Teak wood is the superior wood for carpentry, and the need for carpentry continues to increase in Indonesia. It has prompted various efforts to increase teak production, both in state forests and non-state forests. One of the efforts to increase teak production is using advance d science and technology, superior teak seed ling s from mutation breeding. This study aims to describe smallholder's perception of the demonstration plot of Muna Teak from mutation breeding in the Cariu Private Forest, Bogor Regency. The research used two methods : Focus ed Group Discussion and semi-structured interviews by questionnaires. For the analysis, the study used the perceptual process framework) to explore the data from the two methods and present it descriptively . The result show s that smallholders had a good perception toward the mutation breeding Muna Teak demonstration plot . Smallholders can carry out intercropping (agroforestry) activities in the demonstration plot and increase their knowledge of forestry plant cultivation, especially teak . The activity provide s an opportunity for smallholders to improve their welfare.

This study studies social entrepreneurial competencies, social values, and transformational leadership. They are a requirement during the COVID-19 pandemic. It arises to find out the effect of social entrepreneurship on social values and the influence of transformational leadership in memorizing the influence of social entrepreneurship on social values with a total of 200 respondents as social entrepreneurship leaders who have been announced in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with a structural equation model (SEM) analysis tool in AMOS software. SEM analysis in this study uses the moderating SEM method with a mixed-methods approach. Data analysis has been carried out through data processing. The values obtained mean that higher social entrepreneurship will increase social value by 9.4%; if transformational leadership increases, a significance value of 0.85 is obtained. This value is greater than 0.05. It is proved that the role of social entrepreneurship fosters innovative abilities, proactive development, and the courage to take risks for the people in Indonesia and the impact of social values fosters social recognition, responsibility, and contribution to the economy with attitudes with potential transformational leadership behaviors as well as inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and consideration of the community. This study aims to analyze the effect of rates (X1), interactions quality (X2), physical environment quality (X3), and outcomes quality (X4) as partially independent variables on the customer satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable on users of ship guidance services at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 115 respondents. The samples were determined based on the total sampling technique. There were 115 respondents chosen as the samples. The research site was at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch. The unit of analysis was all customers at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch. Measurement of variables was conducted using the Likert scale technique with a scale of weights from 1 to 5. These were meant to analyze the effect of variable rates (X1), quality of interactions (X2), quality of physical environment (X3), and quality of results (X4) on customer satisfaction (Y) using techniques multiple linear regression statistics. The results showed that the variable rates (X1), interactions quality (X2), physical environment quality (X3), and outcomes quality (X4) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction partially on PT. Indonesian Port III, Banjarmasin Branch. and outcomes quality (X4) partially had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Indonesian Port III, Banjarmasin Branch. and outcomes quality (X4) partially had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Indonesian Port III, Banjarmasin Branch.

This study aims to analysis the effect of knowledge, income level, and education level on the interest of the money-wavering community (North Jakarta city community) and its overview from an Islamic point of view. The population in this study is the Community of the City of North Jakarta. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 120 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is the SEM analysis method which is supported by the Smart PLS application. The results showed that: (1) the variable Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the Interest of Money Waqf Community. (2) Income Level has a positive and significant effect on the Interest of the Money Waqf Community. (3) The the level of education has a negative and insignificant effect on the interest of the money-donated community. The adj value of R2 is 0,66 or 66%. It can be said that the independent variable can explain the variation in the interest of the money-donated community by 66% or in other words knowledge, income level, and money. the level of education can affect the interest of people with donated money by 66%.

During COVID-19, the face-to-face learning process was temporarily replaced by an online learning system. This is done to prevent the spread of COVID-19. But on the other hand, some students complained about the online learning system, especially the material that contained practicum elements, because they could not practice directly and also the material obtained was not easy to understand due to limited feedback and existing networks. In addition, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of Dehasen Bengkulu does not yet have an application that can assist students in providing an assessment of the learning system, especially online, so that these complaints are sometimes not conveyed properly. The online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen Bengkulu University is an application that was built to make it easier for students to give scores to the online learning system and also make it easier for the faculty to evaluate the assessments given by students. In helping the analysis of student assessment of the online learning system, this application has applied the Servqual Method where the assessment is divided into 2 parts, namely perceptions and expectations. An online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen University Bengkulu, was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application can be accessed online via the link http://belyna.vadapp.my.id/, so students can fill out the assessment anywhere and anytime. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen University Bengkulu runs as expected.

BACKGROUND: The occurrence of smoking among adolescents keeps increasing. Based on data from the Regional Health Research 2013, the prevalence of child smokers aged 10–18 years old was 7.2–9.1% in 2018. In fact, it exceeds the government’s target to reduce the number of child smokers in 2019 to 5.4%. Cigarette advertising is one of the reasons children are attracted to smoking, and Indonesia ranks first in ASEAN for youth exposure to tobacco advertisement and promotion. AIM: The aim of the study is to determine the factors that affect the urge to smoke in adolescents, specifically the influence of friends who smoke and exposure to cigarette advertisements in Sleman, Indonesia. METHODOLOGY: A non-experimental study with a correlation study and a cross-sectional approach. The sample was 318 respondents with a total sampling technique on first-grade junior high school students from three schools. The research instruments used were a questionnaire on exposure to cigarette advertisements, smoker friends, and the intention to smoke. The bivariate analysis used was the chi-square correlation test. RESULTS: Most of the respondents were exposed to cigarette advertisements in the medium category (56.6%), most of the respondents had smoking friends (57.2%), 11% of respondents had the desire to smoke shortly, and 15.1% of respondents had a desire to smoke for an extended period. This study aims was to identify impact of economic development factors to the the environment quality by using Kuznet's Curve Hyphotesis and non linear regression. The determinants studied are indicators of economic development such as Gross Domestic Regional Income (GDRI) of the industrial sector, mining sector, agricultural/plantation /forestry/fishery/livestock sectors, poverty, unemployment and human development index (HDI). While the environmental quality indicators used are Water Quality Index (WQI), Air Quality Index (AQI) and Land Cover Quality Index (LCQI). The data used is secondary data from the Department of Environment, the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources, and also the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Kalimantan Province. Secondary data types used include WQI, AQI, LCQI, GDRI, poverty, unemployment and HDI data for the period 2006 – 2020. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitatively using Kuznet's Curve hypothesis and non linear regression. The final results obtained from this study include (1) The influence of economic development indicators on environmental quality is in accordance with Kuznet's Curve hypothesis and shows non-linear relationships. (2) Only the unemployment indicator is not identified non-linearly due to the adjusted value of R Square < 0 and the significance of the > 0.05.

The stages in making the education policy process by Formulation and Adoption process. The policy formulation is intended for the best problem solving derived from various alternatives or existing policy options. The problem of revision of the Islamic Education curriculum is one of the solutions for handling radicalism in Islamic Religion Education (IRE) curriculum from several policy options including the elimination of jihad and caliphate material, changing subjects, transferring caliphate material to subjects of Islamic cultural history, while Jihad material is more directed towards a seriousness to do best activities. After choosing the best policy, it needs to be legitimized so that the decision is well received because it is in accordance with the procedures applicable to the general public and political or moral values. The policy for revising the IRE curriculum is contained in Decision of Religion Ministry no 183/2019 and endorsed by the Ministry of Religion in the field of Islamic Education, so that it becomes the best guideline in national and state life by maintaining national security stability.

Currently, bureaucratic reform is a necessity for the government apparatus. Reform is carried out as an ongoing effort which at each process or stage is expected to be able to provide changes or improvements for the better. With the implementation of reform, it is hoped that it will be able to realize good governance and be able to bring changes to the delivery of public services that are able to meet the needs of the community. One form of service provided by the government is the fulfillment of public health needs. Health service is a concept carried out by the government to provide health services to the community as one of the basic rights that must be fulfilled. Therefore, this study focuses on looking at how primary health care reform is being carried out by Puskemas inpatient Sukabumi. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, data collection is done by observation, documentation and interviews. The results showed that the service reform carried out by the Sukabumi inpatient health center has not shown optimal results due to efforts to improve the quality of public services both in terms of service performance evaluation, improvement of service procedure systems, and increasing personnel resources, some improvements still need to be made.

This study is motivated by teachers' existence in elementary schools (ES), especially in grades IV, V, and VI, because there are still many who use traditional teaching styles. This makes it difficult for students to understand the learning material, and students are less independent in the learning process. A significant influence between teacher teaching styles that are interactional on the independent character of elementary school students. This research uses quantitative methods with data analysis; validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test. In contrast, the sample in this study was selected randomly, namely students in grades IV, V, and VI at ES at SDN Ketapanrame 1 Trawas. The data analysis results showed a significant influence between the interactional teaching style of the teacher on the independent character of elementary school students as evidenced by the t-test results of 5.386 with a significant level of .000. The interactional teaching style affected the independent character of students.

This study aims to determine the effect of price (X1), product design (X2) Honda Beat motorcycles on purchasing decisions (Y) at Honda Dealer PT. PAS Sudirman Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, using Random Sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are Normalization Test, Validity Test, Multicorlinearity Test, Reliability Test, T Test, F test, Multiple Linear Regression, Multiple Correlation Analysis (R), Determination Analysis (R2), using the SPSS program for windows 23.00 . The number of samples is 75 respondents. The results show that it is known from the multiple linear regression equation, Y = 29.391 + 0.083 (X1) + 0.396 (X2) where Y is the purchase decision, the beta coefficient (B) is 29.391, which means that if there are no price and product design variables, the decision purchases amounted to 29,391. The regression coefficient for the price variable (X1) is 0.083, meaning that if the product design has a fixed value and the price increases by 1, the purchase decision will increase by 0.083. The coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive relationship between price and purchase decisions, the higher the store price, the higher the purchase decision. The value of the product design coefficient (X2) is 0.396, which means that if the other independent variable (price) remains constant and the product design increases by 1%, the purchase decision (Y) will increase by 0.396. The positive coefficient means that there is a positive relationship between product design and purchase decisions, the better the product design, the greater the chances of consumers in deciding to buy/shop..

In this study using the Non Probability Sampling technique by purposive sampling. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale technique with a scale of weights from 1 to 5. To determine the effect of the studied variables Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools are used.The results of the study concluded that User Interface quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. User Interface quality has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Information quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The quality of information t has a significant positive effect on customer trust. Privacy perception has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Reading interest in Indonesia is still relatively low because the number of books in circulation is uneven, and most books are circulated only in big cities. To overcome this, the Metro City Regional Library and Archives Office are in accordance with its vision and mission in utilizing information technology, namely by creating innovations that make libraries attractive through the ebook program. This program is a service innovation provided by the Metro City Regional Library and Archives Service, namely a library based on digital applications that can easily find and read books coming to the library. This study seeks to determine service innovation's application to the Metro City Library and Archives Service through the ebook program and the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the ebook program innovation in the Metro City Library and Archives Service. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. This study indicates that the ebook program innovation carried out by the Metro City Library and Archives Office is quite useful in its application. This can be seen from the fulfillment of four of the six indicators of innovation typology: new or improved services, administrative innovation, system innovation, and radical change. Some things of concern are the innovation carried out still shows conceptual weaknesses because the Metro City Library and Archives Service still carries a Type B library and in the process of making application systems require a long time and maintenance of application systems that must be done regularly by human resources who are competent in their field.

Resilience is a personal quality that allows individuals to rise up when facing difficulties, especially for students who are undergoing their final semester in college. Various challenges and difficulties caused by thesis work are problems that cannot be avoided for every student. This study is focused on studying the role of academic resilience in final year students. The research subjects consisted of 7 undergraduate students from 19 to 24 years of age. Students are expected to have resilience in facing academic challenges called academic resilience. Academic resilience is defined as the ability of students to withstand difficult conditions, bounce back from adversity, overcome difficulties, and adapt positively to academic pressure and demands. Small businesses engaged in the food industry sector in the city of Kendari is a business activity that is broadly classified as small and is built by individuals or middle-to-lower groups. The purpose of business development is to earn profits with different levels of performance. One factor that can affect performance is the dimension of entrepreneurial orientation which consists of innovation, proactivity, risk-taking, competitive aggressiveness, and autonomy. The purpose of this study is to examine and provide empirical evidence about the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of small businesses. The sampling technique in this study uses the probability sampling technique. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and quantitative data processing using SPSS 24.0. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regressions found that innovation, proactivity, risk-taking, and competitive aggressiveness have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises. While autonomy has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of small businesses.

Setiap perusahaan berupaya untuk dapat menjaring konsumen yang diawali dengan menumbuhkan minat beli. Berbagai cara dilakukan, salah satunya yang dilakukan oleh Blue Mart, yaitu dengan menyediakan mesin penjual otomatis atau vending maching. Konsumen diharapkan akan memiliki persepsi nilai yang baik berdasar pengalaman atau informasi pihak lain yang pernah melakukan pembelian melalui vending maching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi nilai terhadap minat beli ulang secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui kepuasn konsumen. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form selama bulan November 2020 kepada konsumen Vending Machine Blue Mart. Kuesioner yang terkumpul dan memenuhi kriteria sebagai data penelitian sebanyak 186. Structural Equation Modelling menggunakan AMOS Versi 23 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi nilai pasca pembelian mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen Blue Mart menggunakan vending machine secara langsung atau tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen.

This research aims to analyze the effect of Online Brand Community (OBC) on E-loyalty in the Indonesian e-commerce industry. This research was conducted by quantitative approach with the dependent variable of this research being e-loyalty (Y), and online brand community (X) as independent variable. The object includes all followers of Tokopedia, Bukalapak and OLX official Instagram accounts. The research uses a simple random sampling method and probability sampling techniques to 200 account users. Data analysis technique is implemented by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM SPSS AMOS version 22.0. The findings indicate the significant effect of online brand community on e-loyalty. The results theoretically imply the need for community engagement in online marketing as one of the online brand community’s dimensions which can give the contribution of e-loyalty building.

In this study, we examined the concept of transformational leadership for parental involvement (TLPI). The Transformational Leadership for Parental Involvement Questionnaire (TLPIQ) was developed to assess teachers' perceptions of support from school leaders in inviting parents to be involved in their children's education. Participants were 90 primary school teachers in 18 schools in urban and rural areas of Java, Indonesia. Results showed that teachers' perceptions of transformational leadership was positively associated with their invitational behaviors toward parents. This study points to the supporting role school leaders can play in the context of parental involvement. 16 p.

Background: Fostering a trusting relationship between nurses and patients is the development of one of the curative caring factors because it is closely related to the acceptance of positive and negative feelings of patients when receiving services from nurses. The quality of a person's relationship with others is an element that determines the caring behavior of a nurse (Sartika, 2011). Nurses must be patient, generous, willing to provide assistance to patients voluntarily and be able to communicate, work and be responsible for their duties and rights when acting (Nursalam, 2013).Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine Jean Watson's theory of helping trust with patient satisfaction in the inpatient room in The Government Hospital of Tangerang Regency.Methods: The research design used in this study is descriptive correlation using the Cross-Sectional approach. The population used in this study were patients treated in the inpatient rooms of Government Hospital of Tangerang Regency amounting to 80 people. The sampling method used is the non-probability sampling method. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 65 respondents. This research instrument using a questionnaire. The analysis used the Chi square test with a significance level α < 0.05.Results: Jean Watson's helping trust relationship both 13 respondents (34.2%) and those who were not satisfied were 1 respondent (3.7%). the results of the analysis obtained OR = 25.35 means that patients who claim helping trust relationship Jean Watson have a 25.35 times chance expressed satisfied. Chi square test results obtained p value 0.001 so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Jean Watson’s theory of helping trust relationship with patient satisfaction in class III inpatient room at The Government Hospital of Tangerang Regency.Conclusion: Patient satisfaction depends on the quality of nursing services. Service is said to be good if in fact the nurse provides the needs according to the patient's condition and the patient's response to service can be disappointing or satisfying. Further research is expected that nurses can provide assistance to the relationship of trust to patients so that patients can feel safe and comfortable when nurses take nursing actions to patients. Further researchers can use other research methods either qualitatively or add other variables so that the helping trust relationship between nurses and patients can be well developed. Sexual violence against children is one of the world’s problem that has an impact on the mental, physical, and psychological conditions such as depression, fear, shame, which can lead to suicide for the victim. The level of prevention knowledge and emotional maturity in the child needs to be grown. Objective of this study was analyze the effect of mini movie on the level of knowledge prevention of sexual violence and the level of emotional maturity in school-age children. This study used quasi experimental design with two groups and involved 85 students. The Emotional Maturity and Knowledge of Child Abuse Questionnaire used as the instrument. This research conducted used a simple random sampling technique. The collected data were tested use Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon statistical test. The research showed that mini movie media had a significant impact on the level of prevention knowledge sexual violence (p=0.000 and p=0.025) and the level of emotional maturity (p=0.000 and p=0.000). Mini movie media becomes a mass approach in modern era that can provide accurate information in delivering health messages for children. The tourism industry needs synergies cooperation between Provincial and Regional Governments. Lampung Province, Indonesia today is focusing on the marine tourism industry as one of the welfare solutions for increasing coastal community economic growth in Pesawaran and Tanggamus. The long-term goal of the marine tourism industry policy in both Regency is community governance based on local wisdom. This paper describes the model for developing the tourism industry through a policy of cooperation between regions in Lampung Province which lead to improving people's welfare and determine the marketing side of coastal tourism. There are some concepts that we use: governments approach; policy; marine tourism and tourism industry. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through interviews with key informants relevant to this research study. The location of this research is Lampung Provincial Government, Tanggamus Regency Government and Pesawaran Regency Government. The strategies carried out by Pesawaran and Tanggamus Regency governments are focusing on local wisdom and coordination in developing marine tourism industry. The vast array of business according to Page, Stephen J (2014) are interlinked together in the production and delivery of tourism products largely operate for profit.

In general, the residents of RT 004 RW 03 have a level of education at the junior and senior high school levels. This is due to the economic factors and the absence of encouragement from parents for their children to continue their education to a higher level. Moreover, women who do not continue their education at school are unemployed or decide to become housewives, because they do not have the skills to live independently. Most of the mothers are only housewives who only take care of their children and husbands. This condition cannot improve the economic condition of the family that is not fixed and coupled with the high economic burden that requires each family to be able to think creatively in order to survive amid the economic pressure. The objectives of this community service activity included: Assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment in the formation of business groups, assisting women’s group of Family Welfare and Empowerment on how to utilize and cultivate the broiler rabbits as a small entrepreneur. The implementation of this training activity was expected to help in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in rabbit cultivation for underprivileged people through the formation of a small business group of women of Family Welfare and Empowerment and in the form of published scientific articles. Abstrak Warga masyarakat yang berada di RT 004 RW 03 pada umumnya adalah lulusan SMP dan SMU. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi dan tidak adanya dorongan dari orang tua agar anak-anak mereka melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Terlebih anak perempuan yang tidak melanjutkan sekolah akhirnya menganggur atau hidup berumah tangga, karena mereka tidak mempunyai bekal keterampilan untuk bisa hidup mandiri. Sebagian besar ibu-ibu hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga yang hanya mengurusi anak dan suaminya. Kondisi ini tidak dapat memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi keluarga, penghasilan yang tidak tetap dan ditambah beban ekonomi yang tinggi menuntut setiap keluarga untuk dapat berfikir kreatif agar dapat bertahan hidup ditengah himpitan ekonomi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain: Membantu Ibu PKK dalam pembentukan kelompok usaha yang harus dibentuk, membantu Ibu PKK dalam cara pemanfaatan dan pengolahan kelinci pedaging sebagai wirusaha kecil. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha budidaya kelinci bagi masyarakat prasejahtera melalui pembentukan kelompok usaha kecil ibu PKK dan berupa luaran artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan.

Speaker delivers a speech to achieve the goal indicating the use of persuasive strategies. This research investigates the persuasive strategies used by Donald Trump on his speech about Jerusalem. The aim of this research is to analyze the types of persuasive strategies on Donald Trump’s speech about Jerusalem. Jerusalem is a holy place where many beliefs live together such Islam, Christianity, Jews, etc. Its territory surrounds Palestine and Israel, as both have a great rivalry in an old war. Donald Trump showed his sympathy toward Jerusalem through his speech. In influencing hearers, Trump’s speech reflected persuasive strategies. Persuasive strategies are expressed to influence and change hearers attitude and motives to follow what speaker wants to. This research used qualitative approach. The data analyzed in this research are two speech of Trump about Jerusalem. The result showed that Trump used ethos, logos and pathos. Trump expressed pathos by showing his perceived intelligence, virtuous character and goodwill to create peace in Jerusalem. Logos were expressed while Trump showed factual information about the role of Israel in creating peace in Jerusalem. Trump mostly expressed pathos to affect hearers emotion by creating mildness, giving admiration and confession. Therefore, in achieving the goals of his speech, Trump intended to persuade hearers by touching their emotion.Key words: persuasive strategies, speech, Donald Trump

The aims of this study is to determine whether there are differences impacts and perception on the construction dams in the Ngindeng Village, Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency and in Karanggede Village, Arjosari District, Pacitan Regenc. The dam construction sites are the location where they live before receiving relocation or compensation in the form of money. In addition, the researchers also looked for differences or similarities related to the socio-economic impacts for community in two different locations. This study used quantitative research methods. The total sample population taken in this study was 29 respondents from each place with a total sample of 58 respondents. Based on research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that there are differences in perceptions between the people of Ngindeng Village and Karanggede Village, where in the instrument, Ho's perception was accepted and Ha was rejected. While indicators of the impact of development based on socio-economic instruments have the same answer between the people of Ngindeng Village and the people of Karanggede Village, where Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

This study aims to reveal events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occur during the research by presenting what actually happened and know the politeness of the language used by Dusun Tangkuru society when interacting with Makassar society. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method, with a form of descriptive data presentation. Data obtained through the interview process. The data source is taken from Dusun Tangkuru society. Based on the results of research on mapping the language politeness of Dusun Tangkuru society towards Makassar language, it was found that there was a level of politeness used by the Tangkuru hamlet community. Not only that, the researchers also found that there were factors that influenced the pattern of politeness of Dusun Tangkuru society towards Makassar language which could be caused by social factors such as stratification, distance and kinship.

The Islamic world in recent years, along with the phenomenon of the Arab Spring, witnesses the strengthening of sectarianism and takfirism which has even sparked the war in parts of the region. One of the main concepts used by the takfiris was puritanism, namely the obligation to dispose of other groups who are considered to have carried out heresy. This first, the determination of heresy article argues three main theses, by the takfiris is actually a heresy. The second thesis, heresy is not merely theological discourse but an instrument in the politics of sectarianism. The third one, heresy indictment is a postcolonial tool to weaken the Islamic World. This article uses the concept of politics of sectarianism, postcolonialism, and siyasi ijtima'i interpretation of Qur’an verses with maudhu’i method.

In the age of 21st century, education is faced with increasingly severe challenges. One of the challenges is to produce human resources who have the ability to face the full range of challenges in life. Competence in the 2.1 century is called 4C which includes the ability to think critically and solve problems (Critical Thinking and Problem Solving), creative thinking (Creativity), communication skills (Communication Skills), and the ability to work together (Ability to Work Collaboratively). to test the closeness between critical thinking and creative thinking on ecological material; Two classes were used in data collection, totaling 36 students, 25 of which were female and 11 were male with an age range of 15 to 17 years and were obtained by simple random sampling technique; Data were collected from the test instrument for critical and creative thinking questions and then analyzed by the regression equation Y for X, the linearity and significance test Y for X, the correlation coefficient and the significance test for the correlation coefficient Y over X; This study obtained the results that show that the relationship is linear with a correlation value of 0.724 which is classified as a strong level of closeness so that the value of the contribution of critical thinking skills to creative is 52.42%; The relationship between the ability to think critically towards creative thinking with the contribution of critical thinking skills to the ability to think creatively is 52.42%.

This article discusses the constitution (undang-undang) of West Sumatra. The Minangkabau people constitute the Matrilineal community. Their customs and culture place the women as the inheritors of inheritance and kinship. Nevertheless, the role of men who actively play roles in religious and political spheres is still significant. Seen from their economy, the Minangkabau indigenous people have a wealth of fertile land so that the majority of the community's work is farming various plants such as coffee, spices, rice etc. The progress of the community is not only in the economic field but also the development of Islam. The spread of Islam continues to grow and the Islam has been a popular religion among the Minangkabau people. The community also has a legal order written in an Act, which was written in Minangkabau in 1837 precisely after the Padri war and the Dutch rule in the Minangkabau land. Dutch Residents (Heinmers) ordered community leaders to write a customary law into the West Sumatra Act, the enactment of this West Sumatra Law until 1862 because when the Dutch set new regulations on the Minangkabau community, namely stelsel culture so that people followed all the new rules. fires in Indonesia. About thirty percent of the total fires are spread in Central Kalimantan Province. Symptoms of climate change in the form of increasingly frequent weather and extreme climate phenomena support the severity of forest and land fires which results in increased release of air pollution gases. In 2015, the peak fire months had emitted a high concentration of air pollutant gasses and causes hazardous air pollution. This study aims to investigate the latest severe fire occurrence and haze conditions in Central Kalimantan. Hotspot data was from 2006 to 2017, visibility data were from four times of El Niño event, Particle Matter Size 10 (PM 10) data and Pollution Standard Index (PSI) was from very strong El Niño in 2015 comparison to La Niña in 2016/2017. The results showed that the top incidents occurred not only very strong in 2015 but also weak El Niño in 2006. The most of dense hotspots density in the last twelve years (> 50% of fires in the area) found in peatlands in Pulang Pisau, Palangka Raya and Kapuas. Palangka Raya's case, dangerous of APSI with PM10 concentrations of more than 500 µg m-3 occurred for 2 (two) months, from the end of August to the early of November 2015. The maximum peak concentration of PM10 is as high as 3000 μg m-3, which is higher than other fire years. Based on the data obtained, the haze was blanketed Palangka Raya was getting thicker at the end of October. As a result, visibility is decreasingly limited, only around 200 to 900 m during the peak season and air pollution-related-peat fire. Thus, this severe condition could rose multiple effects, which will exacerbate climate change, environmental sustainability and the livelihoods of thousands of peoples.

Inclusive citizenship is currently being fought for by groups that care about vulnerable groups. In Indonesia the ideals of inclusive citizenship are also fought for persons with disabilities. So far, persons with disabilities have become excluded social groups. The disability movement is intensely voicing inclusive citizenship through the struggle to form regulations that can bring changes to the lives of persons with disabilities, starting from the CRPD Convention, the Disability Persons Act, then local regulation of Disabilities. This paper will use the concept of structuration Giddens and confronting the disability movement in fighting for inclusive citizenship with efforts from the government to capture the issue of inclusive citizenship. The Disability Movement in Yogyakarta Province is a model of the movement that has succeeded in fighting for regional regulations for persons with disabilities. This movement was considered successful when the national movement struggled for the Law on Persons with Disabilities experiencing a deadlock, but in the process the disability movement has not been able to process the issue of inclusive citizenship in its struggle, and the local government as if it does not understand what the disability movement is trying to achieve. Instead of make realize the ideals of inclusive citizenship, the Disability Movement is trapped in an exclusive movement model. The Movement Model in DIY Province is an example in the struggle for inclusive citizenship which was initially considered successful but later suffered a deadlock.

Local governments default on their bonds when they fail to comply with the monetary and nonmonetary aspects of the debt contracts. Analyses of these defaults have relied on reports from credit rating agencies, which include only rated bonds undergoing monetary defaults. Using a unique dataset of default events, we examine all general-purpose government defaults from 2009 to 2015. After including nonrated bonds and nonmonetary defaults, we find that general-purpose local government defaults are more common than reported by the rating agencies. We present a typology of defaults based on the severity of fiscal distress they represent and tabulate the characteristics of the defaulted bonds. Most defaults occurred among non-general obligation bonds. We test and find evidence for the credit segmentation hypothesis: defaulting on a non-general obligation bond does not significantly affect the yield of future, unrelated credits of the same issuer.

Menulis teks hasil observasi sebagai salah satu materi yang harus dikuasai oleh peserta didik sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses pembelajaran adalah pembelajaran yang kurang menimbulkan antusias belajar peserta didik. Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu yang mempengaruhi pembelajaran efektif karena menumbuhkan antusias belajar siswa. Setelah mempelajari media pembelajaran yang sudah ada, ditemukan fakta bahwa media pembelajaran masih sederhana dan belum interaktif. Relevan dengan situasi tersebut, diperlukan media pembelajaran untuk menulis teks hasil observasi yang interaktif bermuatan konservasi yang sesuai bagi peserta didik kelas VII SMP, baik dari segi kelayakan isi, penyajian, dan bahasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (penelitian dan pengembangan) dari Borg dan Gall (2003:570). Media pembelajaran interaktif ini terdiri dari empat menu yaitu permainan, kompetensi inti dan kompetensi dasar, materi, dan soal. Media pembelajaran interaktif dalam pembelajaran menulis teks hasil observasi bermuatan konservasi untuk siswa SMP kelas VII dinyatakan valid oleh ahli dan praktisi dengan skor rata-rata 3 (tiga) yang dikategorikan baik. Hasil uji keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif dalam pembelajaran menulis teks hasil observasi bermuatan konservasi untuk siswa SMP kelas VII menyatakan media permainan interaktif ini efektif dengan bukti data uji t yang menyatakan adanya perbedaan signifikan hasil pretes dan postes. Meanwhile, the most frequent problem which arises during learning process is learning which does not trigger students’ enthusiasm. Interactive learning media can create an effective learning process since the media can trigger students’ enthusiasm. After studying about available learning media, it is found a fact that the learning media are still not sophisticated and interactive. Based on that situation, an interactive learning media to write an observation report is needed for seventh grade of junior high school students. The researcher emphasizes on the content, delivery, and language of the media. The method used in this research is Research and Development by Borg dan Gall (2003:570). This interactive learning media consists of four menus, namely games, core competencies and basic competencies, materials, and exercises. This interactive learning media used to write a conservative observation report for junior high school students is valid according to experts and practitioners. It has an average score of three (3) which is categorized as good. The effectiveness test of interactive learning media used to write conservative observation reports for seventh grade of junior high school students shows that this media is effective. This research was motivated by the diversity of natural and artificial resources in Cibodas Botanical Garden which has a visual quality of landscape beauty that becomes a tourist attraction. This study aims to determine the value of visual quality of tourist attractions in Cibodas Botanical Garden. The method used was a quantitative descriptive approach. Data obtained from observation and literature study and distributing questionnaires to respondents using a sample of 100 people using the Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE) method. The assessment was carried out on thirteen tourist attractions of Cibodas Botanical Garden which consisted of Decorative Garden Galleries, Sakura Gardens, Cibogo Waterfall, Ciismun Waterfall, Lumut and Amorphophalus Gardens, Greenhouses, Paku-pakuan Collection, Guest House, Rhododendron Garden, Medicinal Plants Collection, Liana Garden, Large Pond and Semar Pocket House. The total visual assessed was 26 landscapes. Based on the assessment obtained, it shows the tourist attraction landscape that gets the highest visual quality (SBE) value, namely Landscape 12 with a value of 100.53, which is included in the classification of "high visual quality" from the landscape of the Cibodas Botanical Garden Large Pool. A total of 22 landscapes categorized as high visual quality and 4 landscapes categorized as moderate visual quality. No landscape categorized as low visual quality. Thus, the Cibodas Botanical Garden Landscape has great strength in supporting its function as a conservation tourism object in Indonesia but it still needs some landscape arrangement in some spots. Purpose of the study: The objectives of this study are: (i) To analyze the quality control of the products applied to the amplang Karya Bahari business based on Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools, (ii) To find out and analyze what factors cause product damage/disability amplang work at the Maritime business in Samarinda. Methodology: This research uses quantitative methods discretionary quantitative research method that is research that is used to Investigate, find, describe, and explain the quality or features of social influences that can’t be explained or Described measured through a quantitative approach. The operational definitions of this research are (i) Quality control processes, (ii) Quality control measures. Types and sources of the data the primary use of data Obtained directly from the object of research. Data collection techniques are (i) observation, (ii) interviews, (iii) documentation, (iv) laboratory tests. Analysis of the Data used are: (i) collecting the data (check sheet), (ii) a histogram, (iii) making control charts, (iv) the causal diagrams, (v) the proposed improvements. Main Findings: The results of the study suggest that Maritime work is applied to the already on the limit of control. It can be seen at chart, upper control limit (UCL) of 1 and the lower control limit (LCL) of 0.3362 under controlled conditions or reasonable limits, but in reality, they are experiencing product damage or defect in the production of amplang processing. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study is expected to be an additional reference for studies in the field production related to analysis quality control (quality control) and product quality by using Statistics Quality Control. This study is expected to provide information for the company about procedure control in keeping a quality product that will be produced.

This study aims to determine the tendency of celebrity endorse mediated by brand awareness impact to attract buying interest from the public. This is because celebrities are people who are well known to the public and have there are charm. So that with the support of celebrities will have an impact on the sale of their products. Some marketplaces use celebrities as brand ambassadors to attract buyers, besides it will give celebrity brands that are constantly remembered by customers. In this study because the population is unknown, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling as many as 310 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that brand awareness mediates the influence of celebrities on customer interest when a celebrity carries advertisements will give the impression to customers that the celebrity has a good reputation and attractiveness will have a good impact. Besides the marketplace in choosing a celebrity will look for those who can deliver advertisements with professionals. The implication of this research is the need for celebrity support related to the importance of attracting people’s purchasing power to the marketplace, in addition to a well-known combination of a good reputation and attractive appearance has added value that will provide reminders to customers.

One of the well-known artists in the world, Yayoi Kusama, successfully hypnotizes the visitors of Museum Macan with the works shown. From her artworks, there is a contemporary installation that is the hallucination of the mental disorder suffered. She named its work as Infinity Mirrored Room. The room atmosphere made has been copyrighted by museums all over the world; one of them is Museum Macan in Jakarta. The management party not only promotes this installation to the media but also makes it as the city branding of Museum Macan. The research is interested in conducting by using a qualitative method through a description of process and analysis. through interview techniques directly in the museum to the visitors, museum assistants, and security officers and documenting it in the form of photos. The result of this research shows that the implementation of the atmosphere by using Barry and Evan’s theory can realize the City Branding Image of Museum Macan based on Anholt theory.

In this study there are two variables, namely variable X (NPL) and Y variable (CR). This research was conducted to determine the effect of NPL on CR Bank BPR Kertaraharja. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method to identify how the influence of NPL and how big CR is at Kertaraharja Rural Bank. While the verification of the analysis to identify the problem is how much influence the NPL has on the CR of BPR Kertraharja bank. This research was conducted at the BPR Kertaraharja Bank office. This research was conducted using a sample based on Purpose Sampling. The hypothesis of this study is that NPL has an effect on CR at the BPR Kertaraharja Bank. To measure the effect of these variables using Simple Linear Regression with the help of the application software system SPSS 21.0. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, it was concluded that there was a significant influence between NPLs on CR banks, this was based on regression analysis with the equation Y = 24,985 - 1,312X. In correlation there is a fairly strong relationship between NPL and bank CR with a value of 0.680. Then the coefficient of determination (KD) is obtained that the NPL affects the CR with a value of 46.3%. Test the hypothesis of this study in which the t count of 4,147 is greater than the t table value of 2012. Then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that NPL has a strong influence on bank CR.

The mining sector is a manufacturing company sector whose activities consist of extracting, processing and exploiting and selling coal, minerals, metals and natural gas. This research was conducted with the aim to determine whether ROA is affected by cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover using documentation as a data collection and a method of multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS data processing. The population used is the mining and quarrying sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017-2019 totaling 43 companies. The purposive sampling method was used in determining the sample which resulted in 33 samples. The research shows that cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover have no effect on ROA because this is due to a decrease in the amount of production, cash flow constraints due to low turnover of accounts receivable and low sales so that inventory turnover is slow and inventory costs are higher.

Creativity has an important role for organizations to implement new services and processes. This implies that employees in the organization must be creative to maintain organizational growth and to face today's business challenges.This Study aims to determine the relationship between humble leadership, creative process engagement, intrinsic motivation, and employee creativity. The study is quantitative with data collection methods using a questionnaire on 145 employees of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk in the Customer development department and processed using analysis tools Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The results show that humble leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity when a leader applies the humble leadership style it will be able to increase the creativity of the employees. Creative process engagement mediates the relationship between humble leadership and employee creativity partially and intrinsic motivation partially mediates the relationship between humble leadership and employee creativity

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) and behavioral awareness (K3) of the depok-antasari toll road service operational officers on zero accident efforts at PT Citra Waspphutowa. This research was conducted on 48 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. By using two independent variables, namely the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3), awareness of behavior (K3) and one dependent variable, namely zero accident efforts. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) (X₁) and awareness of behavior (K3) (X₂) on efforts to zero accident (Y). The results of this study show simultaneously (F test) the variables of the implementation of occupational safety and health. (K3) and awareness of behavior (K3) together have a positive and significant effect on zero accident efforts with a contribution value of 67.3%. Partially (T test) awareness of behavior (K3) has a positive and significant effect on zero accident efforts.

The presence of new media (new media) based on Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) that relies on Internet connection is undeniable to change social order in the community. Thus, the existence of the conventional media became a question in the middle of the new media was presented in the social order. Based on Nielsen study in 2018, Indonesian consumers now spend an average of 5 hours every day consuming content, either through conventional media or the Internet. The research also shows that the TV viewing duration is still the highest, which is an average of 4 hours and 53 minutes per day, the duration of accessing the Internet is the second highest which is an average of 3 hours 14 minutes per day; followed by listening to Radio (2 hours 11 minutes), reading the newspaper (31 minutes) and reading the magazine (24 minutes). Beside that, the increase in Internet consumption makes dual-screen habits between digital media and conventional media becomes something common. There are at least 50 percent duplication between TV and Digital, 62 percent duplication on Radio vs Digital, while the print and Digital Media duplication reaches 72 percent. Based on the description, the convergence becomes one of the keys on mass media existence in the present era.

Purpose of the study: The research inspiration is the implementation of the Village Law and the dispensing of Village Funds in Indonesia. The considerable measure of Village Funds requires progressively complex responsibility. With limited time and insufficient human resources, there is an inclination of the Village Fund to leak caused by errors and irregularities. Methodology: We utilize questionnaires, interviews, convenience sampling method, and the confirmatory factor as an analysis tool. There are 312 village officials from 83 villages in Central Java, Indonesia, who participated in this research. This examination scans to investigate the indicators that we can identify with town administration and comprehension of the Village Financial System or Sistem Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes). Principal Findings: The results of the confirmatory factor analysis indicate that all indicators are feasible to be used as indicators of measuring all variables. Besides, the Pearson correlation value of all indicators for the total indicators of each variable is significant. It means that the indicators of all constructs in this study are valid and highly correlated. Applications of this study: This examination is still all-around ahead of schedule. So far, there has been no exploration in Indonesia identified with village administration. Consequently, in this investigation, it was expected to incorporate variables that could conceivably have an association with village administration generally and Siskeudes explicitly, since the order of Law No. 6 of 2014. Novelty/Originality of this study: There are six original, perceptive variables, specifically: Siskeudes understanding, village financial management principles, village fund allocation, village financial administration, village financial reporting and accountability, and village assets report. There are 54 new indicators tested in this research. Further research can utilize the indicators to measures the village government officials' understanding of Siskeudes.

Purpose of the study: Indonesian taxation regulations are forcing MSMEs to apply Indonesian Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities/Standar Akuntansi Keuangan untuk Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM), according to their particular conditions. The application is confusing for MSMEs. This problem is what drives this research, aiming to define the relationship between MSMEs’ conditions and how they perceive SAK EMKM. Methodology: There were 70 MSMEs in Indonesia participated in this research by filling out questionnaires. However, only 66 MSMEs guided questionnaires returned that we could process. We analyzed using linear regression and SPSS 23. The research indicators are built based on the factors that influence each variable, as already stated in the literature review. Main Findings: These results from data processing indicate that the MSMEs' conditions have a very positive effect on respondents' perceptions of SAK EMKM. Statistically, we can get the coefficient regression of 0.262, the significance of 0.001 and the coefficient of determination of 22.8%. It means that MSMEs with good conditions have the potential to make respondents' perceptions of SAK EMKM also agreeable. Applications of this study: The regulation is still new. Also, the amount of MSME implementing SAK EMKM is still meager. Tax regulators and The Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants can utilize the results of this study to understand the obstacles faced by MSMEs. By knowing the condition of MSMEs, they can group MSMEs and provide appropriate facilities for the good of MSMEs as well as tax advantages. Novelty/Originality of this study: Indonesia does not implement IFRS SMEs. However, we have implemented the SAK for Non-Public Accountability Entities, which is too complicated for MSMEs. Therefore we use SAK EMKM. Since it is still new, this research is still in its early stages. So far, we have not found a study in Indonesia that discusses the link between MSMEs' conditions and their perceptions of SAK EMKM.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menelaah ketegangan yang terjadi antara AS dan Iran terutama setelah ledakan dua kapal tanker di Teluk Oman pada 13 Juni 2019. AS menuduh Iran sebagai pelaku serangan tersebut dan mengambil berbagai tindakan sebagai respon, antara lain meningkatkan postur militernya di kawasan. Artikel ini menjawab pertanyaan mengenai akar dari ketegangan ini ditinjau dari konsep security dilemma dari Booth dan Wheeler (2008). Riset dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan data-data dari media massa, dokumen, artikel jurnal. Temuan dalam artikel ini adalah bahwa AS dan Iran masing-masing menginterpretasikan pihak lain sebagai musuh namun respon yang diberikan berbeda. AS memberikan respon konfrontatif dengan mengedepakan kekuatan ekonomi dan militer yang dimilikinya, sedangkan Iran di samping memberikan sinyal (kata-kata) perlawanan juga memberikan sinyal reassurance atau jaminan bahwa pihaknya mendepankan diplomasi dan kerjasama.

This research aimed to find out kinds of information and communication of technology (ICT) is used by the teachers’ to teach English at SMP NEGERI 2 MASAMBA and to find out Teachers’ perception on the use of information and communication of technology (ICT) in teaching English. This research used a descriptive qualitative method, the instruments used were observation and interview. The observation was used to observe and interview the English teachers. The findings of the research showed the results of the teachers’ interview showed that mostly the teacher gave positive perception and agreed toward and teachers’ used Information and Communication Of Technology (ICT) in teaching English, they were happy, they left easy to understand the lesson, motivated to learn, being polite, diligent doing assignment. Whereas, some student was unhappy in learning English and got difficulties to understand the lesson because the thought that learning English was difficult.

This study aims to determine the level of job stress amongproduction employees in a manufacturing company, to measure the level ofemployee performance, and test the effect of work stress of Role Overload,Role Conflict and Role ambiguty on employee performance. Then this studyexamined the role of moderation from social support (from supervisors andcoworkers) about the relationship mentioned above. This research is aquantitative study using a questionnaire. All data were collected through asurvey and filled by 50 production workers in a manufacturing company inSurabaya. The sampling method suitable for this study. PLS method is usedfor statistical data analysis. The results showed a significant negativerelationship between role overload and performance, a non-significantnegative relationship between role conflict and performance, a negativerelationship between role ambiguity and performance. Support fromcoworkers and superiors has a significant moderating effect on roleoverload and role ambiguity.Key word: Role Overload, Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity, Job Performance,Social Support.
