Born in France in 1961, Marc Levy, after working in different fields until his forties, decided to put the stories he told to his son on paper and started writing. The works of the author, who made a worldwide impact with his first novel, have been translated into forty-nine languages. The temporal and spatial indicators that are frequently encountered in the novel are the subject of this article. We observed that the author's use of the past and the past tense, the journeys he made with his characters, enabling them to catch traces of their past, and the shaping of their future based on the past were fictionalized. The study of time and place is combined on a literary plane through descriptions and signs. According to Bergson, the role/ roles they have together with memory have been observed in the methodological examination of time in the narrative and especially in determining the temporal indicators of the time-spatial relationship. One of the determinations we have made based on Bergson, the fact that time is a flow and this flow takes place in our inner life rather than in the outer world, and the fact that the characters have a memory that is not separate from their past that they keep in their memories are seen as one of the main factors shaping the plot. While analyzing the temporal indicators in the context of time-place-relationship in the novel, first of all, to form the framework of our theoretical approach from the perspectives of İsmet Emre and Olivier Dekens, and then to create the theoretical framework that we have created with the arguments we have drawn from the studies of Gérard Genette, Henri Bergson, Michel Raimond and Jean Pouillon. We aimed to define the boundaries of the framework, and finally to shape our work, to reveal and evaluate temporal indicators, by making use of Gérard Genette's thoughts on narrative and narrative time. In addition, based on the determination that spatial indicators have a role in the analysis of temporal indicators, we aimed to determine the memory and time relationship of the place used.
