In this article, we study the dynamical properties of Reeb vector fields on b-contact manifolds. We show that in dimension 3, the number of so-called singular periodic orbits can be prescribed. These constructions illuminate some key properties of escape orbits and singular periodic orbits, which play a central role in formulating singular counterparts to the Weinstein conjecture and the Hamiltonian Seifert conjecture. In fact, we prove that the above-mentioned constructions lead to counterexamples of these conjectures as stated in [23]. Our construction shows that there are b-contact manifolds with no singular periodic orbit and no regular periodic orbit away from Z. We do not know whether there are constructions with no generalized escape orbits whose $\alpha$ and $\omega$-limits both lie on Z (a generalized singular periodic orbit). In this article, we study the Hamiltonian dynamics on singular symplectic manifolds and prove the Arnold conjecture for a large class of $b^m$-symplectic manifolds. Novel techniques are introduced to associate smooth symplectic forms to the original singular symplectic structure, under some mild conditions. These techniques yield the validity of the Arnold conjecture for singular symplectic manifolds across multiple scenarios. More precisely, we prove a lower bound on the number 1-periodic Hamiltonian orbits for $b^{2m}$-symplectic manifolds depending only on the topology of the manifold. Moreover, for $b^m$-symplectic surfaces, we improve the lower bound depending on the topology of the pair $(M,Z)$. A $b$-contact structure on a $b$-manifold $(M,Z)$ is a Jacobi structure on $M$ satisfying a transversality condition along the hypersurface $Z$. We show that, in three dimensions, $b$-contact structures with overtwisted three-dimensional leaves satisfy an existence $h$-principle that allows prescribing the induced singular foliation. We give a method to classify $b$-contact structures on a given $b$-manifold and use it to give a classification on $S^3$ with either a two-sphere or an unknotted torus as the critical surface. In this article, we investigate Reeb dynamics on $b^m$-contact manifolds, previously introduced in [MiO], which are contact away from a hypersurface $Z$ but satisfy certain transversality conditions on $Z$. The study of these contact structures is motivated by that of contact manifolds with boundary. The search of periodic Reeb orbits on those manifolds thereby starts with a generalization of the well-known Weinstein conjecture. Contrary to the initial expectations, examples of compact $b^m$-contact manifolds without periodic Reeb orbits outside $Z$ are provided. Furthermore, we prove that in dimension $3$, there are always infinitely many periodic orbits on the critical set if it is compact. We prove that traps for the $b^m$-Reeb flow exist in any dimension. This investigation goes hand-in-hand with the Weinstein conjecture on non-compact manifolds having compact ends of convex type. In particular, we extend Hofer's arguments to open overtwisted contact manifolds that are $\mathbb R^+$-invariant in the open ends, obtaining as a corollary the existence of periodic $b^m$-Reeb orbits away from the critical set. The study of $b^m$-Reeb dynamics is motivated by well-known problems in fluid dynamics and celestial mechanics, where those geometric structures naturally appear.
