Cases in the medical world that caused by the corona virus or known as COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease-2019) have become a pandemic and have penetrated the educational world. It also affected Islamic education at Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. COVID-19 pandemic has changed Islamic education arrangement that has been run orderly, causing the lost education which able to lead into lost generation. Work From Home policy, social and physical distancing, and the process of teaching and learning activities that apply the online system also enliven the dynamics of Islamic educationThis research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach because it aims to find answers of the questions that highlight the phenomena and problems of implementing on-line courses, positive and negative impacts during the online lecture process, and problem-solving actions to overcome obstacles in the lecture process during the pandemic base on Quran and Al-Hadith perspective. This qualitative research consists of three activity plots that occur simultaneously, which are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion or verification.From the discussion which includes phenomena, problems, challenges and impacts of learning Islamic education during pandemic, there is an offer of problem solving and prospective solutions for online learning Islamic education from the perspective of the Quran and Al-Hadith. Among them: Inclusive Learning, which are mentoring teaching and learning activities to all students, Adaptability and Resilience, streamlining the role of the family as a relationship for lecturers and technology-based teaching media.

The dispute resolution mechanism referred to is in the form of a justice system. The court in question is the implementation of the law in terms of concrete demands for rights, which functions are carried out by an independent body and held by the state and are free from any influence whatsoever and by giving binding decisions. The factors that cause civil lawsuits to be rejected at the District Court are the arguments of the claim or fundamentals of the petitioner, do not have a clear legal basis. Accelerated development of the Takalar Regency area towards economic growth has an impact on the productivity of the community's economic enterprises. Furthermore, the increase in the productivity of economic enterprises coupled with the development of the Minapolitan area will contribute positively to meeting renewable energy needs and improving environmental quality towards sustainable development. This study aims to analyze: (1) Economic growth and work productivity as determinants of increasing energy demand for the Minapolitan area; (2) The effect of economic growth, utilization of renewable energy, and strengthening of institutional capacity on improving environmental quality and sustainable development of Minapolitan areas. This study uses a qualitative-quantitative approach sequentially. Data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, surveys, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that economic growth coupled with the preparation of energy infrastructure in the development of the Minapolitan area has a positive contribution to increasing the productivity of community economic enterprises. The effect of total economic growth, utilization of renewable energy, and strengthening of institutional capacity on environmental quality improvement is 63.36%. Furthermore, the residual effect or residue that was not examined on the improvement of environmental quality was 36.64%. The direct effect of increasing the quality of the environment on the sustainability of the development of the Minapolitan area is 67.73%. The remaining effect or residue is 32.27%. Thus, economic growth, renewable energy utilization, and strengthening of institutional capacity together have an effect, on improving environmental quality with a determination coefficient of 46.65%, and an increase in environmental quality affects the sustainability of the Minapolitan area development with a determination coefficient of 39.56%. This study recommends that the direction of the sustainable development of the Minapolitan area is very important to optimize the use of renewable energy towards environmental, economic, and social sustainability, followed by strengthening the institutional capacity of the government and society in ensuring a balanced development in the future.Keywords: economic growth; Minapolitan area; economic productivity; renewable energy; sustainable development.JEL Classification: Q5DOI: https://doi.org/10.32479/ijeep.11502

This study aims to describe religious development as an effort to prevent radicalism in students at SMAN 10 and SMA Karya Pembangunan 2 Bandung. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. There are three findings, namely: (1) PAI teachers' perceptions of religious radicalism are twofold, namely a) radicalism is seen as thought b) religious radicalism is seen as action. (2) Factors Affecting Teachers' Perceptions of Religious Radicalism there are two factors, namely factors originating from the perceiver (PAI teachers) and the situation. (3) The preventive efforts of PAI teachers in both schools against the issue of religious radicalism in students are divided into two scopes, namely inside the classroom and outside the classroom. The scope of the class has three efforts, namely (a) Islamic religious education subject matter on the issue of religious radicalism has been discussed by the teacher in the classroom, (b) various learning methods by raising the issue of religious radicalism and tolerance in society, the teacher uses learning methods namely lectures, question and answer, sociodrama and practice, (c) students' knowledge of religious radicalism is diverse and dynamic. Meanwhile . Outside the classroom, the efforts include (a) prayer before and after learning, (b) congregational prayers, (c) religious extracurricular activities, (d) anti-violence task force, (e) creating tolerance in schools.

This study aims to describe the development of Islamic behavior of students through the practice of worship at SMAN Bandung. Based on observations and interviews of researchers to several principals of SMAN schools in Bandung who have athlete students, found that not all students who profess to be Muslim to perform worship well during sports practice while in school, only some students who want to perform worship in school, such as performing sunnah prayers or obligatory prayers in school mosques , on the grounds that his clothes are dirty because of sweat, responsibility is training and clashing with training time. Whereas if praying his clothes must be clean and holy. Sometimes, even many students have not prayed if they are not ordered and many others lack. Not infrequently students who when at home and at school show good Islamic behavior, but when outside the house and outside the school shows bad behavior seen in terms of Islam, such as smoking, hanging out on the side of the road, and excessive dating. This study uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: 1) Islamic behavior development program in high school in Bandung, namely congregational prayers before the start and at the end of teaching and learning activities, memorizing Asmaul Husna, reading the Quran 15 minutes before the first hour. 1) learning begins, praying dhuha congregation, praying midday congregation, infaq or setting aside some pocket money for alms. 2) The process of fostering islamic keisk behavior of students through religious practice activities in SMAN throughout Bandung needs to be held, religious lectures, guidance and supervision. 3) The behavior of students after receiving guidance through the practice of worship in SMAN throughout The City of Bandung is quite good. Students can be responsible and disciplined in performing worship. Students can also work together and socialize well.

This research aims to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of educational innovation implemented by SD Muhamadiyah 7 Kota Bandung. By identifying supporting and inhibiting factors, the implementation of the innovation program is hoped can be more successful. The research method that was used in this research was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis was performed by reducing data, displaying it, taking conclusions, verifying, analyzing, summarizing, and analyzing data. The research results show; supporting and inhibiting factors for educational innovation SD Muhammadiyah 7 Bandung City in developing the quality of school management, some are internal and external.

This study aimed to identify what factors affecting the development of tourism in Kuri Caddi Beach, Nisombalia Village, Maros Regency. As well as to identify a strategy for developing tourism potential on Kuri Caddi Beach, Nisombalia Village, Maros Regency. The variables used consisted : (1) Tourist Attraction; (2) Supporting Facilities; (3) Safety and Comfort; (4) Information and Promotion; (5) Accessibility; (6) Job Opportunities; (7) (Income). The analytical method used chi-square, likert scale scoring, and SWOT analysis. There were four variables that have effect on the tourism potential development strategy in Kuri Caddi Beach, which are tourist attraction, safety and comfort, job opportunities and income. Meanwhile, there were three variables that have no effect, such us supporting facilities, information and promotion, and accessibility. The strategy that can be used for developing tourism potential on Kuri Caddi Beach is by utilizing the tourist attraction of Kuri Caddi Beach by referring to the Maros Regency Regional Regulation number 2 of 2014, concerning the implementation of tourism, involving the community in developing Kuri Caddi Beach tourism based on the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan, and involves investors in developing Kuri Caddi Beach tourism, so that PAD and local community income are increased.. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengembangan pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros. Serta untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari tujuh diantaranya: (1) Daya Tarik Wisata; (2) Sarana Penunjang; (3) Keamanan dan Kenyamanan; (4) Informasi dan Promosi; (5) Aksesibilitas; (6) Peluang Kerja; (7) (Pendapatan). Metode analisis yang digunakan berupa chi-square, sistem skoring Skala Likert dan analisis SWOT. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi ada empat variabel yaitu daya tarik wisata, keamanan dan kenyamanan, peluang kerja dan pendapatan. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak memiliki pengaruh ada tiga yaitu sarana penunjang, informasi dan promosi, serta aksesibilitas. Sehingga strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam strategi pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Pantai Kuri Caddi Desa Nisombalia Kabupaten Maros yaitu dengan memanfaatkan daya tarik wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi dengan mengacu pada pada Perda Kabupaten Maros nomor 2 Tahun 2014, tentang penyelenggaraan kepariwisataan, melibatkan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi berdasarkan Rencana Induk Pengembangan Kepariwisataan Daerah, serta melibatkan investor dalam mengembangkan wisata Pantai Kuri Caddi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan PAD dan pendapatan masyarakat lokal.

The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia mandates that a good and healthy environment is a human right and constitutional right for every Indonesian citizen. Therefore, the state, government, and all stakeholders must protect and manage the environment to implement sustainable development. The Indonesian environment can remain a source and support for the Indonesian people; this is in line with implementing the SDGs. The study aims to analyze environmental law enforcement efforts in Indonesia towards SDGs implementation. The research method used a normative approach, with statutory and a conceptual process. The data collect the use of secondary data with literature and statue approach. The study results showed that environmental law enforcement in Indonesia (Number 32/2009) concerning Environmental Protection and Management is preventive and repressive. Three legal instruments in environmental law enforcement are recognized administrative, civil, and criminal law. Environmental law enforcement and the implementation of SDGs in Indonesia are connected. The government implements preventive and repressive law enforcement as regulated in Law by granting expansive powers to local governments to provide protection and environmental management in their respective regions so that the environment remains sustainable. The regulation is in line with the Goals of 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of the SDGs directly related to environmental sustainability.

Nowadays, the education world in learning method is not only using a conventional method, which is basically, by an explanation from a teacher and merely from the learning books. But, with an effective and efficient learning method, so that the students are able to keep up and participate actively during the lesson, by taking an advantage of IT (Information Technology), especially for facing the changes in learning due to pandemic COVID-19. The contribution from people is one of the ways to carry out the socialisation of information technology. This community service, will be implemented in this research entitled "Active Learning in Online Teaching, in Swakarya Senior High School, Binjai", with an intention to assist teachers while in the process of learning, to be more interesting and enjoyable although it is done through a distance learning. The learning application will be given to all of the senior high school teachers, as is to prepare and use this learning application, in order to broaden the perception and to motivate the teachers, and eventually they will be able to motivate the students as well. Moreover, this will help to upgrade the quality of education.

The State Administrative Judicial as the executor of judicial power has a duty and authority to examine, decide, and resolve State Administrative disputes. Along with tecnological development, judicial practices within the scope of the Indonesian Supreme Court hal implemented the ecourt application. The aims of this study is to analyze policies regarding the implementation of Electronic Litigation in the State Administrative Judicial, as well as to find the obstacles encountered. This study uses a normative method with a statute approach, that is Act 5 in 1986 concerning State Administrative Judicial and its amendment, and Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2019 concerning Administration of Cases and Trials in Court Electonically. The result of the study show that the application of Electronic Litigation at State Administrative Judicial is carried out comprehensively, that is from the registration stage until reading of judicial decisions. The obstacles that still being faced are related to the stage of evidence which in practice still requires a conventional trial, and the limited access to the internet network in several regions in Indonesia.

Difficulty consumption is the complaint of most parents when it comes to paediatricians. Difficult eating continuously results in decreased calorie intake needed so that it can affect the growth and development of children. Acupressure can be a non-pharmacological therapy choice for increasing a child's appetite. Acupressure is a form of physiotherapy by providing massage and stimulation at specific points on the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure therapy to increase appetite in infants aged 1-5 years. In this study used pre-experimental design with one group pre post-test approach. The variables in this study were acupressure therapy and appetite. Respondents are children aged 1 to 5 years. The treatment is acupressure therapy six times (every three days). The pretest is done before acupressure therapy with weight measurement and posttest weight measurement after surgery. The port area is a diverse business district, both industry and other activities. Even though it is positioned far from residential areas, the impact of its activities indirectly still reaches the surrounding community. The environmental conditions of the port area need to be controlled routinely so that their management does not violate applicable regulations. Environmental management is needed so that risks arising from all activities can be controlled. Panjang Port as one of the well-developed fuel storage terminals as part of the Pelindo II region. This study has been designed to assess air quality and seawater quality around Panjang Port, Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. Several air quality parameters and marine water quality parameters were monitored from 2011 to 2013. The air quality sampling conducted in the fuel storage tank area and chemicals as well as supporting facilities. The air quality parameters are SO2, NO2, O3, CO, H2S, and dust. The results of data analysis showed several air quality parameters such as SO2, NO2, O3, dust, H2S, and NH3 are below the threshold of minimum quality standard. Only the CO parameter tends to increase semester to semester. The seawater quality parameters include physical, chemical, and biological quality. Almost the physical quality parameters are below the quality standard, thus the chemical quality too, except the pH and TSS tends to higher than a quality standard. In general, these studies on air quality and seawater quality at the Panjang Port have been carried out well and the results show that the environmental conditions for the Panjang Port area are still quite good, only it is recommended to add a green area around the site.

This paper studies the current development of the capital structure theory, to explore the connection between this theory and the Islamic finance, and to investigate the connection between the capital structure and the process of syari`ah (Islamic law) screening in three stock exchanges of syari`ah. Here, this article employs a qualitative approach by delving other scholars’ theories that have studied the capital structure of the Islamic finance. Next, this paper demontates an important finding; that is, limitation is necessary for the use of debt in a company that operates on the basis of Islamic principles. In this regard, as a debt has to have a favor for asset, the company, which operates on the basis of Islamic principles, is not to go beyond the real asset. The difference of the syari`ah screening model in those three stock exchanges is influenced by some crucial factors in the way the company decides its syari`ah screening model. They are, such as the difference of a social structure in a country, its modification of the monetary industry, and its variance of the school of thought adhered by some Muslim learned people.

Aim To examine psychosocial and behavioural impacts of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19) pandemic and lockdown restrictions among adults with type 2 diabetes. Methods Participants enrolled in the PRogrEssion of DIabetic ComplicaTions (PREDICT) cohort study in Melbourne, Australia (n = 489 with a baseline assessment pre‐2020) were invited to complete a phone/online follow‐up assessment in mid‐2020 (i.e., amidst COVID‐19 lockdown restrictions). Repeated assessments that were compared with pre‐COVID‐19 baseline levels included anxiety symptoms (7‐item Generalised Anxiety Disorder scale [GAD‐7]), depressive symptoms (8‐item Patient Health Questionnaire [PHQ‐8]), diabetes distress (Problem Areas in Diabetes scale [PAID]), physical activity/sedentary behaviour, alcohol consumption and diabetes self‐management behaviours. Additional once‐off measures at follow‐up included COVID‐19‐specific worry, quality of life (QoL), and healthcare appointment changes (telehealth engagement and appointment cancellations/avoidance). Results Among 470 respondents (96%; aged 66 ± 9 years, 69% men), at least ‘moderate’ worry about COVID‐19 infection was reported by 31%, and 29%–73% reported negative impacts on QoL dimensions (greatest for: leisure activities, feelings about the future, emotional well‐being). To determine the selection of Rice Brands, it takes rice criteria in order to determine the best quality of rice, and increase sales. So that it can meet consumer needs for rice. In the selection of rice brands at CV Beras Alami uses a voting system, this is clearly less valid in its election because it is subjective. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used as a method for decision making, as a solution in selecting rice brands in CV Beras Alami. The Expert Choice application is used as a support system to facilitate the selection of rice brands that are in demand by consumers. The results can be known during the 2018 period that rice is widely consumed is Garuda Utama.

This study aims to examine the effect of local revenue, balance funds, and inflation on capital expenditure with economic growth as an intervening variable in the City / Regency of Banten Province. The sample from this study was 8 regencies / cities of Banten Province. which consists of Kab. Lebak, Kab. Pandeglang, Kab. Serang, Kab. Tangerang, Cilegon City, Tangerang City, Serang City, South Tangerang City. With the sampling technique using the saturated sample method. This data is obtained from the website of the Director General of Financial Balance of Regional Governments through www.djpk.depkeu.go.id and BPS of the Banten Provincial Government. The data in this study were processed using SPSS software. The results of this study conclude that the regional original income variable has a positive effect on economic growth, balancing funds have a positive effect on economic growth, inflation has a negative effect on economic growth, regional original income has a positive effect on Capital Expenditure, positive influential balancing funds adapts the realization of capital expenditure, Inflation has a negative effect on capital expenditure realization, economic growth has a positive effect on capital expenditure realization, regional original income has a positive effect on capital expenditure realization mediated by economic growth, balancing funds have a positive effect on capital expenditure realization mediated by economic growth, and inflation has a positive effect on realization of capital expenditure is mediated by economic growth.

Indonesia is one country with enormous natural resource potential that can be maximized in the tourism industry sector. Besides that, there is great hope that this tourism sector can increase PDRB in an area. According to the results of the analysis, this study shows the influence of the number of foreign tourist visits and hotel occupancy on the receipt of the tourism industry's PDRP sector in 2008-2018. The data used is time series data from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Department of Tourism. This research uses quantitative research methods and uses partial addjustmen models using time series processes. In this study, the independent variables are foreign tourists (W1) and hotels (H2) while the dependent variable is PDRP (R). The results of the study using known multiple regression analysis and simultaneous regression test (F test) note that F -st5959.6 confidence below 1 percent indicates that foreign tourists and hotels have a significant effect on PDRP in Jember Regency. Partial regression test (t test) shows that there is a significant influence between the variables of foreign tourists and hotel occupancy on the PDRP of Jember Regency. The magnitude of the effect is that (R2) of 0.95. This means that the PDRP as the dependent variable is explained by the independent variables namely foreign tourists and hotel occupancy by 95% and the remaining 5% is explained by other variables outside the research.

This study empirically tries to investigate the determinants of export service in selected West African countries (Ghana, Benin, Cote d'Ivoire, Gambia, Mali, Niger, Sierra Leone, Togo, Nigeria and Burkina Faso). The study adopted the export demand function introduced by Bahmani-Oskooee (1986) with little additions and modifications of variables based on the reviewed literature. It was discovered from the empirical results that the value added by the services has no impact on service export. However, variables such as foreign direct investment, communication facilities, real exchange rate, and foreign income level possesses a significant robust impact on export trade in services in the selected countries. These countries should therefore widen their opportunities to strive in exporting services worldwide. This can be materialized by exploiting their potentials with relative competitiveness and reasonable negotiations in the global export markets.

Objective Provincial government is part of the central government which autonomously has its own authority in carrying out its APBD so that it can be utilized as much as possible for the prosperity of the people. Good financial performance of the regional government will make the welfare of the people in the area also better. This research is a literature study on the regional government of the province of Nangroe Aceh Darussalam for ten years 2009-2018. Method - The type of data used is secondary data, APBD (Regional Budget) reports in the form of audited budget and realization. Financial performance instruments are measured based on effectiveness, efficiency and independence. Data were analyzed using Pearson bivariate correlation analysis. Results - Research has fulfilled the classical assumption test, and the results of Pearson's bivariate correlation show that revenue, expenditure and taxs have a very close positive relationship with the financial performance of the Aceh government, while capital and grand have a weak relationship. Implications - The results show that the financial performance of the Nangroe Aceh Darussalam provincial government is quite good. This good condition can be improved to be very good through efforts to focus improvements on the variables that are lacking, namely capital and grand.

One of the government’s efforts to control population growth is Family Planning program and one indicator of its performance is unmet need for contraception. Based on 2015 Inter-Census Population Survey Data, East Java is one of the provinces with high unmetneed events in Indonesia. Unmet need for contraceptive in East Java is 16.3 percent. This study examines factors that correlate with unmetneed in East Java. Chi-square test used to find correlation between independent variables and unmetneed. The data used is the 2015 Inter Census Population Survey Data - East Java Province. The results showed age, area of residence, work status, education, and number of children are related to unmetneed events. Interventions that should be undertaken are improving counseling, communication, information and education, fulfilling demand of contraception and making it easier to access family planning.

The phenomenon of education in higher education for students is able to contribute to the aspects of temperament. This is due to various kinds of influences in social life that are currently undergoing many changes. The change in question is an evaluation of learning by integrating character education. Character education can be realized in the regulatory system applied to educational institutions including tertiary institutions. Policy makers have a major contribution as education practitioners, and are also the spearhead of the success of achieving character education for students.This study tries to describe the implementation of learning evaluation of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) courses at the PAI Study Program at the Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang as a reinforcement of character education at Muhammadiyah colleges. The procedure of this research is by observing the activities of lecturers and students when learning takes place then analyzing whether the implementation of evaluation in the faith-based learning is able to foster student character education.

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the effect of customer complaints handling and the quality of bank services on customer loyalty to public sector banks owned by the government in Jakarta, Indonesia. These banks have been the subject of several complaints to the Indonesian Consumer Foundation and the Financial Services Authority.The variables in this study are the quality of bank service (6 indicators), the handling of customer complaints (4 indicators), the customer loyalty (3 indicators) and the customer satisfaction (5 indicators). A total of 275 respondents from four state-owned commercial banks have been used.The study presents a proposed conceptual model, which is a key determinant of customer loyalty. The results show that the quality of the service has a positive effect on satisfaction, but the quality of service does not affect customer loyalty. Customer complaints have a positive effect on satisfaction, but the handling of customer complaints has no effect on customer loyalty. The customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. The result of mediation path hypothesis testing shows that the influence of service quality on customer loyalty can be mediated by customer satisfaction showing positive relationship. The influence of complaints on customer loyalty can be mediated by customer satisfaction showing a positive relationship also.Complaint handling has the greatest coefficient value in creating customer satisfaction and impacting customer loyalty. The study develops a framework for further research with more variables and indicators.

This study explores the effects of two factors related to consumers' willingness to claim reimbursement after purchasing a product which failed to reach their expectations by conducting experiments in which the reputation of the store and retail channels manipulated. These two variables have been considered to affect the perceived quality of service when it will submit a claim, and the likelihood that consumers will receive a replacement product. Subsequently consumers will decide whether to file a claim or not.

Saving and loan cooperative Syariah BMT UGT Sidogiri is one of financial institutions in which its activity is to collect fund from the members and distribute it through the mechanism of the islamic financial services business. It is from and for cooperative members, or even the candidate ones. With more and more competitors and the uncertain of the economic condition of indonesia affects unstable condition in its financial sector. To know that financial condition, needed appraisal toward Saving and loan cooperative Syariah BMT UGT Sidogiri financial performance by applying analysis against financial performance through the financial ratios.This observation using calculation concern with the data in the form of financial report. Meanwhile, the analysis tool which is used in this observation is financial ratios which covers liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio.Overall from 2014-2017 analysis which is done produces good enough ratio except cash ratio analysis. That gains the smallest ratios, because in analyzing it conceptually does not invoive credit accounts, where in this Saving and loan cooperative Syariah BMT UGT Sidogiri the greatest wealth is got from credit accounts in accordance with the type of cooperative business namely Saving and loan cooperative.

The research is a pragmatic study on positive politeness strategies employed by the main characters in “ Greatest Showman ” and “ Chappie ” films in the context of differences certain the century society. the researcher use Brown and Levinson’s theory of positive politeness theory. Politeness is the way of self strategies in communication to others, in order to received their meanings well. The objectives of this research are to find out the types of positive politeness strategies by main character in the setting 19 th Century society ( Greatest Showman film) and 21 st Century setting society ( Chappie film) and to find out factors affecting main character to choice that strategies. The researcher used a qualitative method since the data engaged are displayed in the form of strings of words. The result shows that Phineas in “ Greatest Showman” that can be conclude in 19 th century society, generally showed social class, kept family relation well, and respected for abnormal people. Diffrent with Deon in “Chappie” film that can be conclude in 21 st century society, people concern with technology development, a lot of gangster who do the crime, and people communicate only in certain interests. The research analysed the maritime dispute between Kenya and Somalia under the international law perspective. Both states have been experiencing maritime disputes over maritime boundaries of more than 100,000 sq km of seabed in the waters of the Indian Ocean. They began to clash after Somalia accusing Kenya of illegally granting exploration rights to resources in the waters to multinational companies, Total and Eni. As Kenya declared, the waters of the East African Coast are one of the hottest oil exploration prospects in the world, and the contested area has hydrocarbon reserves. The research method is normative legal research. Accordingly, the nature of the research was descriptive-qualitative with data collection techniques by conducting a literature study. The research shows that maritime boundary dispute has worsened diplomatic relations between Kenya and Somalia. Prior to bringing the case to the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the two states agreed to resolve the dispute through bilateral negotiations. However, the case was still unsettled. Therefore, Somalia decided to bring the case before the Court.

Fertility is an important indicator for the success of state development, especially in the health sector. It can be estimated through direct and indirect methods. This study aimed to determine the fertility rate in East Java province indirectly using the Palmore Formula. This study was a descriptive analysis using secondary data from the 2015 Inter-census Population Survey / Survei Penduduk Antar Sensus (SUPAS). It calculated the rate directly and manually. The Total Fertility Rate (TFR) was at 2.02 per two children born by each mother in East Java province. It was compared with the national average published by the Central Bureau of Statistics within 5 periods of SP1990, SUPAS 1995, SP2000, SUPAS 2005, and SP2010. In each period, the rate was lower without any difference. The Palmore Formula is considered a good method for estimating fertility rates.

Objective - The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the effect of bank service quality and the handling of customer complaints on customer loyalty in public sector banks in Jakarta. This bank has been the subject of several complaints to the Indonesian Consumers Foundation and the Financial Services Authority. Methodology/Technique - The variables in this study are: bank service quality 19 indicators, handling of customer complaints 4 indicators, 29 indicators of customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction 4 indicators. The aim of this paper is to explain the strategy applied by the Kyai to transform the traditional marriage ceremony of Merariq /Nyongkolan among the sasak people of Lombok into becoming more shari’a friendly tradition. The kiai's communication strategy in changing the tradition of merariq nyongkolan in Sasak Lombok tribal community are: First, kiai as the leader of Pesantren Darul Falah Mataram communicates with the community of Sasak Lombok by using preaching method, bilḥikmah (wise). Second, kiai foster the harmonious relations with internal public and also external public. The kiai utilizes the graduates of Darul Falah to convey the kiai's messages and missions to the community through the majlīs ta’līm or pesantren, Madrasah Diniyah, muṣallā, and the mosques which is led by them. Third, the kiai uses non-verbal communication through a social approach to the community by attending to the celebration's routine such as 'aqīqah, diba’an, marriage celebration, maulīd an-nabiy, death, and other religious events its held in private homes or in mosques and muṣallā. Fourth, the kiai uses communication by using form s of threats to the community, especially the to the gradutes of Pesantren Darul Falah, who if they invite the kiai to the merariq nyongkolan event but still using kecimol music the n the k y ai will not be present in that event. But, when the community use Islamic music such as rebana, marawis, and with a series of activities those are not contrary to the shari'ah, the kiai will be happy to attend the invitation. Indonesia is a democratic country. Every citizen has political rights guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.Protection of political rights as a human right owned by every citizen. Protection of citizens' political rights or individual political rights contained in the 1945 Constitution, namely Article 27 paragraph (1) states the equality of all citizens towards law and government; Article 28 concerning freedom; Article 28D paragraph (1) concerning the right to recognition, guarantee, protection and legal certainty for everyone; Article 28D paragraph (3) states that every citizen has the right to obtain equal opportunities in government; and Article 31 paragraph (1) to obtain education. Democracy occurs if there is recognition of political rights and the implementation of political participation of every citizen. Fulfillment of political rights before and after the prisoners also receive protection of their political rights. The political rights of ex-prisoners are protected by the constitution of the 1945 Constitution, Law Number 39 of 1999, and Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections, and Constitutional Court Rejection Number 4 / PUU-VII / 2009. Based on this matter, this study aims to find out and analyze individual political rights that are confiscated along with the execution of punishment, and to know and analyze individual political rights to be able to conduct themselves after inmates. This research is descriptive analytical with a normative juridical approach.

All Indonesian children are national assets where the future of the nation depends on their quality. East Java Province experienced a demographic bonus period and the peak occurred in 2019 and a third of the population of East Java were children aged 0-17 years. Now the government of East Java Province has implemented five strategies in dealing with demographic bonuses, namely improving the quality of youth human resources, creating quality human resources, placing the elderly population as assets, improving health efforts, and economic empowerment. In the strategy of increasing health efforts, it is necessary to evaluate the nutritional status of children and toddlers. Improving the nutritional status of the community is one of the efforts that has a significant impact and is one of the determining factors for improving the quality of human resources. At the individual level, nutritional conditions are influenced by nutritional intake and related infectious diseases. The first two years of life is a critical period, if there are nutritional disorders in this period, the impact is permanent.

Establishing students’ pronunciation needs a promising instructional method. One of the teachers’ efforts to develop students’ pronunciation is applying the shadowing technique. The shadowing technique was able to facilitate students to practice pronunciation skills. This study was categorized with a quasi-experimental study with the non-equivalent control group design. The samples were taken randomly using a purposive random sampling. The samples consist of 70 students that were divided into two classes, namely the experimental and control classes. The data were collected through interview, multiple-choice test, and record. Here it used descriptive and T-test analysis to find the ways they learned and the results. Finally, the researchers considered that shadowing technique is very good to be applied by the teachers and lecturers in class. The most surprising aspect of the findings are; 1) the students were motivated as long as teaching and learning conducted; 2) their response mostly positive to the way they learned; 3) and they got significant change on their pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary. This change can be seen from their ability in expressing their ideas and 4) inferential statistic results; t-test was 4.077 and t-table was 2.021 with degree of freedom (df) 44 and the level of significance (0.05) in 95%.

In speaking course, the teachers usually ask the students to present their projects in front of the class through an activity called Oral Presentation. However, many of students are afraid of public speaking due to the effect of self-confidence. This study is aimed to (1) describe general self-confidence among Indonesian EFL learners, (2) describe their academic achievement in oral presentation, and (3) find out the relationship between self-confidence and their academic achievement in oral presentation. Correlational design is used to investigate the existence or non existence of the relationship between the variables. The subjects of this study are 68 students at the second semester in English Department of one private university in Lamongan, Indonesia. Documentation and questionnaire are used as instruments to collect the data in this study. The findings reveal that (1) the students‘ general selfconfidence is quite strong, (2) the students‘ academic achievement in the oral presentation is good, and (3) the two variables show high correlation. Therefore, the teachers are suggested to enforce activities that could increase students‘ self-confidence which in turn could decrease their anxiety in public speaking. Character education is an important issue in the world of education related to the phenomenon of moral decadence that occurs in the community as well as in an increasingly diverse and diverse government environment. Crime, injustice, corruption, violence against children, violation of human rights, are evidence that there has been a crisis of identity and characteristics of the Indonesian nation. The values of politeness, and religiosity that are upheld and become the culture of the Indonesian nation as long as it seems to be weak and feels foreign along with the entry of global cultural values (global culture of the era), so that it is rarely encountered in the midst of society. Islamic education is a strategic answer in realizing the formation of national character from the family (informal), institutional institutions (formal) and learning groups in the community (non-formal), which is the main capital in the formation of national character.

BACKGROUND: More women of fertile age are long-term survivors of cancer. However, population-based data on birth rates of female cancer survivors are rare. METHODS: A total of 42,691 women ≤ 45 years with a history of cancer were identified from the Swedish Multi-Generation Register and the Swedish Cancer Register, for whom relative birth rates were calculated as compared to the background population, ie, standardized birth ratios (SBRs). Independent factors associated with reduced birth rates among cancer survivors were estimated using Poisson modeling. RESULTS: Compared to the background population, cancer survivors were 27% less likely to give birth (SBR = 0.73, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.72-0.75). Large difference in SBRs existed by cancer site, with high SBRs for survivors of melanoma skin, thoracic, head and neck, and thyroid cancers, and low SBRs for reproductive, breast, brain and eye, and hematopoietic cancer survivors. Parity status at diagnosis affected fertility: women who already had a child at the time of diagnosis were less likely to give birth (SBR = 0.50, 95% CI = 0.48-0.53) than were nulliparous women (SBR = 0.87, 95% CI = 0.85-0.90). Multivariate analysis showed that cancer site (reproductive organs), age at onset of cancer (< 12 years), and parity status were all significant and independent predictors of a reduced probability of giving birth after diagnosis. CONCLUSIONS: Cancer survivors are less likely to give birth compared with the background population. Background There has been a recent increase in the availability and use of oral anticancer agents (OAAs). Drug–drug interactions (DDIs) involving OAAs pose a major concern in oncology practice due to these drugs' narrow therapeutic indices and potential for compromised efficacy and fatal adverse events. Objective To assess the prevalence of the coprescription of potentially interacting drug combinations involving OAAs in Singapore. Methods A retrospective review of physicians' electronic prescription records between the years 2007 and 2009 was performed in the largest cancer center in Singapore. An overall prevalence rate of potential DDIs and a prevalence rate for each individual DDI pair were calculated. Logistic regression was used to identify risk factors for potential DDIs. Results Fifty-eight clinically significant DDIs were selected for evaluation from Drug Interaction Facts and Micromedex DrugDex. A total of 39,772 OAA prescriptions prescribed to 8837 patients were reviewed. Potential DDI coprescription was found in 5.4% of the patients on OAAs and in 4.7% of the OAA prescriptions. The drug pair prescribed to the largest number of patients was prednisolone and aspirin. About half (53.3%) of the observed DDIs were found on the same prescription. On multivariate analysis, older patients, males, and those taking prednisolone had a higher risk for potential DDIs. Conclusion Although limited by the data available, the analysis of prescription records found that ∼5% of patients taking OAAs in Singapore were exposed to ≥1 potentially interacting drug combination.

The building condition will become the main criteria to achieve a better built environment. The era and types of buildings become the main factor before the adaptation of facilities is planned for these buildings. The main objective of the research is to demonstrate the formula of building condition rating. The aim of this method is to create building condition rating and scale. The methodology of this study is initially to create a formula of a model based on era of the building. Factors that should be considered to carry out building condition ranking are types of building, year of built, the function of building, building condition survey and cost of remedial. As a result, there are five building condition rating based on different scale (price) from 1-5 (rating 5 is the lowest cost of each defect and rating 1 is the highest cost of each defect). The highest rating consists of minor defects of the building. Rating 1 will bring serious defects with higher cost of remedial work. The relevance of rating the building condition should be identified before adapting Total Facilities Management in a building.
