Comprehensive Summary: The organic cocrystal strategy has provided a convenient and efficient platform for preparing organic photothermal materials. However, the rapidly directional preparation of cocrystals with desirable photothermal properties remains challenging due to a lack of suitable design ideas. Here, two new photothermal cocrystals, MTC and MFC, based on acceptor molecules (TCNQ and F4TCNQ) with different electron‐withdrawing capacities were quickly prepared by the coprecipitation method, aiming to explore the effect of charge transfer (CT) interaction on photothermal properties. Compared with MTC, the stronger intermolecular CT interaction in MFC facilitates extending the absorption range (from the NIR‐I to the NIR‐II region) and enhancing the non‐radiative transition process. Under the 808 nm laser irradiation, the photothermal conversion efficiency (PCE) of MFC is 54.6%, whereas MTC displays a mere 36.8%. The MFC cocrystal was further combined with a flexible polymer substrate (HPDMS) to prepare a flexible wearable heater (HPDMS@MFC), which exhibits excellent NIR‐II photothermal performance. This work points out a research direction for the rapid assembly of efficient photothermal cocrystals and additionally provides an extensive application prospect for organic photothermal cocrystals in the field of wearable devices. As an effective method to modulate the physicochemical properties of materials, crystal phase engineering, especially hetero‐phase, plays an important role in developing high‐performance photocatalysts. However, it is still a huge challenge but significant to construct porous hetero‐phase nanostructures with adjustable band structures. As a kind of unique porous crystalline materials, metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) might be the appropriate candidate, but the MOF‐based hetero‐phase is rarely reported. Herein, we developed a secondary building unit (SBU) regulating strategy to prepare two crystal phases of Ti‐MOFs constructed by titanium and 1,4‐dicarboxybenzene, i.e. COK and MIL‐125. Besides, COK/MIL‐125 hetero‐phase was further constructed. In the photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction, COK/MIL‐125 possessed the highest H2 yield compared to COK and MIL‐125, ascribing to the Z‐Scheme homojunction at hetero‐phase interface. Furthermore, by decorating with amino groups (i.e. NH2‐COK/NH2‐MIL‐125), the light absorbing capacity was broadened to visible‐light region, and the visible‐light‐driven H2 yield was greatly improved. Briefly, the MOF‐based hetero‐phase possesses periodic channel structures and molecularly adjustable band structures, which is scarce in traditional organic or inorganic materials. Owing to their high carrier recombination speed and low spectral utilization, it is difficult to further improve the performance of photocatalysts. In this study, a novel metal–organic framework (MOF) self‐assembled cocrystal material is developed. The guest molecule is inserted and self‐assembled with the existing MOF ligand to form an organic cocrystal. The highly ordered molecular arrangement and tight intermolecular distances between donor and acceptor molecules promote a strong π–π charge transfer interaction, facilitating the migration and separation of photogenerated charge carriers. In addition, efficient redshifts in the absorption wavelength enhance the response to visible light. Further, the unique porous structure of MOFs is beneficial for increasing the interfacial area of photocatalytic reactions, and metal ions can become the center of photogenerated carrier capture, effectively inhibiting carrier recombination. Consequently, the MOF cocrystal demonstrates remarkable efficiency in the degradation of pollutants in water, achieving a noteworthy removal efficiency of 95.31% within 15 min. Moreover, the photocatalyic reaction kinetics constant of the MOF cocrystal is 46.5 times higher, indicating the success of this new strategy in developing highly efficient photocatalytic systems. This work reported the synthesis of Ce‐MOF and Nd‐MOF adsorption materials using the solvothermal method with the rare earth metals Ce3+ and Nd3+ as the particle center and discussed the adsorption effect of the two synthesized nanomaterials on the VOCs released by dry wood. The porous morphology of the material increases the benzene gas contact area. The maximum adsorption capacity of benzene, according to the Langmuir model, is 128.98 mg/g and 132.22 mg/g, respectively. The method has a large adsorption capacity, good adsorption effect, non‐toxic and harmless, low recycling cost, recyclable multiple times, simple operation, stable structure, no secondary environmental pollution, etc., and has good application prospects in the wood drying industry. The abnormal concentration of biological species is closely related to some physiological symptoms or diseases, and detecting these biological species is of great significance in clinical diagnosis and clinic treatment. Hence, the design and construction of high-performance biosensor have attracted lots of attention in recent decades. Due to the low cost, feasible operation, and other advantages, luminescence probes have been regarded as one of the effective and promising strategies for detecting biological species. Compared with single-emission luminescence probes, the ratiometric fluorescence probe shows self-calibration ability and hence possesses much better antijamming capability against the unstable light source, changeable concentration of probe material, experimental errors and so on. As for optimizing the detection performance, the key factor is the selection of probe materials to construct the ratiometric fluorescence biosensors. As the popular crystalline porous frameworks, metal-organic frameworks (MOF) and covalent organic frameworks (COF) possess diverse crystalline structures and adjustable luminescence properties, which realize the collection of analytes and adjustable luminescence emission. Hence, the MOF or COF based materials possess huge potential in practical applications for luminescence probes, and the corresponding ratiometric fluorescence probes have been developed a lot. Herein, we systematically review the constructing strategy, detecting mechanism, sensing applications (i.g. , biomolecules, biomarkers, drugs and others) for the MOF or COF based ratiometric fluorescence biosensing probes. A new metal–organic framework (MOF), [Zn6L4(Me2NH2+)4⋅3 H2O] (1) was constructed based on [9, 9′‐biscarbazole]‐3, 3′, 6, 6′‐tetracarboxylic acid (H4L) and Zn2+ ions. The porous framework and intense blue fluorescence of the MOF based on the biscarbazole moiety of the ligand could facilitate efficient host to guest energy transfer, which makes it an ideal platform for the tuning of luminescence. Abstract: Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) as selectivity regulators for catalytic reactions have attracted much attention, especially MOFs and metal nanoparticle (NP) shelled structures, e.g., MOFs@NPs@MOFs. Nevertheless, making hydrophilic MOF shells for gathering hydrophobic reactants is challenging. Described here is a new and viable approach employing conjugated micro‐ and mesoporous polymers with iron(III) porphyrin (FeP‐CMPs) as a new shell to fabricate MIL‐101@Pt@FeP‐CMP. It is not only hydrophobic and porous for enriching reactants, but also possesses iron sites to activate C=O bonds, thereby regulating the selectivity for cinnamyl alcohol in the hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde. Interestingly, MIL‐101@Pt@FeP‐CMPsponge can achieve a high turnover frequency ( 1516.1 h−1), with 97.3 % selectivity for cinnamyl alcohol at 97.6 % conversion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The in situ inclusion of dye molecules into a novel biscarbazole‐based luminescent porous metal–organic framework (MOF) leads to a series of dual‐emitting dye@MOF composites, which serve as an efficient host–guest energy‐transfer platform and also provide a guidance for the directional construction of new luminescent materials. In addition, when the dye molecules were varied and/or the loading content of the guest dyes was tuned, their photophysical properties could be conveniently modulated.
