The article discusses key admiralty and maritime decisions issued by federal and state courts in the U.S. involving seamen, longshoremen, passengers, maritime liens and attachments, oil pollution, salvage, marine insurance, marine contracts and other issues that arise in the practice of maritime law between October 1, 2019 and September 30, 2020. Court cases mentioned in this report include Adriatic Marine LLC v. Harrington, Upper Rivers Services v. Heiderscheid, and Saltzman v. Whisper Yacht.
