic, historical, system-structural analysis and synthesis, economic comparison, problem and program-target approaches. Results of work. The article substantiates the relevance of innovation-investment tools, tools and methods and models of reproduction and increase of the potential of sustainable development of agrarian enterprises. The content of innovation and investment activity and its influence on resource use, as well as the provision of resource support as a reverse process, are revealed. The main manifestations, problems and trends of development of these actions are assessed. Mechanisms and forms of realization of innovation-investment support of sustainable development potential are developed. The means of system management for improvement in the future are determined. The field of application of results. Conclusions and results of the article can be used in the educational-scientific process of the economic faculties of higher educational institutions. It is expedient to transfer them for practical use in the management of agrarian enterprises, first of all, the resource potential of their development. Conclusions. Preservation and strengthening of innovation and investment support of sustainable development of agrarian enterprises is connected both with the restoration of the rates of economic growth, which provides demand for high technology products, as well as the formation of innovative support of agrarian production, proving the results of scientific and technical activities to practical use, as well as organizations serving the market for innovative services. It is determined that management of innovative activity of agroformations consists in the fact that the set of operations and procedures of the influence of the control subsystem on the managed is carried out within the limits of organizational and economic structures in which the organizational and economic management mechanism is complex and multidimensional entities. Management of innovation and investment activity should cover the scope of management activities directly related to the use of specific system elements and control levers: innovation and investment design, indicative planning; marketing and resource strategies, etc.

The article analyzes different variants of application of game theory, linear and nonlinear programming methods for optimal eco-oriented solutions in the field of risk management and overall safety. The examples of mathematical models of food quality evaluation, minimizing its harmful effects on humans and optimization of bioenergy based on the energy use of forests are presented. Recommendations on the implementation and development of eco-friendly models in the interests of rational nature management, resource saving, human security and natural-anthropogenic complexes are formulated.
