By making use of a generalized integral operator, we introduce and investigate two new subclasses of p-valent analytic functions. In this paper we obtain coefficient estimates, distortion theorems, closure theorems and radius of convexity of order p(α ≤ p < 1) for the classes S*i (n, λ, A, B) (i = 1, 2). Further we determine a necessary and sufficient condition that a subset X of the real interval (0, 1) should satisfy the property that ∪z, ∈ X S*1(n, λ, A, B, zi) form a convex family.
